: Veterans, in your Opinion, who (and when) was the most broken OP Champ you have ever encountered?
Yasuo, his "free" crit, tons of mobility, personal shield just for moving, CC or AOE CC, non ult skill that negates like 90% of abilities... I blame that overloaded monstrosity for the game we have today.

: Why do you play TFT?
To see the same thing all the time... 3 items stacked Draven winning games singlehandely... only now it is him or jinx.
: TFT problems
My biggest issues are the (for me) perceived inconsistencies. Like why is Kenned allowed to ult and move around but not Garen now? Why is Swain allowed to keep his ult while he is reviving? How come Varus can charge and shoot his ult when he is frozen? And so on and on... about as much consistency as the main game balancing and bugfixing. All over the place. Also can someone please explain how assassins behave? Most of the times they jump to most distance target (about 9 in 10 cases if there is space available) and then they in 50% cases just turn around and attack someone else than the enemy carry. Is that intended? They just to the furthest enemy? Not attack it? And as mentioned in different topic I made, Braum being useless against team with assassins, where he turns his back to the enemy front line to shield against enemy assassin, who is not even near him, just because enemy assassin is the most furthest unit.
: As far as I know, here is how it works : His shield blocks ALL incoming damage to him, so it doesn't matter where he is pointing it. It also only reduces damage he takes, it's not the same shield that blocks projectiles in normal league. So basically, it's just an ability that makes him super tanky so enemies waste more time on him (He blocks 80% of the damage he receive for 4s in his 2 star version which is very strong as a tank)

EUNE logged in OK, EUW says wrong credentials so probably just the EUW

: Which champions do you hate?
Yi, Zed, Veigar, Yasuo... well generally all the hypermobile BS that can drop you under 1 second by just pressing single point and click ranged "skill".

: Misfits games of their lifes right now (SPOILERS) - game 2 and game 3
Pity, but MSF is still god damn heroes in my book.
: Misfits games of their lifes right now (SPOILERS) - game 2 and game 3
Glad Faker didn't pick Ryze again, can't say I am completely trusting MSF picks. But still hoping for the best.
: SPOILER AHEAD: Unfortunately Misfits lose game 4. It is really sad. I really want to see Misfits win. Ryze seriously dealt too much damage. Plus Tristana itself had so much push power that SKT could easily get ahead in gold.
No Ryze no life. Point and click insta root is just too broken... not to mention the on-demand team teleport.
: You're right, but he's the only reason SKT still has a chance.
True, he did great on the others too, but it is Ryze on which he is super dangerous. And I am always trolling any and all Faker fans with it. I mean really it doesn't seem so hard to hit point and click root and then a skillshot (expecting the coutner argument that I could not do it, and you are all true, doesn't change as how I see it). Not saying he is not great player, he is, mechanically especially, I just feel he is a tad bit overrated and way too hyped up, especially with Ryze. I think, perhaps wrongly, most of his success is A) on Ryze and B) helped by jungler (which is a bit upsetting that SKT junglers never got quarter of rep Faker gets. )
: NA teams are too cocky to perform well. You're right, but it's even more special because it's an EU team.
Felt to me like NA teams are getting the easier matchups too.
: Misfits games of their lifes right now (SPOILERS) - game 2 and game 3
You got to love how Faker after losing as skillshot centric Corki and Taliah goes for Ryze with point and click insta root. :-) And of course, first blood goes to him.
: Teams are by contract bound to respect the game and there can be penalties on offenses. Stuff like testing unusual picks and/or using a substitute player when there is nothing on stake anymore is of course ok, but all teams are expected to play to win and a team obviously throwing will most likely be punished for not respecting the game
Ye, didn't occur to me a simple solution as that .
: I read the title and thought of Rekkles on Twitch lol.
Oh, yeah, that flash forward was horrible, but at least they made up for it yesterday :D
RallerenP (EUW)
: It's in their contracts. They can't start intentionally trying to lose.
I guess that is a reasonable thing, contract-enforced penalization.
Rismosch (EUW)
: I don't fully understand. What happened? And what's the problem?
There is no problem and nothing happened yet, I was just wondering about a potential situation.

: How do you even beat Onslaught?
Won about 4 times, allways with random people, 2 victories without Lux/Synda/Ahri. What makes me upset is that we got 2xB, 3xS+, once C (second try final round) and rest As and by fking RITO logic that amounts to B+ total.
: Doombots Teemoing Icon
It's BS mode anyway... bots getting invulnerable as they need it etc...

: I don't think it is a bug, the spell shield doesn't block Singed's poison either.
I don't think it works on spells that are already active... hence not working on that, I think it wont protect you from morgana AoE when it is already placed either. But it says it blocks next spell...

