Bug report: game failed to start

After being in one failed champion select after the other for 45 minutes or so, I got the message that the game failed to load and I have to restart the client and try again. Seriously? 45 minutes for no game. I'm patient, but not THAT patient. I just played another game before queuing up for this one and had no problems with this before.
