Let's see... I pretty much play 1 champion and thats {{champion:28}} . I main Eve shortly since i started play league. What grabbed me in her is she used to be very underrated champion and i enjoy play off-roles and specs. She managed to keep me entertained all those years because of her versatility. She swapped different roles, like jungler, mid, assassin, mage even tank. She is the true hybrid champion which can find use of various item features and stats. I maintain one of the top Mobafire guides for maybe nearly 3 years and my goal is not only to point out to players the cookie cutter specs and item builds, but also to provoke them think and understand the reasons one or another item is strong so they can make an informed choice on their own. As a two additional champs for this preseason ill pick {{champion:37}} and {{champion:44}} . I guess you already figured out i enjoy supports. I play support role because its close to my understanding of not only playing, but also living your life- helping people. And not because i want to selflessly help, or im the good Samaritan, but because i think its how society should work and how it can be easier for everyone. Today people very often achieve success by stepping above others and sucking of their downfall. It could be so much better if we would cooperate. The reason why i play those 2 champs in particular, is they are also slightly underrated and ive also been playing them for quite a while and enjoy them alot. Just to be more complete, few champions i enjoy playing and often pick(but slightly disregarded during the preaseason) are {{champion:29}} {{champion:266}} {{champion:40}} and {{champion:16}} . Yeah, another handful of not so great champs and some core supports. The roles i've been using lately are Jungle and Fill. Jungle is the most appropriate role for my weakness Eve and since i cant pick additional champ to main, ive decided ill fill and try few different picks and understand better the macro-management of each lane. Most of the time i get to support as second role, but occasionally i can have some change on Mid, Top or as a Marksman. I have a bitter experience of last season when i used Bot Twitch as a second role, but ended up with very negative win rate which deprived me of reaching Diamond. go try gank a fed top laner. You will spend an incredible amount of resources and at the end is likely to still loose and get killed. It is much better to mind your own well-being and feed of winning lanes so at the end you have only 1 player behind, the unranked dude on top, who even with help would still perform terrible and throw on any occasion.

Smurfs dont bother me as much as the other factored players you already mentioned. Smurfs will usually move fast between the brackets and you wont have to face them constantly and they will eventually end up in the division they belong. Also keep in mind match making will try to place them versus the strongest opponents duo to their high win rate, which turns the tip on your side.

First Poppy rework is not something to distract the attention, but long waited update on a champion thats rarely played. Both Lee and Thresh are extremely good in their roles, but how is this an issue? Also keep in mind they are very skill reliable champs and need alot of practice and only when played very well can earn a better reward. You can name many other champs that are in similar situation. About Morg and Blitz hitbox but, im not sure what you are even referring to, but if there is a problem, it sounds like a minor one. Regarding turrets damage, how is this a negative, its simply how Riot decided their game should work, its only your personal feeling that dives should be punished greatly and only if the big majority of players uproar they want it, only then Riot should rly consider it an issue. i just recently learned about players using left mouse button for attack and right mouse only for move. How good/necessary is this, esp. when playing an adc? Sometimes i find it hard to maneuver well, ill often click to move, instead of attack, it becomes more obvious when i play champs like Vayne or Kalista

Last whisper is close to useless to fight squishies now, but its not useless. Its purpose was always to fight tanks, you have flat penetration which can be used much better against carries. I find it quite strange assassins to build heavy penetration item to kill adc, or mage. As your post explains, there are other good ways to build and still be able to efficiently kill squishies, so i dont see whats the problem and if you have to deal with tank, then you can buy last whisper and itemize accordingly. Its pretty op to have one core build which works with great success against any kind of enemy, its far more balanced to be forced and adjust your build depending your opponent, just like other classes do.

For most AD champs, the combination of AD marks and AS quints synergy the best and those are the more gold efficient stats; AD quints for example are less gold efficient(the AS you could get of them has higher gold value). Seals are mostly used for armor and glyphs for magic resistance

You didnt understand correct how its penetration works. Before the rework, it used to "ignore" armor of the enemy, which was pretty op and it would stack multiplicatively with other sources of armor penetration. Now it is a conventional penetration that only applies to the target "bonus armor", or if a given champion has 100 base armor and 200 bonus armor, it will only apply to the 200 bonus armor. It still functions great combined with flat armor penetration and is not depending on them as you describe it. We can agree its way of applying penetration is nerfed, but in return we get grievous wounds or the extra damage against large hp enemy, plus you can get a very cheap penetration via its base item

Both doesnt sound so fun as the ones already present. They fit more in the brackets before, along Bounty Hunter and Oppressor. Myrderous Intent sounds like a godo pick for champs that are less likely to chase kills, such as supports, this will give them a nice damage boost for the most of the game. It can also work well on champs which have high chance to score first blood, or champions which can snowball fast from the 1st kill, such as Draven. Top and Mid lane can often be decided by who gets the first kill

: What champs do you love the most?
I love controversial and uncommon champs and choices in general and i dont like picking the meta champs. Following this bidding, i chosen Evelynn at the start of my LoL adventures and still have her as my main. From all the champs, she prolly is the one who had the worst and the greatest moments. Times when she was super op and even more often when she was totally an outsider. The mainstream way to build her changes every few patches and its pretty hard to keep up, its kind of getting exhausting. As a hybrid champ, which scales so so with many stats and items, she often dont get good benefit of upgrades aimed for one or another direction. Right now she is again on a crossroad. She is taking the position she should be- able to take different build paths like AP, AD, or hybrid, but there is the problem she is pretty weak in either. I hope she gets some love soon and arise once again!

