: Hey all. I don't specifically work on the team that deals with reports, but hopefully I can provide some clarity. To address point one of the OP - Calling for others to report a player is a punishable offense. It is a form of bullying and as such is against the summoner code. It should always be a personal decision for each player as to whether or not they feel another player warrants a report. In fact, do feel free to tell your team mates that "report calling" in itself counts as harassment. Flaming and bullying a player will never help them to improve their game mechanics, communication etc. Take five minutes to add someone and talk to them after game. Perhaps do some customs to help them learn a champion, or how to gank or how to use vision. To the second point of the OP - Don't worry about how many reports a player receives at the end of a given game. What's important is that if you feel a player truly deserves to be reported, that you do so. Don't feel pressured in to doing something by your team mates asking you to report a player. It's all recorded and all counts. As for the specifics of how the system deals with reports, I can't go in to detail. As always, the report system is a continually in development and will continue to evolve to be as useful as possible. Hope this helps!

Staying healthy, Breathing clear air with a high Oxygen quota, Drinking clear Water, Sleeping Confortably, Eating well, Interacting with society; mainly the Boards(for me the Boards are 51% of Social Time and 49% Friends&Family),Playing League of Legends, Watching Anime, Staying Up to Date on my messages be it Facebook or Emails and Lastyl Studying! These are my Essential needs for a happy life in Order of Importance! P.S. I am not saying the Player Comunity is more Importand to me than my Family&Friends only that I sadly spend more time on the Board! I was accused of Homophoby for Stating: Sexual Orientation is a recipient's choice; All but heterosexual people would have long gone extinct! What seemed to "harm" less was my statement: Altough Race is not the recipient's choice, it is the choice of the Parents; Have you seen a black couple give birth to a non-albino white baby!

: 4 of your threads got deleted and were mentioned in the same notification. These 4 included the 3 spam post and the one homophobic (claiming sexual orientation is a choice) post I already described. The 5th one got deleted seperately and it was deleted because you copy-pasted the exact same post you already posted. I have to admit that there were 3 mistakes how your moderation was handled: 1) The homophobic comment should have had a seperate notification. 2) Since you were already warned multiple times and we take homophobia very seriously it should have been a permanent ban. 3) The last spam delete should also have been a permanent ban, not a final warning, since you already received your final warning for spam before. Since you profited from our mistake, we are not going change these decisions. But remember that this is definitely your final warning. I strongly recommend reading and following the Universal Rules. Especially spamming seems to be your personal favourite, so please read the spam related notifications again and make sure that from now on all of your posts are unique (don't spam the same stuff again and again) and contribute to a topic.

: Can you rephrase that? I am not sure what you want to say. edit: One of my colleagues just explained what you probably want to know. You want to know why these posts got deleted because you can't see them yourself, right? One post was slighty homophobic, in one post you just posted a random blurry video of someone (you?) reading some papers, in one of them you just wrote 3 words with no apparent connection and in the last one you posted 3 random pictures (for example a blurry picture of someones ear) completely unrelated to the topic. So in summary these posts got deleted for homophobia and spam.

I wanted to show my scar; In 9/7/2013 I had a bilateral approach partial excision of brain cancer surgery of 12 hours who stoped prematurely because of bleeding. I have since lost my hearing and sight from the right side, have a facial nerve and left peroneal nerve paralysis. I used a wheelchair for a year as I could not walk. My left leg could not extend because of Monoplegia which was solved by injecting Botulinum Toxin. I am since walking with a brace with springs to imitate my lost movements I had radiotherapy. We bought Temodal(temozolomide) but both Oncologists said that Chemotherapy should be done along radiotherapy and not after if not the Costs(vomits, sterility,...) surpass any benefit and as such should not use the drug. I am living with a cerebrospinal fluid valve(Cerebral shunt) after the surgery.
: > I want to know what Did I repeat! Exactly as I just told the OP: You should actually read the notification. Repeating the same thing is not the the only thing defined as spam.
So four Posts! Why didn't Each of Them Contribute to their respective thread?
: > Some posts get removed for completely nonsense reasons Which one specifically? Yours? > and said that I believe they didn't know match making system worked AND you accused him of being unable to read. > Now one of my posts was removed for "spam" even though I wrote one message only. If you would actually read the notification you got you would know that the term spam doesn't only apply to posting stuff multiple times. > Posts that fit under one of the following categories may be considered spam and removed: >* Posts that do not contribute to a topic * Posts that serve no purpose * Repeated posting of the same content * Begging. Again, sorry, but referral links are spam even if they're about League of Legends The first or second point applies to your post. Remember that you accused others of being unable to read? ;) > Then there are times where 2-3 dudes spam posts (make about 10-15 within an hour each) and none of them get removed... Spam is not only defined by quantity. If these posts are constructive, 10-15 posts in an hour (or even way more than that) is perfectly okay. > if a moderator makes a mistake, they actually apologize etc. So do we. We just make less mistakes than those NA guys ;) > But in EU quite some moderators seem to be abusing their powers and failing to do their job properly. We have a close look at every complaint and we revert moderation actions that were wrong. In your case the moderator acted correctly.

