New patch failing at 99%?

So it looks like the new patch is finally available for download, but both me and my friend are failing to download. At first, we got stuck at 99% and got some kinda error, we then restarted the download and are now stuck at 33%... Anyone else reporting the same problems? *EDIT: Temporary fix might be to close the launcher, go to 'My Computer', open C drive, go to Riot Games > League of Legends > RADS > projects, and then delete all files and folders in this folder. Now, open the launcher and let it download from 0% again. *
