I contact a friend from Greece and I play a couple of games together and we both experience the same problems. Also it looks like we are the only ones getting disconnected from our team. Pls fix asap cause it's getting annoying, both for us and for our teammates :(

It mean's a lot to me personally that you took actions immediately as soon as the problem appeared. Keep up with the good work . I would suggest to disable ranked games in the Greek Region for a short amount of time until the problem is partially fixed .

: Hey everyone, It looks like as of around 11:45 GMT (15 minutes ago) packet loss has decreased across all ISP's. Can anyone confirm if they are still experiencing issues? I would advise trying in a custom game first to avoid any punishments should the issues be persisting. Thank you!

: Hi Guest, We're currently looking into issues with numerous ISP's from Greece - unfortunately this may be a backbone we don't have control over, but we're seeing what we can do to clear this up. Would you mind please doing the following: - Download [WINMTR](http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/) - Run winmtr and run a trace to 162.249.73.1 - Let this run in the background When you experience issues, please stop this trace and upload the results here so we can try to catch where the issue is. Note: Packet loss is calculated on average, so it's worth stopping this and starting it every so often to start from "0" again, due to it being an intermittent issue. We want to try to catch it during issue time if possible :-)