It could be any of the 10 players. > >What you are doint is eliminating the Social Cost and therofore harming the disadvantaged, Sick people etc. Since you said "But **I** did not" I assumed you were the OP, but on another account. If this is not the case, please feel free to clearify. I further adressed your issues as much as I could, assuming you were the OP. I apologise if there were any missunderstandings, but it was really difficult to understand you. One of those concerns, one you repeat in this thread again, was that you didn't name and shame anyone. This is the copied from xMidnight0's deleted thread: > If u wanna know his name u can check my match history in a game i played pantheon jungle, hes the Yasuo in that game. In case you were not the OP and you were talking about the action taken against one of your posts, which got also deleted for naming & shaming, here is why it was removed. You posted a thread with 14 links to matches in your match history in which the names of your teammates were clearly visible. Since your thread was about players harassing you, this post filled with links was breaking the "no naming & shaming" rule. If players harass you, please make use of the post-game report options. Reporting them on the Boards doesn't serve you nor them any benefit. For harassment outside of the game, feel free to submit a ticket to [Player Support](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en). I hope everything has been cleared up with this reply.

I haven't seen anyone denounce LITERALLY INTENTIONAL stomping of someone's lawful fun. In my five years and four months of experience playing League of Legends. I had More than a dozen of Admitedly Intentional Feeders(They announced they were mad for various reasons and threw the game. More than A Dozen Raquitters quiting because they gave up Firstblood or Missing a Spell or Ability, And Not once was there any Denouncement of them. Since Then each week I have a teamate wishing cancer to a teamate, Once Every Year to me. And there have been other dozens of players making analogues with deceases. Sick,Cancerous,Aids,Ebola,Gonorhoea,Spastic.... Teamates, Enemies, Champion.... Now I say that suffering from a desease makes you actually vulnerable and Is NEVER the pacient's choice Sexual Orientation IS a choice of the person in question. Colour and Race are not the actual choice of the "recipient" and I am not claiming as such. It IS nonetheless the factual choice of the respective Parents instead so they should be accountable. : There are two ways to look at this one of course being the thing that its just a word that describes something and is just used without the intention to hurt someone. On the other hand there are those people who are actually suffering because of cancer and using the word lightly might be not that okay for them and they definetly don't need that negativity. Thats pretty much the situation as it is but how do we handle it? To make the right decision we sometimes have to look at what the gain is and what the risks are. If we just let people use cancer as an an adjective to describe something unpleasant, annoying, bothersome, aggravating, awful, obnoxious or simply bad, they get another word to describe something they could do with a lot of other words and the 7 named before aren't even all of them. On the other hand we might run the risk of it getting used even more as it seems to be an okayish description of things which then again, might do more harm if there are people out there who do not react that well to it. What do we got for the other side: If we ban the use of cancer what do we got? Less probability for people who are hurt by the use of it actually being confronted with it but i would personally say they should not take it personally and shrug it off. That being said in the complete knowledge that dealing with a disease of that magnitude isn't easy to handle and just putting it aside is easy to say but actually pretty hard to do. Now what is my opinion on this? Personally i'd say ban it. No exceptions. This is a community and as that is a place of social interaction which also makes it an educational space. The social kind of education. As the gains for banning, in my opinion, heavily outweigh the gains of just tolerating it. And for me personally there is the other thing being that if you want to say something you might as well do it properly. If you use the word cancer to describe something people are going to assume you are just a whiny idiot who doesn't even manage to use the right words and as i recall you are treated that way in the comments which just creates more toxicity in this community. If you care about something and you have to say something important you can use the right words and you will be treated accordingly. If you are here to whine in such a way that post might as well be deleted as there will be nothing good coming from it.