: No lulu's W is like a projectile. It is hard to see but pay attention to it, it is like a small colorful ball (like one of her AA or her passive). You can easily check it on a custom game

The drawback is that the active area is so damn small now, that even bots wont step on them
: Meh, idk. I was hoping that we could get our EU LCS during weekends this year. I guess I still won't be able to watch half of the games. /sigh
Well you won't be, not in real time anyway, as half of the games happen at simultaneous stream, which is really silly. And their comment about dual monitors? It is not FTW, it is WTF? How are you supposed to watch that? With one stream muted? Or maybe they meant it for someone like Arnold J. Rimmer with his brain spliced, who is is able to listen to multiple things at same time.
: I like Fnatic so if Huni Reignover and Yellowstar left them gonna hurt. PD: Rekkless and Febiven gonna stay there? :(
Not sure whats up with Febiven, but Rekkles has another year on his contract and I don't think they will let him go like last time with the Alliance switcheroo.
: How did Fnatic manage to
The thing with Reignover and Huni is that they don't have families in EU, they probably don't care much if they go see their family from NA or from EU, though I guess NA has better flights. So they can just gladly go where they want to get more money. What kinda makes me upset is Huni's smacktalks about EU > NA and how he wants to prove EU is great region. Then they waggle more money in front of his face and off he goes, NA > EU. Lol. Yellowstar, as someone mentioned, wants the challenge of something different, so either NA or asia, I guess better connection flights and less language barrier in NA so... But yeah, I was getting ready to go to Katowice, not anymore.

: Lets write some lol jokes here
: Yeah, saw her in a game yesterday and the damage was somewhat over the top, Riot thinks PBE feedback is not accurate enough so they release new champs in op or broken state either way although recent threads showed that she was too strong. But this happens with every new champ........well, not every champ, I think Vel'Koz is one of the few that has never been as popular as others since release and has never seen a nerf despite the last one with less Mana Regen per level since max Mana at level 1 was increased, but this counts for a few champs, so not really relevant either way, he never had Mana issues to begin with.
That is not entirely accurate, Riot does také PBE in account on new champs, but they let them be broken on purpose for a while so people buy them. When people pay, then come the nerfs.

: Consider having 100 AD. Without IE, your bonus crit damage is 100. For a total of 200 With IE, your bonus crit damage is 150. For a total of 250 Basically the bonus crit damage is the damage on top of your normal attacks.
And that was the problem for me. As Enjustsu wrote, I will have to test it to be sure. If it is like that, great I am happy with that. It boils down to how Riot coded it. because before it could be done in two ways: 1) use Ashe's crit chance and crit damage then apply her damage and flag it as a crit, then let IE do its passive as it does for anyone else, it is crit after all 2) use Ashe's crit chance and crit damage + check if she has IE before applying it as damage, if she has IE, adjust the crit damage accordingly, then if she crits, check if she has IE and disable its passive since it was already added and then it comes down to if they used the way 1, was much easier at that time I assume, if they altered it or left it that way, Because if they did, the IE passive would not probably be working? It boils down to how Riot coded it, but hey, weird things and interactions happened already with how complex the code has to be. I don't know, will have to test it. Thanks though, would not even occur to me to test it and would také it as granted that IE does not apply passive on every even noncrit hit. edit: thinkind about it, way 3) of checking the presence of IE to adjust the bonus damage and not caring bout IE anymore is probably most likely, and done before any attacks and before flagging the attack as crit. So... yeah, I guess I don't even have to test it now. Thanks again :-)
Riryz (EUW)
: the ult feels a little stupid if i you'd ask me... she winds up and smashes the enemy a huges distance towerds their base... that would definatly not help her seeing how you actually need the enemy clost to you to kill them. i can only see the ult being used as an escape tool or maybe for taking an objective. other than that i dont really see a use for it.
Same here, or as a trolling thing. Jarvan + Kata c-c-combo the enemy team and Poppy then sends them home safely to troll them.
Enjutsu (EUNE)
: IE bonus crit damage IS added, do the math and do some live game testing and you'll see this for yourself.
If they do, good, can't test it now, kinda at work (yeah yeah, I should not be here, but hey perks of automatic testing). Thanks though.
: If tahm eats someone and poppy ults him then both of them are going to go on a magical journey together... aka where tahm goes, the person inside him goes... same with kalista.
So yep, instead of you saving just one enemy by sending them home, you save two enemies by sending them home.
A Luo (EUW)
: Whos happy with poppyies rework?
Another trolling ult on champ I guess. Your Jarvan jumps in, locks multiple enemies inside his R, your Kata jumps in to spin like Wheel of fortune and then comes Poppy and ults the enemies away to safety of their own base.
JQKAndrei (EUW)
: The only reason to write "bonus critical damage" instead of "total AD" is if you want to count something that doesn't do 200% damage on crits. And the only item that does that is IE.
I guess it is a language thing for then. I always took the "bonus Critical Damage" as a "the bonus damage you get on top of your normal damage for making a crit" not as a "bonus crit damage on top of normal crit damage" I really wish someone from Riot would make confirmation, I believe I am not the only with this wording issue.
JQKAndrei (EUW)
: You're wrong there. Her passive bonus damage is calculated on **Critical Damage**. >10% + (Critical Chance × (bonus Critical Damage)) It calculates the damage you would do from critting (which includes the IE passive).
Is that so? Because I would say the IE passive procs after the crit is confirmed. That formula does not say that the passive from IE is counted in before you do or do not crit for Ashe

Yasuo needs shiv and that crit chance cloak, forgot the name, and he gets to around 100% crit chance thanks to his passive I believe. With certain mastery that amounted to heal with every attack, from items he would build anyway. shiv = 30% crit chance cloak of agility = 20% crit chance 50% x2 (his passive) = 100% crit chance Warlord bloodlust mastery: 15% heal and 20% attack speed for 4 seconds on crit
