Hello Smash me Galio This weekend League indeed had some issues and players we're unable to log in or reach to the loading screen. But it should be fixed now. The profile bug is a known issue and has been happening since beta. Right now, are you able to play the game?
: PC, fps drop happens every 6-7 games. One game 00 fps, second game like nothing has happened. All that started from last patch, never happened before.
It's odd that only in random games you're having very low FPS. After every few games restart your PC, it should help you avoid these FPS drops. If you're not using SSD, then you might wan't to change your HDD to SSD, it would make your PC run much faster. There is still a possibility that your CPU is heating up and that causes the FPS drops. I would recommend leaving [HWMonitor ](https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html) on, while playing League of Legends. When the next 0 FPS moment happens, you can alt+tab to see if the CPU or any other PC component are heating up. Make sure all your windows updates, driver updates have been done. And that you're using the latest antivirus. Do you have any background software running while in the game? Like: Discord, Skype, Overwolf etc?

Explain them that you can't log in the support and they will direct your ticket to the right team.

Hello MezmerizeR93 When you had a low FPS game, does the issue go away in the next game? Are you using PC or laptop? Sounds like your computer is heating up too much after some games. You can use a program like [HWMonitor ](https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html) to see how hot your computer components get during the use. If any components gets over 80'C, then you should deffenetly open and clean your computer, if that's not working, then you might have to buy new components.

Hello Kurosaki Ichìgo Go to to ingame settings and set FPS cap to 60, which should give you no lagg with 720p monitor at mid-high game settings. If the lagg continues, set the FPS cap to 30 and and then find your most suiting low-mid (game graphic setting). If possible, get an 1080p monitor. Your I7 proccessor and 1050Ti are too powerful for using a 720p monitor. If you can use real money, the fastest way to earn blue essence would be to play twisted treeline with xp boosters. Avarage game time would be 7-10 minutes, avarage xp gain would be 250-400 xp. That is about 4-5K BE every 3 hours.

There is deffenetly something going on with your network as you're unable to ping and your having 100% packet loss. Restart your pc and then start the game. There may have been a corruption with the game servers and the game got deleted. When this happens, your account won't be affected with leavebuster.
