: I played 14 games to level up to get the capsule including win of the day. get champ shards that worth 720 BE out of it. So compare to past including win of the day. it would be 720 - 150 (win of the day Bonus in past) = 570 : 14 Games mean that u would earn 40 Ip per game when u compare it to the past. WTf this much reduce u need to play forever to buy ur champs u not owning. This how riot want to make money with selling champs. And they always were so proud that they are not pay to win. Good work Riot making ur game pay to win. i have still 20 champions for 6300 BE to buy so lets see how many games i need 720 BE : 14 = 51 BE per game 20 x 6300 BE = 126000 BE 126000 BE : 51 BE = 2470 games to play till i can buy me my missing champs. Are u serious. And i didnt count in that leveling up need more games every 25 levels, because level up need every 25 level more xp to gain a level This is just betraying ur gamers with changing it and make the people buy champs for real money if there is no change in future im out. I dont play a pay to win game
learn what "pay to win" means jesus christ

: A lot of you people, have little to no understanding how Economy works, and can't even do proper math. We had a lot better exchange rates in Europe compared to US for RP purchases, for the past 3 years or so, because the euro was stronger than the dollar, so at one point ,we used to get extremely good value out of the Euro, compared to the dolar. In the past, last year for example, we would get 180 RP for 1 USD, while US would get 138 RP for 1 USD, because of the difference in Euro prices. At the moment, 11 USD = 10 Euro , which means that we are getting: 161 RP per USD, in Europe, while US is getting 138 RP per USD as always. 161>138 They are making these changes, so that the price for Euro RP is equal to the amount they receive in US for a dollar, which makes sense, because economy is an ever-evolving thing. **All that is theory and idealism tho, reality however is very different from the numbers presented to us.** But what they have not taken into account, is that Europe, is a very divided Continent, and we do not have the same level of GDP as the United States of America does. EUNE for example, is a combination of a couple of Averagely prosperous countries and a bunch of very poor countries. As you can see in this picture here: http://i38.servimg.com/u/f38/12/34/59/78/map12.jpg Those are more or less, the poor countries of Europe, that have very little income and low living standarts, compared to the rest of the world. The lowest GDP in the United States of America, is fixated at 27,000 per Capitala in 2014, the next highest is 39,000 per Capitala, which are the poorest States in US. While compared to Europe, the GDP in Europe, is 68,500 for Luxemburg, then the second highest after that is 34,000. So as you can see, the Living standarts in US compared to EU, are such that, even the most poor States in the United States, have higher living standarts than the second most rich country in Europe... As someone has also stated in the post below mine, i should also compare the average countires in both cases and let you see the difference between the GDP of the average living conditions in US and EU. Kansas City, MO-KS Metropolitan Statistical Area has the average GDP of 2014 of 53,000 USD per Capitala, which is about the middle of the list. While Slovenia has the GDP of 18,000 USD per Capitala for 2014, which means that its almost three times worse living conditions on average in Europe compared to the US. Even the average living conditions in the UN, are 21,000 GDP per Capitala in 2014, which is still relatively low. Here is an article even with the low GDP of those countries, or most of them: http://www.therichest.com/rich-list/poorest-list/the-10-most-poverty-ridden-countries-in-europe/10/ The poorest country in Europe, is located on the EUNE server and is called Republic of Moldova, which is where i am personally from. The average paycheck in that country is around 100~150 euro per month, which means that comparatively to US, which is 3000 USD montly on average, is 20 times less income. But i have to pay the exactly same prices as US residents do for their RP, as do other Poor European Countries have to. As you see in the picture above, 60-70% of europe , is in the same situation, excluding several countries like Germany, Danmark, Switzerland and others, the rest of Europe is in very poor economical condition, but riot is making it even worse for them with these changes. I, personally have to pay around 200$ for a skin, in the currency of my country, compared to what i earn and have to spend compared to the US, and i haven't been complaining, because i'm used to such a bad economy, but with the recent increase of the Euro price in my country by 16% , and another increase in 16% on RP prices, that made RP for me 32% more expenssive than it was last year, so i can safely assure you, that i will not be buying RP nearly as often as i did in the past. Riot really has to adjust the prices for each country separately, based on their economical state, and issue RP purchase rates for every one of them individually on both servers, because otherwise, they are not being neither fair, nor logical. While some people in europe have to pay 15 USD for a skin, a vast majority has to pay 100~200 USD for that same skin, because of the difference in Economy. Lets also take a look at Russian, the server in Russia has a different set value of 625 Rubles per 2600 RP , which is currently 10 USD for 2600 RP, because of the actual economy taken into account. EDIT: I have edited the picture for more accuracy because a lot of people were jumping at my throat for not circling in some countries, even tho i said that the picture shows **more or less ** the poorer countries in Europe. In the picture i've included countries with the average GDP of under 10,000 per Capitala, which means that the average paycheck in those countries is under 600$ per month. And some of them, go as low as 150$ per month.
THESE are the "very" poor countries of Europe. Get some money and actually travel to these countries. Unless you still think that 1000 euro = 200 euro

: It takes much longer than a month to take a fresh new idea through a project. Riot already have a ton of stuff they're working on internally. These suggestions may be implemented eventually, depending on multiple factors including: - How much time will it take? - For how much benefit? - Is it worth it? - Target audience - Are there better systems being worked on already? - Will it conflict with any existing projects? - Do we have resources available to work on these side projects? That's only a few things off the top of my head. Riot do glance in here, however I daresay bugs are also a priority and squishing them. I see some awesome ideas in here too and I hope they'll be implemented eventually, but I certainly don't expect it to happen in a month! :-)

: Not even close, the basic necessities for life are about of the same price as they are anywhere in the world, even in our poor country, living costs are similar to US, with some slight differences here and there. I can tell you that in my country, the pay is so low, that you can barely afford minimal living conditions, rending an appartement takes your whole monthly paycheck, aside from food and stuff. Please don't compare living costs in EU and US, they are very close, but we earn very much less. At a GDP of 10,000 means that the average paycheck in those countries, is around 600 euro, surely that is better than the Philipines, some places in China and Africa, but really, it is considered barely livable. Please check HDI ratings for these ratings before you call them "poor". Moldavia is poor. Albania is poor. Poland Czech rep. Health service? Also free. You call this "barely livable"??? Your african Moldavia is barely livable. Poor country which avoided global recession? With "Very high" HDI rating? With relatively strong currency? Poor country which is richer than half of the world or more? You have some awful friends there (complaining about everything is typical for slavs), because even people from western countries come to Poland and don't have problem with living in there You're comparing Czechs and Poles to Moldavians.
