There's always a difference between divisions and it's players mentalities, and how they play the game, and since you said you play against Diamonds, it isn't really a vague guess. This may sound weird coming from a S5 towards a P1, but hey, I just wanna help. If you keep climbing back up, then you will one day pass it, good luck!

Unless the less tankier team gets gold lead + more objectives. Like for real. If the game is kinda balanced(in terms of objectives taken by both teams and the lanes are pretty much the same) then the team with a bruiser or tank which hits harder will win. It just is so. With no joke, a tank can deal up to half of the damage that ADC does(talking about autoattacks on tanks). Abilities can be as deadly as adc's abilities. The only one adc who can handle tanks well is Vayne, and that's just stupid.(not saying that she's broken, has clear weaknesses but still). Now you say "oh just kite the tank" oh f*ck your kiting. That tank either heavy cc's you or just flashes into you and you are dead. Now you say, that flash has a long cd and he can't do it for a long time... but what if the death timer at this time is already 50+ seconds? Then that one instaflash kill does mean a lot. Seriously I started playing league at the end of s4, and for me it was the most balanced then. Shit is just getting more broken and more luck based(looking at rng plant update which will come soon). Maybe Riot does this to prevent Koreans winning all the time? Kappa

: Randomness should not exist in a MOBA. I hope they don't implement it, because it will kill the game. Less RNG the better it is. I think randomly spawning dragons are already a problem, just because its random. If they keep implementing random effects, game knowledge or anything like that wouldn't matter at all since every team that would have the better RNG would win. "Oh hey, lets add some invisible traps in the jungle so junglers take damage at random and are stunned in place while having their healing reduced" "Oh hey, lets make river overflow midlane at random and instantkill everyone who touches it" "Oh hey, lets remove wards overall and let wards spawn at random instead" "Oh hey, lets change the game into an RNG - fest just because we don't realize that elemental dragons who spawn at random aren't problematic enough" Feels to me how its going to be.

When tanks are nerfed they are not able to do that at all, and then they become weak and non-viable. So there has to be some balance, to make them still useful as a TANK, but not able to win vs Juggernauts or Duelers. I can't think on other way than giving them some kit which allows them to make plays or get outplayed. Other option might be changing itemization, and making specific items for every role. But this is hard to accomplish - BC buffs lead to Lucian/MF being OP is great example. Maybe making new sort of LW than can some bruiser actually use would be good thing.

: what does it matter where they are if they are in bronze and i am in bronze then we are the same skill level and i manage to win. saying that in the right hands a champ is op can be said about any champ teemo is particularly easy to out play cos of how simple his kit is. buy oracles make his shrooms useless when you attack for 10 seconds you have an ult that keeps you alive for 5 seconds and that means 1 hit on teemo with 2 % health eats most of his health bar and hes easily beatable the only thing that makes teemo difficult is when you chase him run into a shroom and then eat a blind as he toddles along using his speed boost and you still go at him like a moron. put a pink in mid bush so you can see his shrooms in that area and destroy them when he places them there and have oracles for when you want to attack teemo is like one of the easiest top laners to counter with trynd in my oppinion but you cant just rush in and fight him you have to bait him to fight neasr to your tower and time your attacks on him right. I did useed to main teemo so maybe i just know his weaknesses quite well

I pick teemo into tryndamere as a counterpick with 80% winrate on teemo. edit: if you want to counter teemo pick pantheon. (the only true counter).

If you can beat teemo with tryndamere your opponents are pure trash. Teemo destroys everything about tryndamere.

They completely outclass other ADC's that have no natural mobility. lucian was sitting on a steady 48-49% winrate until the koreans started building ghostblade>cleaver after the cleavers price got reduced to 3100. nerfing the items would make other champions weak and wouldnt essentially solve the issue. nerfing lucian who now has a 60% ish pickrate if not banned and 53-54% winrate is the right thing to do. edit: hitting hes mobility takes away hes early-mid game (he already gets outscaled by most adcs late game)
