Question regarding people saying "gg" in 4v5 etc.

If the team who is short on players lose, and the enemy team say "gg", can I actually do something about it? I mean, it's obviously not a good game if it was unfair, so why would people have such a bad behavior and say stuff like that? I probably sound like a weak person etc, but I don't find it correct to say "gg" when the match was obviously not good thanks to afk players. Thanks.
