: I would have said he was more or less fine before, so the buff wasn't necessary. But you seem to compare the champion to the games where he get's rolling and dominates instead of looking at his overall performance. I would think he got buffed because he has good matchups against many of the current top dogs in mid(especially against Syndra and Taliyah) and was a bit below par. So his buff is also a nerf to those champs
why not nerf those champions then, instead of raising the gap between zed and champions that already struggle against him?

it does not lag for me in the sense that animations are choppy but there is a 1-3 second delay on a lot of interactions. like, press a button and it takes 1-3 seconds for something to happen. an example is the "start queue search"-button in draft.

I do not think you need to have the client running to watch replays, at least not the ones from replay.gg/op.gg the .bat file executes the game client (not lobby client) with the url to the op.gg/replay.gg replay server as a parameter and it can be launched even without a logged in league user as far as I have experienced I have not used any other replay systems

In an online competitive game you want to give the least possible amount of data to the players sa everything you give them can be used to manipulate your game in the weirdest ways. Why are there no invincibility or damage hacks in lol? Because damage and health are managed by the server. Why are there those dodge scripts and so on? Because hitbox and visuals are communicated to your client so it can be read by anything on your machine. Making it possible to host local games requires you to have all the data the server uses and also people could easily create their own private servers. That is really not an option at all.
