from what I can tell ornn is useless at early game and bad at mid game but if you get full tank build at late game he becomes a monster also try to get 40% cdr it will help he's W 4.8 cooldown 2.5 second duration shield.

I'm playing like 5 games per day more or less so imagine what it feels like when you get no capsule xD well whatever I hope I a get one soon.

: 1. The initial punishment for inting already is a 14 day ban. 2. There is no reason to limit bans to ranked only. Other modes matter too and they should not become "toxic queue". There is no reason not to remove toxic players from ALL modes.

thank you for your comment dude, you are not nitpicky, I always I think to myself I must have broken ideas in order to balance them anyways I'm gonna make some changes soon enough. p.s. I will post two different ultimate abilities.
: I like the Q change. I think the W would be better as a click on that marks an enemy, maybe similar to how Pix works where the mark will assist the auto attacks of allies that attack the marked enemy, possibly slowing or dealing extra damage. The W you suggested seems to me too much like a super-powered version of Quinn's W. It especially should not have a shortened cooldown if it fails, that would be too strong in my opinion. The E having a damage reduction is far too strong, maybe if it had a form of CC applicable to a storm of crows being in someone's face. SO it could blind them or make them Near-sighted for a couple seconds. WOuld make a nice combo with the W, keep them slowed with autos, the E removes their vision and the Q chunks them down. The ult doesn't make sense to me. The only reason LB's double ult works is because her ult works by making you press a second button after you cast it, meaning that it has a separate effect for each ability. For this ult you seem to only have one button used for multiple effects as well as giving him both a TF ult and a Yorick ult all in one go. He would become a split-pushing teamfighter which would be ridiculous. I like the idea but the focus of Swain has always been his own transformation, rather than Beatrice being the big powerful one, I feel like it's a huge shift in tone to suddenly go to this. Having him able to teleport around the map that easily while also being able to split-push with the same ability. It's a nice idea but it seems incredibly overpowered to me. If you want to make him a strategist who uses allies to his advantage then why not make it a more temporary transformation deal. So for 15 seconds Swain transforms like he does now but instead of just being a big AoE bird he can recast his ult to send out little bird minions that will target enemies and slow and damage them. It could have some other effects, I mean if he were a bird now he could gain an increased vision radius and movement speed. It would be more of a supportive, team oriented role that was more focused than him just being able to fit into every strat in the game. This got away from me a little, it was only supposed to be a few lines but here's a few paragraphs I guess, my apologies :)

Nice rework thumbs-up your idea is very good for TF and really he has one of the oldest kits that is very outdated. With this rework I see his combo E > passive stun > Q or W > passive > E > Q and the ultimate ability with the three cards is a very good idea reminds me of a card called magical hats from yugioh xD. the problem is I don't I think Riot watches posts like these I made a rework for garen not very long ago because his kit is very obvious and I got a new idea from this post.

also I'm thinking to change the passive at lvl 11 the heal is increased to 10% of his maximum health TO Garen gains 10% or 15% bonus health. and maybe this change when he kills a Villain target he will heal 20% of the damage dealt.

: Her passive is kinda useless... she gets a free cast every now and again to excuse having one of the biggest mana problems in league. So both the op and riot (who want to get her a new passive someday as well) are right... by simply lowering her mana costs to a more standard level she would no longer need the passive meaning she can get one which help her in her actual play style and not to cover a weakness it creates (exact same thing happened with veigar... his old passive was just mana regen to excuse having large mana costs, he then got a new passive which focused on what veigar actually does (which isn't overloaded nor complicated, just more of what veigar was doing anyway) while his mana costs got reduced accordingly... and he prospered greatly from it, same opportunity here). So liss would really benefit from a different passive to better suit her play style (no idea personally, not enough experience with her but not what the op suggested... move her away from mana) while losing nothing if she also got mana changes as well.

Yeah your comment makes they should reduce the mana costs and bring a new different passive.
