I feel like support is doing no effort in looking into this issue and giving anyone who makes a ticket a copy/paste message.
support informed me yesterday that i just got riot kayle.i have more than 10 skins available and it didnt shown the treasure chest. i like her anyway :)

there is a number in the response in a parentheses the number is this (#16088103) is this the number that you need?:)

so i sent a ticket and the answer said that they are still sending skins...i think the response was automatic or something because this thread make it clear that they finished giving them. it seems that lot of people who meet the requirements didnt got mystery skins. i hope everything got fixed soon and someone help us. i sended another ticket in another language.

: Well, Riot had a member of Support helping people directly from the NA boards. Why can't they do the same here? I sent a ticket to support, but it would be nice if Riot could show a little more care about what happens in regions other than NA . It's not really a gripe, since I really like Riot Support and how effective they are, but it's a little disheartening when you see it over there, but you can't have it over here.

i think they have finish giving them away because they updated the thread about it and now the thread are gone. i visited the NA boards and some poeple there had the same problem and someone i think he/she was a support member or something helped them to get the skins...but nothing here..:(
: I think, clarifying, wether you were qualified or not would have been a nice thing. I lived in the faith, I will get a nice skin for about a month, because I recieved a single warning in the whole year. But now, it's over. At first I,ve been angry, because I didn't understand. Didn't uhderstand, why Riot would fool poor me, and leave me without a mystery gift. Didn't understand, what could've I done better. As I mentioned, I got a warning last yearbut didn't noticed a ban or chat retriction. I can imagine, I got a ban in the summer, because I havn't played for two months then, but Riot could've send me a message; you got a ranked restriction on the fifteenth of july, when you were level 28, and because of that you wont recieve a gift. But I just waited for the skinknowing nothing. I haven't felt grumpy or evil, rather havn't used chat just pings. I thought only some trolls and flamers reported me. It seems so, they won. I don't want to offend or blame anyone, and I could accept, that I truly didn't deserve a gift; I just ask for an ansewer for the question: If I've done something wrong what habit should I change, if not, why I didn't get this very lovely gift?
hi! i havent recieved a gift too...i dont know why..i never got banned..but it seems other people have the same problem too.i went to north american boards and there is someone who is (player support lead game/account ) is helping people with the same problem to got ther skins...it seems that in our region none was respond or helped as yet.i dont know what will happend but i hope for the best.so lets be patient. it is unfair i know

: There is a option in the ingame menu to have two types of locked screen, you have one for what side you are, There is a option to change what cam type you have in game.
