The system works through a number of variables. Your MMR. Your teams MMR. The current MMR:Division status of the league etc. They want people to enjoy all match modes, just because you was put into Bronze after your placements doesn't mean anything. If you was Gold last season, get climbing.

Hi xBigRonx, It sounds like you and your friend experienced a ghost game. All players in your match will have been kicked from the server and unable to reconnect to that specific game (the error you've described). These games rarely happen however when they do there's two outcomes of the match. You will either see the game history delayed and see the outcome of the game at a later date, or, most likely, the game will simply end and there will be no win/loss. To put it simply, either wait and see if you see it in your history later on. If it's not there, don't expect a change to your LP as the server doesn't believe your match happened. Cheers, Vux.

The system takes into account false repots so don't worry about being affected if you're a positive player. Some people rage-report in an attempt to make themselves feel a little better about themselves. If you're a positive person 99% of the time you shouldn't have to worry about being restricted. Also, in-game warnings aren't suspensions. They're friendly pop ups to let you know that you should try changing the path of your behavior before something happens to you. They have no direct effect on your account.

Hi, The patcher downloads files and then begins verifying and extracting them, at this point a download speed isn't necessary. However, the patcher is still doing something. Patiently wait and the download should resume.

: How much LP is the average per win/loss
It's all independantly based on your MMR. If you're too high for a division you'll naturally earn less LP per win than if you're in a division way lower than your MMR. EG: If I play at a Challenger MMR but I'm in Bronze 5 I'll probably earn 25LP and lose 10-15LP per game up until Diamond / Challenger. Once I'm at Diamond / Challenger it'll probably soften to like 15-20 per win/loss. If I play at a Bronze MMR but I'm in Challenger I'll probably earn 10-15LP per game and lose 25LP until I drop to say Gold / Silver. Then it'll soften. All figures are rough estimates, but you get the idea. :)

Checking the 2600XT it supports DirectX 10. League only needs Direct 9 so you should be fine running the game. The quality of it however will be uncertain until you login. Go straight to custom. :)

Ah I was under the impression you was getting the connection error yet when you was connecting you was hitting the 'Reconnect' page, not vice versa. If you're able to connect through a VPN it sounds like something between your connection and the gameserver. Although it sounds like you've fixed your issue and you're happy with the result I would always suggest troubleshooting your connection directly to the servers rather than through a VPN as once you've found the issue without the aid of a VPN there will be no need to use it in the future. If you continue to have these types of issues feel free to get back to me and we'll see what we can do to sort them out in the future. Cheers, Vux.

Although you've stated you don't believe this is a connection issue it sounds like it is. I've had rubber banding issues and 'Attempting to reconnect' issues too and they've all boiled down to my network in some way or another. Could I ask that you troubleshoot your connection and report back?

Hey Xamiakas, As you've already opened a ticket to Riot Support there isn't really much else the forums can assist you with. All account related issue (including suspensions) are dealt with one on one with a Riot specialist. I understand waiting for a response is frustration, especially in these cases however unfortunately there's not much more you can do. :(

It means your MMR is lower than the division you're in. The system thinks you belong in a lower tier than you're currently playing at so it will make it harder for you to climb. Over time, and more wins, your MMR will rise.

I have over 10,000 files in my League directory, it's normal. The patcher has been having issues with rescanning all the files which could have caused the delay in your client starting / updating today. Riot are aware of this issue however. :)

Even if you hit 0% download speed I don't suggest closing the client. It could be scanning files / extracting them etc without any need for a download. Closing the client will just interrupt the patch / download.

Often when the speed goes to 0% it doesn't mean that it's not doing anything, it just means it's not using the internet to proceed. For example, extracting files in your directory etc. Don't close your client just because your speed is on 0%, it doesn't mean it's broken. :)
