There are several tools and websites where you can test them, but in general it's your ISP who's responsible for opening/closing given ports. Separately, Riot Games will attempt to talk to TE Data about direct network peering, so that we could create a highway between our networks. I will let you know whether that's possible.

You can play this.. you can open that, you can get on this but you can't play that .. Open this port .. close this port.. It's crazy and they don't even care.. TE-Data have 70% of the internet in Egypt .. They can't take big decision just because they rules , I hope they get a huge slump and all customers leave that shity company .. that's what it really deserve tbh.

Bro try a VPN called ZenMate as a temporary solution, That I tried and it worked with ping from 90~100ms

HERE IS A TEMPORARY FIX Using ZenMate Premium (At least for 1 week) 1- Go to zenmate.com and Register a new account 2- Choose the recommended options when setting up your account. 3- Download & Install ZenMate for Windows/Mac 4- Login using your new account and Premium should be activated for 1 week for Free. 5- Finally Connect the VPN to France. : ok there's something that no one mentioned but i think it's kinda important as someone already said the problem appears on the arrival of every new patch and stay for few hours maybe couple of days and then gets fixed on its own, but this time it just took so much longer time, but here's the thing i don't think riot itself is related because it makes no sense, if the problem is from riot's side i think it would have happened to all players in the server not just egypt and since i already tried to reinstall the game, i even reinstalled my windows copy and still nothing so it's sure tedata's fault so the way i see it there's 2 available solutions: 1- Riot should work hard on solving the problem with tedata as they have higher authority than us civilians, and they can easily come up with an agreement with tedata itself 2- riot can come up with a vpn made by themselves for us to use for the game and doesn't cause high ping like all the vpn programs we are using either way you really nedd to work on this fast cuz you keep losing more players every minute sorry for the long message PS: the menu of the game works perfectly and no lagging even the spectator service is working perfect too, the problem is only with playing games yourself of any kind( normal, co-op or customs)

CyberGhost works fine with me on Poland, Ukraine and Czech Republic. I'm able to join a match with 160ms with those countries. Maybe try uninstalling CyberGhost, and download the latest version 5.5
: Hello , Just to be direct . This issue have nothing to do with lol update or game at all . i have been playing lol since 2010 in EUNE and in EUW since late 2012 back in the day when i first started playing the game my ping used to be around 67-75ms with 1 mb which is really great ( since we would never see that now days in any game ). In the past three years their happens to be unexpected increase in internet users. Communications infrastructure has become very weak, resulting in our poor internet Experience. Also for the past 3 years internet provider started to act on their own closing VOIP ports IPs and stuff ( in order to keep us pay for international calls since Skype , Whatsapp will make them lose lots of money ). And so the only solution to overcome and bypass their VOIP blocks that we have to use a good VPN that is for less pain , unless if Riot can do something about it by talking to our government or to the NTRA ( National Telecom Regulatory Authority ) in Egypt . I hope that i cleared the misunderstanding of this issue as well as hoping that i had given a fair enough solution for this issue. King Dark.
Hey King Dark, Did you tried a good VPN that's working with the least Ping possible for us right now! I'm still using CyberGhost but ping in pretty high at 190+ in Ukraine for example. Thanks for the valuable info tho :) {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}

Hi, I just sent both the Log file from LoL Directory, and the WinMTR test results for _31.186.224.42_ and _95.172.65.100_. **All in all:** * I don't think its related to IPv6 because TE Data does use IPv4 on all ADSL subscriptions and not IPv6 (At least that's what they told me) * All the Traceroute tests I've done are getting stuck at Hop **#13** right after the IP (_77.67.73.166_) with the name (internap-gw.ip4.gtt.net) * 1 out of 3 of my friends in the same regional area are affected with this same issue * I already port forwarded your ports on my router's config like 1 year ago and I felt no deference with Ping and Conn issues within this period of time. * I did all the fixes that are listed on _"Troubleshooting connection issues"_ article on ([support.riotgames.com](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664)): (Switching to Wired connection, disabling Firewall and IP Helper, Configuring the DNS... etc) nothing seems to help :( Hope these info help solve the problem or we all gonna stray apart {{item:3070}} {{champion:32}} {{item:3070}} Thanks in advance, Amr
