We in the forums don't know what happend, so it's hard to judge or discuss about your issue. First to ask is who is a troll/inting player really? maybe it was just a unlucky play and the player got a bit too greedy, maybe he has a greedy personality and doesn't respect other players skill, items, levels etc. If someone is "toxic" in the game chat, why do you care? Just play your game and don't think about it. If you're afraid that their chat might change your attitude towards this match, just mute the player. --- You got banned because you were unfriendly towards other players in your team or enemy team. (which side, we don't know in the forums) You didn't respect them, you yelled in their face with godlike powers thinking that you're right and their wrong (whatever the situation was) What gives you the right to yell at other players? In solo queue players don't have 5 man voice communication or pre-made plans and coordination to win the game. Everyone tries to do their best and sometimes it goes well, sometimes it doesn't. It's a mix of skill and luck, everyone in your rank have the similar skill set as you do. --- If you love this game, you start over and hopefully this time you respect other players more in both win and loss. What does rank really give you anyway? some shiny border in a Computer game. Isn't playing games more for having fun? Hello everyone Sounds like a network issue that happens to players who are using the same or similar ISP. I doubt that it's Riot sided or it would be happening to a lot of more players. Are you people able to alt + tab when this issue happens to you or you just have to restart your computer? Does the issue only happen in normal/ranked games but also in bots and custom games?

Hello Ariseth I had a similar bug when trying to watch live match's, but never have had any issues when watching [VODS](https://watch.euw.lolesports.com/vods/lcs/lcs_2019_spring). Make sure you don't skip any minutes or mute the sound, you can just set the sound 1 if you don't want to listen.

Hello Daddy Gogo Make you don't skip any minutes or mute(set sound 1 if you're there only for the mission) when watching vods or it won't count. Sometimes the mission will complete a hour or so after you watched your video, these delays can happen because there's just too much pressure on the servers.

Hello Admiral Beargod Have you tried manually updating your windows? It may tell you that you're using the latest version but you could still manually search for updates. Get Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool and run it, maybe you're having some hidden issues. Make sure you have 3.5 still installed afterwards. --- You may have to uninstall all your graphics drivers and then redownload/install them. Also check for updates afterwards.

Hello Tres24 A small trick i know is that you change your monitors refresh rate from 60hz to 59hz, then unplugg the monitor for a bit time and put it back on. Once done, change the refresh rate back to 60 and it should work. Another ways is that if your using Nvidia graphics card, you may have to match your monitor resolution there with your own one.

Hello FizzedOnYourFace How about FPS? Ping changes are considered as network. If you're lagging, then your FPS should be making some crazy changes too. Does your ping spike over 100 or more sometimes?

You didn't have to uinstall your antivirus, you can disable them. I'm also using Norton, but the payed version. : How can I share it here? I don't see any option of uploading files. I updated my audio drivers. And used the repair tool option on the client. Now I get fewer game freezes but still have the problem. I will play in windowed mode to see if the problem disappears since others said it could work. I just don't want to play on windowed mode forever lol.

Hello Kurotsu It's highly not recommended, eu client could recognise you as using third part programs and ban your account. (including custom games) I also asked support about this and they suggested you to make a second account, it might get banned, it might not. Just remamber to change your language back to Euw(languages) when playing with your main.
