The numbers I threw out weren't random numbers. 10/20 games per day would be 3000/6000 games per season. 10 games per day is ~7 hours per day (40+ minutes per game, including queues). For me, 7 hours everyday would be unthinkable, but the number isn't that ludicrous. Also, don't forget season 9 ranked will be changed again. A season will have different stages which means you'll probably play quite a few more than 300 games, if you're serious about ranked that is. *** Limiting Ranked play only works for casual players.

They are not a minority they are a handful of players. For the two you mentioned is not really an issue because they use mutiple accounts. Pantsaredragon has 929 which is considerably high and his stream theme is to reach rank 1. Riot can decide if a handful of players matter more than million of players. Also 300+100+100 is what I think personally is enough. Riot can reward players with extra ranked games but first they have to decide if they want to limit the amount of ranked games. Anyway, The importance of this decision is not about minorities it's about money. If Riot decides that decreasing toxicity leads to x amount of increased income but limiting the amount of ranked games leads to z amount of income loss and |z|>|x| then they will never do it.

: What should I do to climb in rankeds?
i understand how you feel though ranking up can be different from person to person. Yet there are some values that you need to think about. I can think of "Will" right now. Will to win means a lot of things. It means that you won't flame at all. It means that you will practise csing in custom games. it means that you will watch educational videos. It means that you will give up playing your favorite champions if you have below 50% win rate. Dodge 1-2 games per day if they are already toxic in champion select menu. And the list can go on and on.

The recent change in his q plus the removal of sightstone and green jungle item made all skilfull Lee sin stop playing Lee sin and at the same time made unskilled players to think that they are skilled. Now Lee Sin players won't gang your lane if you haven't lowered enemy laners health enough so that they can get an execute from a double Q. The placebo that makes them think they are good players is just increasing toxicity. These people have minimum impact but they get good kda because of this change and they fail to understand their minimum impact. They have become like Shaco players. Insane kda yet almost useless in most cases. I miss the days where Lee Sin players would Ulti enemy laners to you so that you can kill them. Now they just Q-Q and they think they are good players.
: Lee Sin private JG item
It's a nice idea unlike the recent change in his Q. Generally though the green jungle item it was a good balance item.
: Another Champion nerfed to the ground and becomes unplayable in solo Q
Zoe/yasuo/new akali have overloaded kit and having win rate 40%-45% is fine. Having good win rate on champions with overloaded kit makes the game worst overall. And frankly zoe's win rate will increase. She was too damn strong that people didn't really care to learn to play decently with her. They would one shot people anyway and snowball and then one shot bot lane and top lane even after missing 54253425 skillshots. It was about time people started putting some effort in this champ.

: I am not talking about meta or solo carrying tho, i was talking about the competitive nature of league, and in my opinions why the games feel so bad. I used to have fun with the process of improving and playing in a level of game where people know how to play around split pushing if you play with a jax, playing with a farming jungler etc... Nowdays, people play on autopilot the objectives are timed for you and you get noticed if the enemy took one. You used to be able to count enemy jungler cs to predict their paths and so on. Now junglers only gank and people play for kills and taking objectives when they are off timer. But even things like this is hard because of the imbalance of players skill in ranked. A player with a skill level of silver will prioritize different things what a high gold player would and so on. You might ask how a player with a silver skill playing in a elo with high golds? Because they tried to make the game more causal and easier to climb like free win promos, or with comeback mechanics so bad player can get carried (maybe, just my idea). Only people with the same skill and mentality can work together to execute fun and different strategies fitting champion playstlye. But its only my opinion of course :)

They use your past 6 month play history and compare it with with people whith whom you have same purchases so that they will offer you skins they bought and you didn't. Yeah I know it doesn't make much sense. They don't really focus on what you play but on what you purchase and you are likely to purchase. So for example if you play Lucian and have bought a Lucian skin and other people who play Lucian and Jhin and have bought skins for Lucian and Jhin, you will be offered Jhin skins. I am not 100% sure but i think it's 3 months not 6 for the skins that it won't show. Still the point is that you wont see any recent skins.

