Straight up banned for 14 days with no chat restrictions

Okay. So I started playing on EUW and I don't know why, but at many of mine accounts, which were new, without previous chat restricitons etc. I'm getting straight up suspended for 14 days, without chat restrict, no racism, no profanity. Has RIOT changed their punishment system ? Or what is this. I literally cannot play, I'm toxic in a way, cuz I'm tilted, but literally, no swearing, no racism... The system itself doesnt work right..