: Its completely pointless to argue. The system is in place and its working just fine. If people dont want to use it they have no right to complain. Everyone gets wished to die or get cancer etc. Its not exactly an uncommon thing in this game, but its your own choice if you want to get effected by empty words on the internet. Mute and report.

: Sorry but the party denying the MMR matching dysfunctionality has given no solid proof. I am sorry. Argument something works on average DOES NOT APPLY, as the case of normal has infinitedesimal chance to happen. It is average on sets of thousands of games. Individual game has variance from 25% to 75% win rate expectation. Riot has removed their post when they moved to new forum, as someone in PR department said so. Thus I do not have that post anymore. THe fact RIot removed it, an ddi not give new data of expected win chance of MMR matches of teams, only proves the case they know they have something to hide. It was supriise to USAF when they got through all their pilots and out of hundreds of thousansd, not a single person had average weight or height. If something happnes on average, and there is hundreds of thosuands games, there is still lots of occurneces that you get chains of worse games. That you are pitted against teams with higher MMR. I bet this is why Riot does not give team average MMR at end screen. They know it. And it is damn bad shit for PR. Do they fix it? They cannot. IT requires too complex math and they do not want to invest money on professional mathematicians. For Riot LCS is all. Rest is secondary, and done if no changes for LCS games (which has no internet and 10 games only on server with direct local safe LAN). Riot has no interest doing anything to us if LCS requires attention.

: Riot doesn't enforce a 50% winrate, the 50% winrate is a natural side effect of Riot creating matches with 50% win chance for both teams. It's basically like flipping a coin. If you flip a coin often enough, you will get 50% for each side. This doesn't happen because there is some god of luck who tries to prevent you from having to many throws on the same side, it simply happens because of the 50% chance and the law of big numbers. There simply is no need for this magic creature who does this, it's an automatic result. It's the same with matchmaking. You don't need a system that looks at players winratios to balance it to 50%, it happens automatically, it's a natural result of the 50% winchance and the fact most people play a lot of games. If you want proof: Look at players who have very few games. For example if a player just played ONE game and he won, the system you imagine would automatically force him to lose his next game in order to adapt his winratio to 50%. If you take a look a at many different players with different numbers of games you will notice that players with very few games often have winratios that are pretty far away from 50% while players with a lot of games get closer and closer to precisely 50%. > That's why intentional feeders and trolls are not getting banned ever Just take a look at the PB boards, if you search a bit you will find several threads from players who got banned by the feederbuster. > . They just use it not to punish them, but just to know who to match with a good player that was doing great thx to his own effort. A final question that (hopefully) should change your opinion: Why the hell would Riot do that? The system you are imagining is completely useless, it's super obvious that this a really ineffective system that drives away players. Why in gods name would Riot do that instead of just using a simple 50% winchance system which is better in literally EVERY aspect and also way more easy to implement? Do you really think that ALL 1500 Rioters are so incredibly stupid that they intentionally fuck up matches in order to drive away players and earn less money? Really? Please explain why anyone would do such a stupid thing. It's a rethorical question, I don't really expect you to answer that because I think it's pretty obvious that this an entirely unrealistic scenario.

: Perma bann is briliant.Gets rid of the most toxic player in the game.Whoever gets perma banned did a long road to make that happen. And deserved it as well.Even with the punishments we still have afk, troll, toxic players in the game. Not so much but what would happen without the rules?LoL would have dyed long ago by the toxicity.Infact i would make the afk punishment a bit stronger.People still dont care about leaving."have to go to the gym, have to go to work/school." and they just leave the game like that.Worst part is that they play ranked when they know they have no time.Go aram or normals. But ranked.Thats why i would give a 1-2-3 day suspension for leaving the game.

: I don't see why you're vulnerable because you have a disease. You could be completely healthy, asthmatic, have cancer, be a zombie reincarnation of hitler. None of these should make any internet insult hit any harder. If somebody tells you to get cancer, you can just ignore them. Actually having cancer doesn't make their insult any worse. I'm not saying these people shouldn't be punished, I'm saying you do need to develop a thicker skin on the internet.