I think too some reworks are good BUT I find some reworks bad as well. It's common knowledge that people prefer not to lose 100 $ than find 100 $. In League's case this means reworks we (the total amount of players) don't like are more impactful than reworks we like. The negative feelings are stronger than the positive. And to understand the impact someone will be like: cool this champion is better now I will play some games with it. At the same time someone will be more toxic because they reworked one of his main champions. While in more extreme cases people will play less or quit.

: I agree. Zac and Sejujani were extremely overpowered after the rework. Especially zac which was almost instawin, hell I even lost to Zac who forgot smite at that time. That strong was he. And so Riot had no other choice than nerf the values to the oblivion, although Sejujani is still alive. Imo, the new kits are too overloaded. Why would anyone play Amumu?

: I'm tired of this game

: Regarding motivation about not being toxic and if the motivation matters.
This season the only motivation that I have found to be working (not 100%) is not even motivation. It's a reminder that their actions will lead to valid reports and valid reports to a ban.

: I can't stay like this
The sooner you realise that the devs base their decisions in NA culture where people are offended by anything you can imagine the better for you.
: What will become the new standarized rune path for bards?
Runes weren't nerfed. champion that rely on "all in" were nerfed. Poke champion were buffed by the changes since the much lower internal cooldowns will benefit them. Or another way to look at it is that players that would miss skillshots all the time and would get an easy kill that one time they landed their skillshot will have a harder time, while players that consistently land their skillshots will have higher overall damage.
: Game Clarity killed Gun Goddess Miss Fortune and upcoming Ultimate skins.
When Gun Godess Miss Fortune came out people where asking me if it's good (since I was using it). I would just tell them if you want to buy an adc skin get pizza sivir. GGMF ultimate skin is just a 750 rp skin with chromas that costs 3250 RP.
: Am I the only one who wants a new champion that is just simple?
wtb -old katarina -old gp -old annie -old xin zhao -old fiora wts yasuo, zoe and new akali (though i am probably going to abuse her kit). aatrox, urgot, irelia and ww idc since i didn't play them nor do i play them now. i find old and new poppy the same.

: Good pals icon help needed i will donate
I would definitely like to "do business" with you but I am on vacation till 19 Aug. Btw I suppose you can only gift on EUW server. Right? Good luck anyway.
: And even SIVHD has left LOL
There are 4 steps in a video game death. The game has increasingly more players but the percentage of players is growing smaller (More people involved in games than in the past). The game has more players but with a decreasing rate. The game has less and less players. The hardcore players are not enough to sustain the game and it dies. Like it or not every game dies eventually. Investros will invest somwhere else. Gamers will spend somewhere else. I believe lol is somwhere between 1st and 2nd step. Without any drastic changes in technology/culture in the forthcoming years. I expect lol to last at least one more decade.

: can someone explain me what is tank meta?
Tank meta is when bruisers lose to tanks. Bruisers are weaker than tanks so they can easily die in a team fight if they missplay or get heavily cc'ed When a fed bruiser can't kill a tank this means the bruisers are not viable. A bruiser can't just walk and get to the enemy back line and kill the apc/adc. A tank in a tank meta can. Depending on "balance buffs/nerfs" and itemization certain champions might be considered tanks or bruisers. Though there are some champions that distinctively belong to one group or the other regardless the itemization and runes. Damage runes and items on tanks won't make them bruisers. They will just make them useless tanks (usually).

: i can't even walk up to the minnions to get the exp.
It's simple. All you need is will. Play the champion that you have hard time against like zyra (with the same runes those players destroyed you). This way you will understand weaknesses and trade windows.
: My favorite parts of the new terms of service
1. That's how underage hackers get away. They don't care to actually get the adults' agreement. Because they care more about making money from underage players. Imagine a kid asking for his parents' permission to play and spend money on a game... 2. Yeah w/e 3. Whaaaat?
