Hey Perseus6, This issue seems to be connected to your friend's list. I suggest you collapse your friend's list by pressing the arrow next to the General column, on the right of your screen prior to getting in any games. I hope this helps in the meantime, until it gets fixed.

Yes, my initial thoughts were that you might have two separate users on your computer but that doesn't seem to be the case since you are logged in as the admin. I am not entirely sure, but I believe that you might be viewing the properties of the general Documents file and not the actual (My) Documents file. It is even more confusing that they have removed the My part from your actual Documents file. So if you open a file through File Manager, on the left of your page you can see your navigation pane. Scroll to Libraries, then press Documents, and another Documents file should appear. Right-click on it and press Properties. The Location tab should hopefully be there. I will keep searching for another solution if that is not the case and you still can't view the Location tab.

Hey cister532, That is a known issue. You can prevent it by collapsing your friend's list before going in a match. You can do that by pressing the arrow next to the General column, on the right of your client. Hopefully this will help, until it gets fixed

In addition, have you checked your Documents folder, do you have a League of Legends file and in there a Replays file (from the current patch)? If so you can play a replay directly from there by doing the following: Press the windows key + R, to open the Run command. In there, paste the following: "[your league installation folder]/RADS/solutions/lol_game_client_sln/releases/0.0.1.162/deploy/League of Legends.exe" "[your absolute documents path]/League of Legends/Replays/[your replay name].rofl" "-UseRads" Make sure to replace your correct paths, and check that the Documents path is the one which actually contains the rofl file! Then where the [your replay name] is go ahead and paste the rofl file you want to watch. Let me know how this goes

Hey Shaerty, Unfortunately, I am unsure about your first and second problems, I will look into them. As for the third problem, you firstly need to be logged into the client in order for the changes you make in the input files to take effect. Follow these: Login to the client (which syncs your settings with the server) Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config Delete the "PersistedSettings.json" file Edit the "input.ini". You should see a column called [GameEvents], if you don't then write it on your own and underneath paste: evtPlayerMoveClick=[Button 1] evtPlayerSelectClick=[Button 2] (assuming you also want to select using your right button?) Launch a custom game (do not logout before doing this) Exit the custom game Exit the client By being logged in and entering a custom game you will ensure that your settings update on the server

I am glad it worked, they changed the files to be stored on the servers so you need to keep deleting the PersistedSettings and be logged in for it to actually take effect.

Hey RR Phantom, The link provided by OwØ Rengar is the correct one for you to use for EUW. I used to have the same problem accessing that site. The page might load forever, it might bring up the Error 500 with the Blitzcrank or it might actually go through. Usually after a few refreshed it works fine for me and it lets me through. You can always [submit a ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new) to support if you are entirely unable to access the page.

Hey ReeQuu, I agree with you that when I try to buy RP through the client, I only get an option to pay in Euros, thus I don't actually have an option to pay in Pounds. But remember you can still make the payment in euros and it will directly convert it to the equivalent pounds. But after searching a bit online you can buy RP in the form of pre-paid cards. I found that Game sells them, you can get [1825 RP for £9](http://www.game.co.uk/en/league-of-legends-9-game-card-232734) or [3750 RP for £18](http://www.game.co.uk/en/league-of-legends-18-game-card-232732). Asda is supposed to sell them as well, but I tried searching online and didn't find anything.

Hey Furious Destiny, A probable reason that you can't download your replays is because of a special character in your windows username. : Hi, I'll put all my steps down for you: 1 - open link 2 - select request type 3 - the sign in to support is prompted. i get signed out and then sent to the holding page with the 5 options 4 - select back to support - new tab opens and have to login again (yes EUW) 5 - fill in details and select login only to be told i've been signed out and am again redirected to the holding page so evidently i can login to the account and get to my profile, boards, settings etc but cannot get into the support site No matter which options or browser I use I always end up at this holding page - https://login.support.riotgames.com/error?error_code=CLIENT_ERROR&selected_locale=en-us

Whenever I try to relocate the folder, it says that There cannot be made a relaocation of the folder because there is a folder in the exact same spot without the ability of relocation. Καλη Χρονιά! Unfortunately, I still haven't figured out why the solution doesn't work, probably due to special characters. Do you have the ability to change the display language to english on your computer? If not, you can probably download. You can go to: Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region\Language (path may vary depending on your operating system) There, you should already have English as a language since you have the english keyboard, and it should say something along the lines Windows display language: Available for download. Once you download it, you can change the display to english, which might help with the replays. I know this is not the most optimum solution, but you can give it a go if you like! Also, where are you trying to create the new folder for the Documents?

