If there really is NO incentive at all, to make sure SOME solo players go in the dynamic queue and not** the especially for them designed soloQ**, 4 man premades are gonna have to wait reaaallly long.
This actually divides the playerbase for people that queue solo. There is some incentive for them to join dynamic queue solo like reaching a higher tier so you can play with your friends or (like me) you just don't mind possibly playing with a premade 4. So the new solo queue will be populated by hardline-"no premades!!!"-players. Are those really enough to justify their own completely seperate queue? I doubt it, but we will see.

I use the word sometimes but really mean "unsportsmanlike" instead. Like when the enemy furiously engages on someone standing there dc'ed for 10 secs while his whole team backs away. Or the enemy botlane instantly zones and tries to kill the enemy adc/support when the other is dc'ed at the start of the game. Especially in normals where you get nothing out of a cheesy win.

Dealing with double thunderlords on enemy botlane is the most annoying thing ever. Basically never trade or it's over... unless you and your other botlaner are using it too! Yay! Balance!

Thunderlords should proc on 3rd SPELL hit only, also dot-spells should only count as 1 hit. Then it would be a pure assassination tool for burst champs. This would force adcs back to fervor or warlords and harassing mages to deathfire (which was the original intention I guess).

As far as I've tried it the stacking mechanic does not interact with sated. the magic-on-hit-aoe does though. But agreed, the raw power of guinsoo's and thunderlord (try to survive bot against 2x thunderlord in your face... one cc and you are basically dead) is making the game really unfun and 1-dimensional right now.

Riot must balance out current champs and stop releasing no brainer champs with everything installed in their kit! If you can point out a weakness on Ekko that actually makes sense, then be my guest. The only way you beat these champs is when they make a mistake or when players having bad days. Other than that you can't lane properly. Have to sit, wait, survive and rely on other lanes. This is not how this game was meant to be played. If defence play was so important, then weaker champs would be given the opportunity to excel too!

People are so biased. You ask 100 what the balance problems are and get maybe 50 different answers. 50 might agree on something that is really OP and has to be fixed, the others are just BIASED. People lose, people get stomped. People fail to adapt to game changes that are bound to happen over the course of the game and start to blame RIOT that their old shitty stuff doesn't work anymore. Remember when Taric was #1 sup bot lane? Remember when Yorick was THE sh*t toplane? Guess what: they aren't anymore. Deal with it. You can't possibly expect 126 champions to all be completely equal and viable.

It made him harder to play. He can still wreck face in lane and snowball to oblivion. But if the enemy team manages to hold their sh*t together and get to lategame, it becomes more and more impossible for Talon to do what he does: blow up squishy targets. Before the nerf, landing E on an enemy carry was a death sentence 90% of the times. Now, knowing your burst, they will flash/dash away instantly. I feel that Talon has so little options to make plays lategame against a team that sticks as 5 and protects their carries. So yes, Talon can still carry if you manage to snowball and end the game fast. If you fail to so, he becomes more and more useless.

The 4 ult procs are only for duels. No one expects you to land all 4 hits in a tf, in tf the ult is only for a bit more burst and chasing. Also you don't need the ult procs in mid to late to bring down a squishy even with a bruiser build.

I agree on the colours being a bit weird and the fancy level up animations are a bit overkill but in general i like the new hud. basically because nearly everything concerning game state and strategy can now identified by just looking to the bottom right: minimap, killcounts, own kda and cs, state of allies, ult timers, deathtimers of allies AND enemies. Before, i could never be bothered to look a the left bar of the screen, only when i specifically wanted to know if an ult was up. now i get this information on the fly by just checking the minimap. nice!

My point was that this video shows actually nothing about playing Sion mid. It just shows you getting flamed in champ select and then you pwning in mid and late game. But you can do well with every champ in every position. That does not mean that is is good or smart to play it. Some laning footage would have been nice. Because i am pretty sure that sion mid would lose against good "meta"mids.

Ppl like to blame picks, builds, matchmaking, weather etc. for their failure. Just show them that it works and they will be silent. When it doesn't work, mute the flamers. When it almost never works, you should rethink your build.

