If I refund this transaction to you, I will also have to ban the account, until the negative balance of 10 EUR is paid back. If knowing this, you still want to continue with the refund, please reply to this ticket and I shall issue it. > > Kind Regards, > > Riot Arwyll > > I replied to Riot Arwyll in the email and to the link he gave me (ticket link) that I AGREE, but RIOT hasn't contacted me for days. So i came to the conclusion that RIOT basicly are stealing money, these are the ways how: not giving refunds, perma banning accounts and not coming up with an option to somehow get the RP and skins back( transfer them to another account or something like that). RIOT aren't stealing anyone's money. The support staff is very busy, just because they don't have the time to reply as fast as you would like them to doesn't mean they're stealing money. You/your brother are the one's who messed up to begin with. I really don't see the big deal here, just ask your brother to pay you the 10€ that he spent?
he cant pay me back and the riot staff contacted me 24h after i sent the ticket, so why they cant respond in 5 days already?

: It was actually your brother who stole your money. Not Riot. Report your thieving brother to cops. Or i guess Riot can do that.
well yeah, i edited that out, but i still want the refund becouse my brother is 12 and its summer so he wont be able to pay me back in a while

: No, they expect you to stop playing. A perma ban is their way of saying "go away". Do you really think people who just lost all their content will go "ah well, time to invest some more money"? Sure, happens, but that's unrealistic to expect fot the majority of perma banned players. Riot would gain more money if people were allowed to stick to their old accounts and keep spending. And harsh system? 10 game restriction, 25 game restriction, 14 day ban and THEN follows a perma ban. That's a lot of chances to keep your account.
and to sum all of this up you get about 6 chances, and as you all know league is so toxic, that if you dont mute all at the start of the game, you will eventually get a perma ban. It doesnt matter if you are even the most anti-toxic player in this game, you will get perma banned. The tribunal system is run by auto answers, i checked, every single answer is the same and 0 of help, os if you get reported, you do get reported and then it starts to sum up, and after like getting 25 games worth of reports, you get a perma ban.