Playing adc and facing champs like Vi, you can rely the most on your team to protect you. Be more cautious and always mind the respective champ when joining a fight.

Usually its very obvious if you do a "kill steal". Just an example- Zed goes in, ults the enemy adc, execute his combo and the adc is left with 10% hp(his ult havent done damage yet), you come in and land the last hit. That would be considered a kill steal. If it was unintentional, best yo can do is apology before you face some rage. Not everyone is so reasonable unfortunately. Many unskilled players take it that they "own" the right to get a killing blow, without measuring how much everyone contributes for a given kill, who would need the gold the most etc. In lower bracket games you can often get accused for KS and most of the time its groundless

With the cheap price of {{item:3190}} , i dont find it convincing enough to pay the extra price for the AP on {{item:3060}} even on AP supports. The active is definitely a drawback.

Im also amazed how rarely this support is picked, yet its pretty cool. I can compare it as "Vayne" for the supports, requires higher skill, but rewards alot if played well. At one point ive forgot i have and play that champ. When i last picked her, our team was suffering a terrible loss, yet i felt im outplaying the enemy by far and doing very very well. Her chain heal is an op trade tool, you just go in, cast on the enemy, hit damage and heal what you may have lost at the same time, can even jump to a second enemy if good positioning.

Obviously it wont go well on mages, ADC's, assassins and is aimed for tanks and fighters...pretty much Top lane champs(jungler will fit it harder duo to using a slot for a jungler item). I guess the problem is there are other key items which Top laners prefer and are core part of their build like {{item:3053}} {{item:3742}} {{item:3748}} {{item:3071}} , while ZZ'rot is more of a "filler" which can complete an item build that lack both armor and magic resistance

There is one reason i support Twitch jungle and its the fact he has such a hard time in lane and your odds to get some good gold income in the jungle can prove higher. Ive tried Guinsoo, but it seems to not go well on him, his trick is to go in with stealth and burst with ult, there is no window to stack the passive. Devourer is also not an option, because you have hard time jungling in the beginning and this will reflect on the time you complete it and also on your overall contribution to the game in the meantime. Warrior AD will synergy very well with the LS against jungle monsters, you can immediately rush {{item:3085}} without minding LS items and it will improve by far camps clear. {{item:3153}} has been nerfed several times past few patches and i kinda avoid purchasing it. My early build would look like {{item:1408}} {{item:3006}} {{item:3085}} {{item:3142}} . If game takes long enough to fill the other remaining slots, you can adjust depending on what enemy you are facing. Id recommend looking for extra Crit, LS, penetration and {{item:3026}} if you are focused alot and dont have protection of your team

Im not happy with him, even if you dont loose lane by far, you can hardly exist against any hit and run champs. You really need a well cooperated team to support you, or you are doomed. Its nice to rush youmuu, but i only do it if im not heavily harassed in lane, or if i have support which offer healing. After youmuu i rush for critical and attack speed.

This has been discussed alot, but its not a possible option. That would mean players can practically choose with who to play and who not, this is job for the match making and not players, or we would start winning because we have blocked any toxic or unskilled players. I can totally understand the desire to avoid playing with many players, but Just imagine how unfair this can be. The best solution is keep reporting players that deserve it and hope they get punished accordingly.

It actually seems pretty cool for early game, its a cheap option to solve mana problems so you can get faster some core item, like {{item:3157}} {{item:3100}} , or whatever that your champ favors. Problem is, its pretty much a waste slot late game, i mean there are 10 other items you would prefer to be on its place. The prerequisite items {{item:3098}} has its passive disabled when you kill a minion, so get the other first.

I love how Riot fixes stuff lately. They see something too strong or too weak and if it matches the check to not get removed of the game, they push it in the other extreme. Guonsoo- was pretty useless s5 and before, it didnt add to the deleted items in the preseason, boom it gets a major upgrade and it becomes OP. ADC's, yes they were weak, boom AD items get planty of improvements, crit appears on every other item and is super cheap. They focused on give faster pace to games, threw a bunch of adjustments like faster gold income, some cheap stats, more exp, weaker turrets and whatnot and the meta gone to the trash bin. And ofc next patch they need to revert changes. Now Soraka, she was a bit unplayable last season. After the nerf to grievous wounds and some other season changes she became pretty op and what follows? A major nerf...Thats not how you fix stuff! You cant just hit on all her abilities at once and expect it end balanced. Things need to be done with small steps, you did it in the past and it proved correct and so far major changes only go wrong and are followed by reverting.

If you pray the assassin, for some odd reason, will also be hard into CDR, he would also spend his first 4k gold on reaching 40cdr and you have a fair match! Exactly, you dont have to meet the cdr cap, just like the assassin, but if for some reason you scale greatly of CDR(either you as AP mage or the assassin), you both have fair enough options to do so. There is no doubt mages has gone weaker this season, or maybe they didnt change much, while other roles got improved, but CDR is nowhere near a main problem. Its mainly the gold efficiency of AP builds compared to other stats like AD, AS and especially Crit!

CDR is main stat for utility champs(supports), mages prioritize AP and penetration for a better burst, the idea is you kill your target with "1 shot" without the need of landing several combination of spells. If you feel you rly want to meet the CDR cap, there are options, you can use runes, or off build items such as {{item:3158}} {{item:3100}} {{item:3152}} , but ofc you wouldnt sacrifice neither AP or pen for it. In the same line of thoughts we could require more CDR for ADC's or Assassins, but thats just not their primary stat and it will always come by sacrificing a more valuable one.