As for LB, Ahri, Zed, and to a degree, Fizz, let's see how the new item, Luden's Echo, plays out. It's currently up for testing on PBE if you haven't seen it, here are the stats: **Total Cost**: 3100g **Recipe**: Needlessly Large Rod + Aether Wisp +120 Ability Power +7% Movement Speed **UNIQUE Passive**: Gain charges upon moving or casting. At 100 charges, the next spell hit expends all charges to deal 100 (+.15 AP) bonus magic damage to up to 4 targets on hit. So it's a bit like Statikk Shiv, and a bit like Ahri's W. I think it's gonna make champions like Lux, Kayle and Swain much more relevant. We've been missing out on an 120AP item for those champions who can't rely on assassiny burst, and I want to see how this changes up the mid lane.
Nida's whole design is flawed. Why give a champion a) low-cooldown long range poke b) combined with safety from insane mobility c) combined with rediculous all-in potential I mean, who ever thought that she would be interesting to play against?

It's just 100dmg + 0,15AP extra on a full combo. not worth. Deathcap gives burst mages much more because of the +30% AP passive. Also they don't need the movespeed because they already got gapclosers. This item is much better for DPS mages with bad AP scalings and no gapclosers. swain, ryze, kyle, karthus, rumble. EDIT: You are right on the Nida Spears though. Did some calculations. The new item is better than Deathcap for her when it's only about poke. For her full rotation, deathcap is better. GG when she gets both.

Veigar got nerfed huge when buffs were promised with the removal of DFG. Dunno about the Kassa nerf, haven't tried yet. Meanwhile Kalista and Nida still untouched while they are the most obnoxious and un-fun champions to play against.
I don't understand Riot at all with this (and I'm not a hater, I think Riot does pretty well at balancing the game in general). First they remove DFG which was justifiable. While this was a nerf to Veigar, they said "don't worry, we will compensate". And now? Huge nerf. Considering the horrible laning phase he always had and still has, the INSTANT LONG RANGE AOE STUN was the ONLY reason to pick him. If you were good at landing the stun, you could change teamfights in your favor (and don't tell me there was no "counterplay". Banshee's? QSS?) The range of his Q was never the main problem of his laning phase. The insane manacost with 0 kill potential pre 6 was. And still is. So why would they remove DFG, nerf Veigar's dmg even further (ult 1,2 -> 1,0), remove his only OP spell (instant E) and for all that not even work on his main problems? They just nerfed Veigar into a trollpick. tl;dr Revert the E change. Maybe tone down his damage a bit. Lower his early manacost.

We need an item that increases tank scaling in late game (arpen or mpen reduction/%bonus armor or mr or health/ %damage reduction/ crit reduction) because it's just stupid to die in 3 seconds when you are full tank and deal no damage.

: ITT people don't understand roles in the game. Tanks are supposed to wall off enemy assassins/bruisers from his squishies and provide point of focus for enemy CC or majority of their burst. Mundo is awesome as you can obliterate nearly every other top laner with him, trick is, you need to know how to land your cleavers. Given that you have no AD or AP stacking you just go full tank and still project enough threat to the enemy so they won't ignore you. Other tanks will have hardcore CC that's incomparable with anything. And if you really cry that as a tank you get gibbed in 2 seconds then: a) enemy outfarmed you and outleveled you, got dragons, etc b) your team has no idea how to play (while you take damage they should be dealing damage) c) YOU have no bloody idea what you are doing and are running into enemy 2v1 all the time Get your act together, if you play the tank play it as it should be played, with the team. While support's job is to keep ADC alive during laning phase and then provide utility to the team, your job is to keep everyone alive and well in 5v5 teamfights. And Tank's kit is just perfect for that, see: Galio - shield, speedbuff and ult Mundo - cleavers, AD bonus and burn Alistar - endless CC on short cooldown and heals Shen - taunt and shield for dmg soak and global mobility Rammus AOE dmg+slow (if built properly) taunt and dmg reflect Malphite - movespeed steal, aoe dmg, extra armor and OP ult Tanks are awesom, you just either don't know how to build them, how to play them, or how to behave in game and pick your team to your composition :P
Thanks for clearing that up. Hell I did it wrong all the times, standing in the back as a tank and watch my team die. NO Ofc I did something wrong when I die 1v5 as a tank. Ofc I can land super good ults as a tank and be succesful in a teamfight. That is not the point. The point is (may I refer you to the OP post to read it again, carefully) that tanks are overall WEAKER than a few seasons ago. And that they fall behind bruisers all the time.
: if you nerf botrk you nerf every other champion that uses it as well. What needs to be nerfed is every single marksman.
Then bruisers that use BotrK would become even more obnoxious. ADCs are finally in a good spot right now, being useful before the 40 minute mark.
