I kept count - now played 200 games where I only used the chat to say "gg". Honor level still at 0.

I got a chat restriction in January, dropping me to Honor Level 0. Since then, I kept count with a sheet of paper on my desk. I have since then played exactly 200 games where I specifically only used the chat to say "gg" at the end of a game. NOTHING else. I also honored someone after every single game. No exception. My honor is stuck at Honor level 0 checkpoint 1, not making any progress. What is this system? At this point, its faster to just create a new account...
