Personally I'd be more interested in seeing lowish AD ratios on her R or E (.4-6ish); spread her damage out a little and make it more skill expressive (skillshots) instead of augmenting her unavoidable point-and-click burst. She is supposed to be a skill expressive champ and there's nothing wrong with leaning into that. I think she actually has some pretty dodgy design choices; pre-rework she was an autoattacking bruiser with strong teamfighting and post rework she's much more of an assassin/skirmisher who has stronger teamfighting, stronger splitpushing, and better utility. Riot need to decide if she's going to be an assassin or a bruiser and push her in that direction because her current build is kind of in the middle and makes her too versatile in high-elo and pro play; meaning she can never be buffed for lower elo. That might be intentional, of course; but I don't know if I agree with the philosophy.

In a 1v1 fight she can cast up to THREE Q's on a single target within 2 seconds; allowing for resets with E and R - that's between 1.2 and 2.4 AD additional damage; or 157.2 damage BEFORE ITEMS with ZERO CRIT. Think about a late game build with high AD numbers and crit items like {{item:3031}} {{item:3508}} you're looking at adding several hundred damage to an already high damage combo - you haven't considered the LEVEL of buffs you're giving her and that's why I called you mad. It isn't my opinion; it's a simple mathematical fact. She DOES need buffs; absolutely; but this ain't it, chief.
Ok, the no crit part is ok. But she does need the ratio increased.

: I'll reply to both of your comments here (no point discussing in 2 convs): Throw away the "no damage received in the last 10 seconds" and you might have something usable, even though I'm not sure how it would impact the meta as a whole. --- The Drake menu is (IMO) still a terrible idea though. "Whoever kills the drake gets to decide the next one" might sound like a good idea, but allowing a jungler to dictate what's being served might turn out really problematic if we are looking to balance drakes themselves. If one team can't use whatever the other jungler chose as the next drake, there is effectively a 10 minute (4:59 spawn timer for the chosen drake + 5:00 until the next drake will spawn) timespan in which they can't profit off of botside objectives (turrets excluded).

Oh, I forgot to answer "how is the jungler supposed to choose the next drake?" Well, the jungler that kills the dragon gets a menu similar to Kindred's passive for marking enemies but here stay the 5 dragons instead. After minute 30, the elder dragon will come on its own if the other dragon is killed. The jungler will have 20 seconds to decide which one should be the next. Respawn timer of the dragons should be 4 minutes.

: Baron is the objective to take if you are looking to siege down the enemy base. With all the wave-clear a team can pick in champ select it's a necessity to finish some games. --- I don't like the changes to drake you suggest for a couple reasons: - Boosting stats is fine for me, but giving a cleave (which could make tiamat rushes obsolete for certain champions) seems a bit too strong. - Giving bonus damage against minions would make the farming easier and I don't think that's a good idea. - (The gold drake would grant 200 gold in ~17 minutes of out-of-combat time) No matter how much gold it would give, it could slow down the game for the winning side and would just take away the spot for a truly important drake. - The ocean drake favours certain champions way too much while having close to no impact for others (soraka hp5 = 11 at level 18, gnar hp5 = ~34 at level 18) ----
I made the dragons specific to different champions on purpose. The jungler should be able to choose the next dragon too.

Once a game is released, it also requires a lot of hours to maintain, update, and support. And that's not going into the issue that Linux isn't just Linux, it's a whole range of different distrobutions. Quite frankly, Linux is too small to matter, and too fragmented.
1) .AppImage will not bother about fragmentation as it will work on every distro, it's an image which contains all the program files in a container. 2) The Linux fans are actually a lot. Android has over 50% of the mobile market share, 98% of the servers run on Linux and the amount of desktop users on Linux increases slowly but steadily. If Linux did not matter, good luck with playing League of Legends, as Riot wouldn't have an appropriate OS for their servers, I am 50/50 sure they use either RHEL/CentOS or Ubuntu Server. 3) We, the Linux users are generous to pay for what we like. So money will hardly be an issue. 4) Higher FPS won't influence your sight but it does matter in games like League of Legends, because your mouse cursor is rendered by the game engine and it will be a requirement for it to run smoothly and seamlessly, whereas on top of all, if you decide to stream and record in the same time, you will struggle with the performance in Windows (talking about full HD and beyond)

Have you ever used Linux to judge its difficulty? If you did, which distribution? Any of the 3 I mentioned? I am not saying I am better than others for using Linux, but I am using a better operating system, that's for sure. At least, in the open source community, I am somebody, while on Windows I am counted as nobody. On top of all, we the Linux users help each other and we even help people who don't use our distributions and use another OS, no matter what. If we didn't like helping others, I wouldn't have written this post and suggest a good antivirus on Windows.

If you like customization, you can go to KDE Plasma as well. It's very flexible. Also, it's not *slightly* negative, it's VERY negative. Linux deserves only good words along the way, it's improved a lot in the past 3 years, it used to be very hard, but hell 19.10 Ubuntu will ship with proprietary NVIDIA driver on the ISO, so the installation will be incredibly easier for NVIDIA users.

And also yes, I will tell you that everyone who does very basic tasks has a better place at Linux. I taught most of my teachers of school how to use Linux and they saw it's simple and not hard. Watching videos is straightforward, heard of a media player and a web browser? Yes, codecs are a meme nowadays, but I am sure every distro will include them in the future, for now it's just Ubuntu that ships all the needed video codecs with itself. Even though, their installation is straightforward, just a single command you will most likely copy-paste and you won't even type. A lot of games are being ported to Linux nowadays, I won't be wondering if Riot decided to support Linux and %%%% macOS and Windows in the ass someday, because Windows becomes more and more dead, while macOS... Apple's laptops can't work for gaming that well, League of Legends for sure isn't a heavy-weighted game but why would Riot waste resources when everyone can just move to Linux?

In all %%%%ing majesty of the planet Earth read better. I said, that on openSUSE Leap you won't even have to use a single command for your everyday needs. On top of all, every developer can serve themselves with the terminal way better they'd be served with Command Prompt or Powershell on Windows. Please don't make me angry and read more attentively. In Windows you might also get to a point where you have to just use a command. For example, when your USB drive had been used to be made bootable but your disk manager will refuse to do it for you. There comes the 'diskpart' command. But how would you know? Fixing a forgotten password in Windows by using cmd will require a knowledge of 3 commands (mv, cp and "net user"). But you don't think straight man. In Linux, changing a forgotten password is easier, get your USB, chroot into your installation and you type "passwd username" as root and you pick a new password. But no, you like using the inferior OS.

Also, what makes you think Linux isn't more welcoming than Windows to beginners? Opening programs happens the same way, you click an icon, packages are in repositories and we have amazing graphical stores. Have a look at these 3 distributions: openSUSE Leap, Ubuntu and Sabayon. What don't you like about Linux? Too hard? I doubt it's too hard. Yes, you will have to learn 1-2 commands, but even for an average user a command or two won't be a big trouble and not always will you need commands, especially in openSUSE Leap as you have YaST.

: Yes, it doesn't support it. There's no native Linux client, meaning it's not supported. That doesn't mean you can't get it to work, but it's not as "plug&play" as Windows offers.
