Contact player support via the support option above & have your account updated once you verify that you are the owner of the account.
It will take a little time but shouldn't be too much work. Remember your account security is very important and we cannot take changing account information lightly and need to be 100% sure before any amendments can be made.
But when i contact player support, i think Riot sends the email to the email linked to this account. I cant do a support ticket if im not logged in here i think.

Don't complete the placements yet. Wait till they fix this shit. I wont play any ranked games until everything is back to normal. Maybe in 2 weeks at least.

So Lets say I played the 10 placements games in Flex Ranked, and I got Gold 4 for example, so this will be my current rank? I then keep playing Flex Ranked normally and climb the ladder as usual with promos and everything?

Well you were not affected that much, actually you are mostly still were you are. If you got S5 that means you can get it again

I didnt understand the flex thing properly.. So I can que up with 4 team mates? as if its like the old ranked? I mean what is the difference between Flex Ranked and the Ranked we had when we can que up with 1 or more team mates?

Contact League of legends support, they will ask you for proofs that this account belongs to you, you give them the proofs and you will get back your account.
They'll ask you questions like:
Could you send us your recent RP bills? or whatever..

They can't just borrow lux's wand and boom abracadabra {{champion:99}} {{item:3092}} server is fixed. Problems like that takes time, so all we have to do is wait.

It is not like they are doing it on purpose bro, all games get issues from time to time. Yes EUNE hasn't been that good for the past 2 weeks but there are issues and Riot are trying to fix it, they aren't drinking coffee and laughing at us, so do not worry. Let them do their jobs and all we can do is just have patience and wait till the server is back.

I think the server should be shut down for a day until everything is completely fixed honestly, we can all wait a day and then enjoy other days with no problems.

Hey Hi Im M0e,
Right now we're investigating, however preliminary investigation it seems that one of our load balancers for login is having issues.
I can only apologise, things haven't been great in EUNE in the past 2 weeks and we're aware of this :-( As unbelievable as it may be these have all been different issues, but that doesn't matter when it results in the same crappy experience for you guys.
Thank you for the reply Eambo, We understand that there are issues and we respect your hard work. Just needed an explanation and we got it. I hope everything works fine soon.
