If so, that's designed specifically around the whole "not being able to log in" - you should've got an email that you can response to, although I'd advise not responding until support get back to you as it can bump your ticket down the queue.
I am almost sure that I did exactly how you said here. And I have the ticket email, of course I don't respond until someone reply, but the fact is, if I click on the link they provided me, it requires the login information. I hope i didn't done something wrong ...

Hello and thank you for very fast response! Shiwah , no I wasn't logged into this account when i send the secodary ticket. I logged in only to access some features like posting on forum and ask for further assistance. Riot Eambo, thank you for your response. I can prove any kind of information they require about my account (maybe less accurate for very old ones), but I can.
