: The Player Support can revoke your possibility to submit tickets if you abuse this right... Spamming them, bumping your ticket, as well as being disrespectful and insulting can result in you getting "banned" from submitting any more requests. I have no idea if that's the case here, but I'm sure you know whether you've done anything like the examples I mentioned above. --- Maybe it's just a problem with their site after all... If you really don't know what's going on, I can find out whether they've restricted your access or not.
I would appreaciate it. I do not think I have ever wrote to Riot Support, I tried to log in in my account, it turned out that it's permabanned ( I was at the university and my brother was playing from it) I saw whats going on I just wanna try to return my account.

I just want players who int/troll or are just toxic and flame to get more punishments than a chatban - i want them to lose LP, elo, or even entire division. This Riot system isnt working properly, at least from my experiance. The game itself is perfect, but when u add people to it, damn is hard to play it.

And yeah, you're right. The players are the engine for every and any game. Without the players, a game wouldn't be a good... well... game, but rather just a bad one. So yeah, the players are what makes a game great. :)

I think everything is quite good, when we need help or when we have question, the answers are pretty fast, u explain everything calm and chilled, u are trying to be as helpful as possible. I would just reccomend one basic ( in my opinion ) solution for the most of the problems - make in the client after a certain period of time - probably once a month would be enought, something like a feedback button that every player should fill and give us some little reward so we do it with the deepest love of our hearts - like a icon or sth, it doesnt really matter. I think that not enought people understand that we ( the players ) are the engine of the game and the game is made to be fun for us, so its a double way love back. We help u with feedback, u let us play the Game. Cheers and love.

Riot, i'm trying to be as helpful as possible - i've talked to my friends ( we are all Bulgarians ) and we all use different internet - Blizoo, M-tel, Bulsatcom, Entry, Vivacom - they all have similar problems as mine, its literally unplayable, its hard even for me to play a botgame, because i have to wait the game to load for like 10 mins after i press the button "Confirm". Please, good people, fix it, i'm missing my LOL time. ;[

Im assuming u read that part of the comment only - i have been playing LOL for 6 years with the SAME internet and the SAME PC, im playing with 90-150 fps and 30-60 MS ( depends on the traffic). After this new patch my client isnt working properly, i cant log in properly, i cant play neither bot or normal games. Its Riots problem, not ours, everything is working PERFECT except LOL client.

I've been reading the comments in other posts about the same problem and some people are sayign that its the route trace we are lagging of. Thats not correct - i am playing LOL for a very long time with the same internet and same PC and i have never had any problems like these. Riot, please do me a favour and give me back my LOL time, do something, anything and fix this client. We just want to play the game and have some fun, nothing more, we dont need FANCY clients or etc.
: That's why. There's a problem with the internet exchange in Bulgaria that is causing the issue. IIRC Riot turned off their peering with BIX (the interchange) because of that. Judging by your trace route, your data is travelling from Bulgaria, to Frankfurt, to London, to the US, which is probably the root of your issues. The sheer distance alone would result in the long response times you're experiencing.
The problem is not in the trace route, Riot messed up the patch. I have the same problem, been playing lol for a long time with the same PC and same internet - didnt have any problems until now.

Dude, im playing the game for 6 years and i have never had problems like this. Its not us, its Riot's problem and i hope they will fix it in the next patch, cuz, dang it, i love the game.

SAME HERE IN BULGARIA AGAIN - I HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 5 MINUTES UNTILL THE AUTHORISATION PROCESS IS COMPLETED, THEN I PRESS TO START A GAME AND NOTHING HAPPENS, I TRY TO SEE MY LOOT AND IT GIVES ME ERROR. RIOT, DO SOMETHING, PLEASE, ITS SO ANNOYING.
