At max stacks Kayle becomes Exalted, gaining 15% Movement Speed towards enemy champions and Exalted attacks launch fire waves that deal 10/15/20/25/30 (+20% AP) [scales with points in E] magic damage. Level 6 - Aflame: Attack range is increased to 550 Level 11 - Arisen: Exalted Attack SPeed per stack is increased to 10%. Level 16 - Transcendent: Fire waves deal true damage. " with that she actually would feel good and not compleatly op in my opinion
rightnow she feels realy %%%%in useless till lvl 11 and then becomes deacent and when lvl 16..... im not even gonna comment on that shit LUL the champ is just realy toxic to every1 both player and other ppl

: you know what could they do to fix her W? make it cost energy instead of recharging it. as for damage nerfs, i'd be cautious. she was reworked by CertainlyT and we all know that changing the damage on whatever he touches either makes the champ useless or overpowered (graves is the perfect example)
Making w cost energi makes the energy usage compleatly out of balance. Maybe make it not refund energy. But the champ is already overloaded the total inviz is more like unnessesary feature witch has unlimited possibilitys! Akali cant get balanced ever before her w effect returns to what it was before! Turret diving in earlygame used to be a sign of skill but for akali its more like built in feature!
: it's not that simple. even champions that are permabanned, like yasuo, are still in the game with very little change so people will eventually get used to her, maybe a new champion or item will be released that will counter that ability. if you think about it, Fizz is even worse because his jump not only makes him untargetable, but damages you and has a stupidly short CD. the thing that, in my opinion, WILL make people leave is Riot's unwillingness to fix gamebreaking bugs, like the "stuck in loading screen" or the dropping FPS that cause a second of lag, and the idiocy in making the new runes and items. The bugs have been in the game since a few months (the "stuck in loading") and more than a year (the "fps drop") and players can't understand WHY only league is affected while games such as overwatch are perfectly fine. What's worse is that when you get stuck in loading screen the game considers you a dodger and WILL issue a leaverbuster (happened to a friend of mine, got six games in a 20 minutes delayed queue for this thing) and riot will not remove the penalty for some reason. As for the new runes and items i'm referring specifically to conqueror, stormrazor and the new I.E. Since they were implemented people started to die more than normal, simply because of the increased true damage and instant critical strikes. to be honest stormrazor wouldn't be that bad but it's way too cheap for what it gives you making it cost 3400 gold, like infinity edge, would kind of balance it as right now assassins can build that plus draktharr and take down half your health in an AA because they can build it far quicker than tanks or bruisers can build THEIR items (2800 for stormrazor + 2900 for draktharr as opposed to 3000 for cleaver + 2900 for a tank item like deadman's) not to mention you don't need the full draktharr to do increased damage, only the serrated dirk which is 1100 gold so they can start wrecking you even sooner. But the items themselves aren't the problem, it's the software. They made items and runes that can kill you very fast and thus increased the average deaths per game but didn't change the settings in the automated report system so, if you die 15+ times even if you were just camped (like that veigar posted some time ago) you WILL get punished for feeding. before those items, getting killed4 or 5 times was normal now it's the bare minimum. i've seen games were, while we still won and my team got a lot of kills, each one of us died more than 8 times. Another thing that isn't updated for the "true damage meta" is the grade system, it's harder than ever to get an S in jungle simply because it's so much easier to die now (it doesn't help that we still don't know what amount of farm/vision/kds is needed but riot likes to keep players in the dark about everything). If this keeps up, if people keep getting banned for having bad games or get punished for something they didn't do (the stuck in loading screen) they WILL leave, unfortunately, Riot is too busy buffing champions for the worlds and using mission to trick everyone into believing worlds are still watched by players. if you think about it, akali is the least of our problems right now she will probably be nerfed to the ground alongside all of the champions that got buffed for the worlds {{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}}
In my opinion u cant fix akali with dmg nerfs That champ has basicly most mobility and still a lot of dmg and sustain but that is not the probleb Problem with her kit is only in w cos it makes turrets useless and they cant make akali balanced untill they remove the invisable to turrets part! If they dont do that then they just have to nerf the dmg till the champ has none at all!! Akali is basicly tryndamere but trynd has longer cd and less mobility witch is why trynd is balanced and akali is not!

oh yeah i just thought about it there is 3d option aswell option 3 go to other lanes compleatly ignore akali so she wont have any chanse to get kills every time u have lost 10% hp go to spawn cos atleast she takes dmg from that and get reported for trolling and baned cos rito bans ppl for just existing nowadays! But no lets leave that w as it is! cos then ppl dont have to install hacks or cheats cos riot has done that themselves!
