: Winning lane but losing matches
You've stated "someone like fizz/master yi/yasuo is always focusing me if not the whole team". My tip to you concerning this sentence, is that you should enhance on the fact that they're focusing you by improving your positioning, warding and having control over where your enemies are. If you're playing correctly, you know where the enemy is, and you have vision of them, then you should position your champion accordingly by placing the team between your champion and the enemy. You are not a frontline, therefore you should not be walking first in a teamfight, but let your tank/top laner/support/etc. stand in front of you so you know that if you get ambushed or attacked, then attack from a safe range. But you will not survive every time, as it is the job of a hypercarry or assassin to kill the enemy counterpart, like an adc. The reason you are winning early, but not late, is that your impact on the game itself isn't as high as it can be. If you get a lead, then take advantage of that lead, by either getting down a tower, roaming to the midlane to secure a kill, get drake if you can with your jungler, etc.

: >it just explains your behavior as a player. i guess this is the key sentence, its your behavior as a player IN THAT REGION, if you live in a city and you are known by a lot and they "honor" you, you dont take that honor to a completely new place imo but maybe its just me
The honor reflects your player behavior. Yes, it may change depending on where you live in some circumstances, but it doesn't change the way you are and the way you act, whether it is on EUW or EUNE, or any other server for that reason. MY issue with this is that, if you are a very nice, honorable player who does not break the rules, but is sportsmanlike, shows great behavior to other players and teammates, then that person should not be punished for simply switching regions. Because that is mostly what it is -- a punishment. You are getting penalized for doing something that you should not be penalized by. Resetting the rank you've received makes sense, as there are different ranking systems in different regions, but that does not apply to player behavior, as player behavior describes the player's sportsmanlike conduct. I am not "known by a lot" as you've stated, and people who face this issue are generally not considered "well known", but people who have acted great in terms of player behavior. We should not be punished for not doing anything wrong. There is no other way to get honor than to follow the Honor system.

: i had a guy tell me he %%%%ed my mother than hard she got cancer and died. Among other pleasant things, 35 minutes of pure abuse and filth, player never got a ban, it was in all chat and everyone reported him. I told someone to %%%% off and go play in traffic and I get a two week ban. #balanced.
No wonder you got banned, I don't even get why you bring that up
: Ummm, In soloQ you wouldn't have that problem I suppose. Other than that I don't know. At the moment I'm ranked platinum in both solo and flex and I don't really feel there's a communication problem. But that's just my personal experience. I also think you are a better player than you think you are.
Resorting to playing ranked in order to fix that issue is just a bandaid on a problem, but it is a nice suggestion though

: TL;DR: - NB3 was matched with a dude that played Teemo Support. - This Teemo, instead of staying bot, went to **support** his Mid laner. - He played like a typical support would: didn't take CS and warded. - NB3 insulted, and threatened him, all game. He even started shit in champion select. - NB3 contacts with Riot Zephyr to get Teemo banned. Sure enough, Teemo was 14-day banned.

To their defense, if he does not stay in the lane they're distributed, then they are indeed breaking the rules. Support, although not the ADC's exclusive support, is to stay in the bottom lane unless the collective team has decided otherwise. As well as this, we do not know what the Teemo player has been doing/saying off-screen. There is no definitive proof that Riot Zephyr got him banned, he might have breaken the rules on other occasions which led to the ban, but this is just speculation. Now, if it was not NB3's behavior was entirely unwarranted. You do not get more influence over other player's bans due to your own "fame" or power, and him thinking otherwise is a clear lapse of judgement, and should be punished indeed.

If I recall correctly, you can get it if you use a summoner name change. However, you cannot get the name by making a new account.
