Getting random Ability Power when going full AD (BUG REPORT)

I'm getting ability power (at the beginning of the game) about 7 or 8 AP without anything from masteries or runes. Not big deal but Ive looked at items, masteries, runes, all don't give ap from what I can see. Does anyone else have this? Can someone shed some light on this plz?
