As someone that has been playing for 5 years and sent around 15 tickets concerning myself or other players, I can tell you that they have a script, and will not even read your full ticket before they send a scripted response based on a category you selected, I worked in support for a different company before and this was the case there so I dont see why this company would be any different, but I've been wrong before, usually takes about 3 or 4 responses to your ticket before you reach an actual person high enough to have an actual conversation, its a shitty system but it works because people get bored and stop replying before riot actually have to investigate for the most part.

: My opinion: I'd rather see you get away with "most likely got boosted" than banned for "maybe got boosted". VPN ticks a lot of boxes for them, I actually got locked solely for it and had to go through account recovery for the majority of weekend, instead of playing the game. Provide Riot Support with everything. If you have the exact IPs of your locations, give them those IPs. Some subhumans working in Riot support might not even look at what you posted and leave you with copypasted response. Try to have a discussion, ask to have "another" look or escalate your ticket, try everything you can. When they say that your matter is closed and any further tickets on this topic are going to be discarded, you are %%%%ed. At this point you can try causing forum or Reddit outrage, if you have some really crispy evidence that they %%%%ed u(or most likely %%%%ed up). Sadly, in your case, you are going to require support to provide you with such evidence and it's not gonna happen before hell freezes. Good luck.
Thank you for your reply, I agree, I understand why it looks suspicious, but over the past month I have received professional coaching through my team and played in tournament matches with and against player much higher elo than me, and even won lane a few times, so naturally going from playing against diamond 4 players in tournament matches to gold 2 players in solo queue it becomes a lot easier to see their mistakes and capitalise, I really have been screwed over here, but because there are so many people crying wolf about their elo boosted accounts, the few of us that do get unfairly banned are getting ignored.
: Probably because your ELO skip is suspicious. - You didnt play for along time and were most of the time silver and now you came back and climbing from s2 to gold 2 really quickly. - But let's see what others will say. ;)
I came back in July like I said and grinded from silver 5 to gold 5 in flex queue before I touched solo duo, and flex queue puts you against a lot of plat/high gold players even in silver flex rank, so naturally I had to get good in order to climb, only then did I start playing solo/duo, I believe it took me around 100 games, maybe a bit more, to go from silver 3 to Gold 5 in solo/duo, then I joined a team and received professional coaching, watched a ton of videos and in my tournament matches I play against high plat/diamond level players so naturally I am finding solo queue a lot easier, when I can beat plat 2 and diamond 4 players in lane in my tournament matches, naturally i dont have too much trouble with high gold/ low plat. I can see why the spike is suspicious but sometimes you do just improve a lot in a short time, this is the most seriously I have taken League of Legends in my life, so obviously the improvement is there now more than ever. and also why on earth would I pay to be boosted to gold 2? surely if I was going to elo boost I would want to hit plat or something like most people that get boosted right?

: Ouch... that must have been a painful 15-minute-long match. :/ That's why I have stopped playing ranked lately.
Surprisingly I won lane and managed to drag it out for a bit but at the end of the day bot and mid lost so hard that there wasnt much I could do.
: Because solo and flex queue are two separate MMR "entities". Your solo queue rank has zero bearing on your flex rank, so using that as a comparison won't do much. Also with the exception of the Plat V (and even that's not by much), the disparity isn't that huge here.
But do you not feel like that is an inherently bad idea? Because although it isnt the most major disparity I have had, any player that belongs in plat 5 can more than comfortably 2v1 a silver 3 bot lane, regardless of the rank of his support. When I used to play a lot more and played solo queue I was a gold 4 adc main, I still main adc but just flex q for now while I get back into it but I find silver bot lanes very easy to beat regardless of my support, which cannot be fun for the enemy bot lane. (its just carrying off the back of winning lane that I'm trying to learn and improve on at the minute.) All in all I feel like there should be at least a small connection between your solo q and flex q ranks, just to prevent scenarios that are so heavily one sided. Because a plat or gold solo player should be at least a plat or gold flex player as a baseline, at the end of the day we are still playing 5v5 on summoners rift in either queue, the gameplay is not worlds apart.

: I would suggest just doing it the long way by uninstalling it from the HDD and reinstalling it on the SSD just to be safe.
Thank you for the response, I suppose league is only around 5GB or so, so it won't be the end of the world if I have to do it that way :)

: Hi Call Me Śhadow, The easiest way of doing things I would recommend is: - Install the base LoL client to the location that you want it with [This Installer](https://signup.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload) - When installed, Rename the "League of Legends" folder to "League of legends.old" - Copy your HDD copy of "League of Legends" in it's place - Done! Now you can run LeagueClient.exe or lol.launcher.exe from that folder to start LoL up. The reason for installing it first is to get any dependencies etc. installed, but LoL is pretty much self contained in that one folder and can run from anywhere, so long as the dependencies are installed first :-)
Thank you for such a fast response, will definitely give it a go :)

Thank you for your kind comment, its nice to see someone non-bias and offering a genuine flip side of the coin while keeping it realistic and I appreciate that a lot. I agree with everything you have said, I think if I were to work at riot the game wouldn't be running still because I would have no idea what I was doing haha, I won't deny they have a real tough job. I feel like the lp punishment is fine, I don't mind the lp loss at all because I am a firm believer that everyone is where they are on the ladder because that's where they should be, so if I lose lp I don't sweat it because if I am as good as I think I am I will earn it back, if not, it saves a 20 minute game to lose that lp i guess ;P. I think my main concern is the low priority queue, I can say from experience with one of my more toxic friends who was a frequent AFK'er that after his 20 minute low priority queue for 5 games he never did it again, but I think if the game is remade, the person who takes the L should not be leaverbusted, because in order for remake to occur, it has to be a connection or bug splat issue, because if you remember, if everyone connects to the game even for a second, remake cannot happen, it is only in place if one person does not connect, which in turn can only happen between champion select and load in screen, if you leave in champion select everyone is thrown in queue again, if you leave in game they can't remake but you deserve to be leaver busted, I know this was quite rambly but I hope you can see where I am coming from :)