The only mistake that I can think that you might have made, is when you created the new folder, you accidentally created it in your User's folder? Create it in your Desktop for example. As for the Run command, make sure to change the paths using the greek names if any of the paths have greek names eg Τα Εγγραφα μου (I am unsure if they translate that as well as I use it in english.) Try the solution again, while in the meantime I will try and figure out why it doesn't work for you.

Its a rofl file and how do I watch it? It says only to play in internet explorer or find apps in the appstore (windows 10). Should I convert the files? If so how do I do that? Hey, I am glad you were able to download the file! Remember that you are only able to replay games from the current patch, as a side note! So you are unable to watch it by pressing the Play button in the client? Then you can follow my other suggestion: Press the windows key + R, to open the Run command. In there, paste the following: "[your league installation folder]/RADS/solutions/lol_game_client_sln/releases/0.0.1.155/deploy/League of Legends.exe" "[your absolute documents path]/League of Legends/Replays/[your replay name].rofl" "-UseRads" Make sure to replace your correct paths, and check that the Documents path is the one which actually contains the rofl file! Then where the [your replay name] is go ahead and paste the rofl file you want to watch. The game can only be replayed in-client, as if you are spectating yourself, they will not be played in a video player. I hope it works out!

There is a limit on the transactions you make on a single account, as well as on multiple accounts using the same card for payment. Try restarting your client and checking your card details are correct. If you are sure that you have left 24 hours between transactions on any account using or using the same card, then go ahead and [submit a ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new).

Navigate to this folder on your computer: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config and open the input file using Notepad or similar program. You should see a column called [GameEvents], if you don't then write it on your own. Underneath, paste the following: evtPlayerAttackMoveClick=[Button 1] Try it out in a custom game if this is what you desired and let me know, otherwise we can try other evts.

Hello there, Checking on the Support's site, I found [this](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201753204-Credit-Card#h4q5) question being answered. It says that there is a security precaution in place to limit the transactions you make in a day, which takes into consideration multiple accounts using the same card number. Make sure you wait more than 24 hours before attempting another transaction. Maybe tomorrow, check your card details are correct and try again. If you still get the same error then [submit a ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to Player Support. They'll be able to further assist you with this issue.

Hey there, There might be a way to reset your mouse buttons to their initial state. Let's try this: First you need to be logged into the client. Then navigate to this location Games\League of Legends\Config and from there delete the "PersistedSettings.json" and "input.ini" files. Then launch a custom game. When you enter the game, try out your mouse to see if it works properly. Then exit the game and exit the client. The new settings should have replaced your old "PersistedSettings.json" and "input.ini" files. Let me know how this goes.

Hey there, On your client's top right corner, you can see a cog button. Press it to open the settings. Under the general tab, press Initiate Full Repair. This should take care of the mismatch. Let me know how this goes

Hey there, If you are looking for a fix, you can download the Hextech Repair Tool (HRT) [HERE](https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/player-support/tools/Hextech%20Repair%20Tool.msi). Under the Game tab, you can force re-patch your client which should automatically patch the latest update. EDIT: My bad, just noticed you referred to the Beta client. You can press on the top right corner on the cog button, under general choose 'Initiate full repair' which should patch properly

Hello, Which client are you trying to log into? Legacy or new one? In any case, I would first suggest to change the DNS address. You can find all the information on how to perform this in [here](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues#wq5). I would have outlined it here but I am unsure on your operating system. After you make the change and restart your computer, try logging in again and let me know.

Hey, I am not sure if you are aware but the drop rate of key fragments lowers, the more key fragments you have earned already. This resets roughly every 30 days. There has also been a bug that prevents you from earning fragments on champions you don't own, I am unsure if that has been fixed. Now if you know that in the past 30 days you have not received any fragments as an error, I suggest you submit a ticket to support [here](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new)

Indeed, you need to change the euw to eune in the link as said by Gogo123kl. I am sorry that happened, maybe [submit a ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new) explaining them what happened. Since you got accepted once, it is only logical they will accept you on your EUW accounts as well, since this wouldn't have happened if you were on NA for example.

Also, I am unsure if they have changed it, but when I was accepted into PBE, that e-mail redirected me to [this](https://pbesignup.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/pbe-signup) page, which is the same page as the one you should have signed up at.
