: I don't see where you would go either too much ad or reach 250% atack speed if you could go nashors rageblade into full ap getting double the shield with alot more range while getting passive onhit that also gets stronger with the atack speed from rageblade and nashors that also gets faster by pressing the E which gives even more atack speed. Her ult shield will be like old courage of the colossus which was insanely broken and make her soak as much dmg as a tank can. you could also easily build one more ad item to get the Q evolution done without reaching 300 ad which in fact won't change anything about her itemization and make her even more obnoxious to face lategame.
I tried to word it so that when she gains say 100 ad for her Q. Her other abilities become harder to evolve. Like her W needs 100 more ap to evolve and her attack speed needed 75% more to evolve, something like that. This was an attempt to make her build more black and white not "I'm the best **AD**C in the game and I can build hourglass without any problems.

On hit should be removed and teammates should only be able to apply one stack having a cooldown shown with a purple circle disappearing around the enemy champion. Like Sylas' ult cd stopping him from stealing from the same enemy 2 times instantly. Also. When increasing the Ad to evolve her Q, the other abilities become harder to get. Say you get your 100 ad. The amount of ap needed for her W would be increased. Making it harder to go hybrid and makes their be a choice in Kai sa's build pattern instead of "I can build whatever I like" **(Q)** The problem with it now is that it deals too much damage too easily without any skill involved. This is a problem because Kai sa is supposed to be a high skill cap champion. My changes will be listed underneath Unevolved Q should be similar to Eve's q. A skill shot nuke that does decent damage and scales well into the game. However it has a 2nd part to this ability where missiles will be launched after which will deal significantly less damage and only their to increase the overall damage by a quarter to a third more damage. If a champion is hit by the Q the missiles will prioritize the champion as long as Kai sa stays in range, if no champion is hit the missiles will be distributed randomly dealing even less damage. **Evolved Q** The initial skill shot will be able to go through minons and have a wider range. The Q will mark the minons to be prioritized but if the skill shot hit's an enemy champion all marks disappear and the champion gets prioritized. The 2nd part of the Q will stay the same. **My conclusion and defence** This will make Kai sa's aoe alot less powerful, include less Rng in her kit while also increasing single target damage by a margin. And making it more skill expressing. **(W)** The problem with her W is that it does too much damage when it's hard to dodge at close range and stacks too many passive stacks in short trades making Kai sa win most. This is skill expressive but the amount of damage her w includes is too much of a reward when the animation can instantly be shortened by pressing her other abilities. Unevolved W should have a nida spear effect. Longer range, longer damage. Short range, low damage 1 passive stack. Medium range, normal W damage 2 stacks, long range higher damage 3 stacks. This ability will do AD damage and scale with Ap. What does this do? A shaco main will tell you all about it. **Evolved w** When the w hits, there will be a aoe slow which size and slow that scales with distance traveled. Also the short range becomes 2 stacks, medium range becomes 3 stacks and long range applies all stacks, needing just 1 auto attack to proc it. (Will get onto how to do that later in her ultimate) **My defence** This makes short ranged trades alot less easy for Kai sa to win, but also shows a clear difference in play styles from ap builds and Ad builds. So they don't intertwine and make her the perfect hybrid. So if she picks one build she can't go the other while having both playstyles. **(E)** Too much utility in one ability. That's all I have to say, it's Kai sa's saving grace and has invisibility?????? Unevolved E A speed steroid that has no charging up and allows Kai sa to kite. No attack speed buff given. It passively gives on hit damage scaling with attack speed. **Evolved E** A speed steroid and an attack speed steroid. The on hit damage does 25 percent more damage when activated. There is still no charge time. **My defence** Allows Kai sa to instantly get steriods with the disadvantage of not getting invis. Making her alot easier to counterplay. **ULTIMATE** The ultimate has 3 evolutions and only 1 can be obtained per game. Ad needs 300 ad to evolve. This makes it so that every enemy you dash through to get to your target takes damage scaling with Ad. However the shield is removed Ap needs 450 ap to evolve. This causes the distance of her ultimate to be extremely larger and the shield is twice as big. Attack speed needs 250% attackspeed. This causes the ultimate to burst out an aoe debuff around where Kai sa lands. The ultimate becomes a blink ability and everyone in the aoe suffers from speed reduction and adaptability armour or mr depending on what is higher. The shield is kept but still lowered. The normal ultimate should be a lot shorter range, like a ryze ult. Shield is lowered and speed traveled is lowered. **MY REASONING** These changes are so that Kai sa still has the build paths that she could go, but making it more black and white. Less interactive is a overused phrase that has lost it's meaning like literally. Zoe isn't overloaded you see, she isn't over powered but she isn't fair to play against. Zoe is a stat stick champion. Since she has 1 high damaging ability, 1 rng ability and 1 utility and a bootleg leblanc w. The way to nerf zoe is through numbers. Kai sa could be nerfed through numbers many times but it doesn't change the fact that she has too many options in her kit at all times of use. Zoe can be thought of being overloaded because of her W. However the Rng of the ability is quite a pain. When Zoe pops a balloon in lane the spell ball goes away from zoe's location so the Zoe player has to walk up to reach it and can easily be punished. Kai sa can mess up and recover with what's in her kit. I hope this gives you a little insight of how I think{{sticker:slayer-jinx-catface}}
