Can't connect to game

After champ select everything fades to black, waiting for loading screen. "Can't connect to server. Check your network, etc.." Press retry, happens again. Press cancel, press reconnect manually, happens again. Can't connect to the game at all. Haven't done any changes to the computer. Happened twice already, then somehow I managed to have 2 games where the error wasn't present so I thought everything is fine, and then happens yet again. No idea what causes it.
