: wait... you think gold 5 is high elo??? LOL {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-popcorn}}
No, this is one of my random ass accounts. I wouldn't make a post like this on my main
: Only 60? The 0% winrate tahm kench soft inted over 400 games and only got a 14day ban. LUL.
Yeah, and only after multiple reddit threads were made and got frontpage. And even then it took forever for riot to actually act on it, could just be unlucky losing streak imo :D
: your personal experience doesn't overrule how things actually are http://www.conservapedia.com/Black-swan_fallacy *The black-swan fallacy is an inductive fallacy that states that if something has not occurred within the speaker's experience, it cannot occur. In other words, the fallacy states that just because something has always been a certain way in the speaker's experience, it is always that way as a matter of universal principle. The example that gave its name to the fallacy is "Every swan that I have ever seen is white; therefore, there are no black swans."* https://fm.cnbc.com/applications/cnbc.com/resources/img/editorial/2015/10/13/103073957-GettyImages-475064080.jpg?v=1483631044
Sadly its not just my personal experience, literally everyone high elo knows that soft inting exists and isnt punished
: Toxicity rising (without end in sight)
Its because the good toxic players get banned where the afk/inting players dont get banned.
: ? He intentionally lost 60 games without being punished? He wasnt even in my game im just using him as an example.
My comment was just removed but Ill post it again, i said "You are bronze so you wont understand". Which is not flame at your rank, it is simply stating that bronze people cannot understand what soft int is, because there is no point in doing it as a bronze player, since the objective of soft inting is lowering your rank.
: "soft inting" -> "Please RioT ban this bonobo who ruined my great challenjour skill by losing his lane, and me the game" /thread
? He intentionally lost 60 games without being punished? He wasnt even in my game im just using him as an example.
: What's your point? The Support explained to you the reasoning behind their decision, if you don't accept it that's your problem.
I literally told them that i was inting, i was 4 wins 32 losses, I know thats their decision as was my point for this entire post. They dont care about soft inting. And its not exactly my problem, this account is still unbanned, its the problem of all the people i get into game in with it. :)
: Yet he also said in the same paragraph, skipping to 2 week ban only happens in cases of extreme toxicity, there being a chance someone might be offended/ extreme toxicity are two completely different things
: I mean i got banned for 2 weeks on a smurf for saying "no i dont wana go bork cancer", sent a ticket to riot and he said my team might've found it offensive and i didnt get unbanned :D honor 0 dead account now
Yet he also said in the same paragraph, skipping to 2 week ban only happens in cases of extreme toxicity, there being a chance someone might be offended/ extreme toxicity are two completely different things
: Got ban because system thought I asked someone to kill himself
I mean i got banned for 2 weeks on a smurf for saying "no i dont wana go bork cancer", sent a ticket to riot and he said my team might've found it offensive and i didnt get unbanned :D honor 0 dead account now
: >The 4 accounts i showed in a previous comments proved it, but heres one of my smurfs as further proof. That's not how it works. You made a claim and tried to "prove" it with examples, to which I gave a counter example, so it renders your claim invalid.
Here is a ticket linked to the account above, where i literally tell them ive been inting and they say the kda isnt that bad, completely ignoring the winrates + different rank between queues. https://imgur.com/a/PF1CwK4 at the time i was like 4 wins 32 losses (bronze 2 solo diamond 2 flex) and he says im "not a real inter". It should take 20s to notice the winrates and realise im inting, this is what i mean about riots opinion on SOFT INTING
: you have 4 examples of people who didn't but there are literally dozens of people who did play with fire enough and you eventually get burned :)
Woah dozens, and the 4 arent the only 4 who have ever done it, but they are just close friends of mine so its easy to use them as examples: https://imgur.com/a/vYQC9Aw heres my own :)
: > [{quoted}](name=Bleach Eyewash,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=cm4LJs3s,comment-id=000100000000000000000000,timestamp=2018-06-17T17:21:11.360+0000) > > Soft inting is a form of inting where you feed so that you lose but that you dont get caught, look a few comments up i gave 4 examples of players that are doing it who are close friends of mine but none of them have been punished and no, inting doesnt get punished unless you go like 0/50. So "soft inting" is the same as "inting". Then let's call it intentionally feeding. You also don't have to be "0/50" to get banned. Can you provide any source for that claim? In fact here is a case which proves you wrong. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/vOeWhP3l-banned-for-inting
The 4 accounts i showed in a previous comments proved it, but heres one of my smurfs as further proof. https://imgur.com/a/vYQC9Aw I sent this account to riot and said "i have been intentionally losing every game" and they said my kdas were good so its hard to see im inting, but is it really though.. XD Of course riot officially states that inting in all forms gets punished, but in reality it doesnt.
: 1. states something as fact without any real evidence 2. "even if i'm wrong i'm still right because i said so" love your mental gymnastics, dude :))
I literally gave evidence in the form of the examples what do you mean? I'll show you one of my old accounts as further proof, just unlucky games tho haha : https://imgur.com/a/vYQC9Aw
: I just gave you 4 more examples to back up the point but whatever Edit: This convo was from april, the summoner name of this account has been changed and the op.gg linked in the comments no longer leads to that account, also riots second comment in the thread between dekar and riot support has been deleted bcz i guess they realised how stupid it was (the one about the kda not being that bad)
1: Those riot convos were about that account 2: Even if they weren't it doesn't change the fact that riot doesn't do anything about players who do this ( look examples)
: > [{quoted}](name=Bleach Eyewash,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=cm4LJs3s,comment-id=0001000000000000,timestamp=2018-06-16T21:44:31.437+0000) > > Like i literally just said and gave a very clear example of, you dont get punished for breaking the rules stating to not int/troll. There is no "soft inting". Either you intentionally feed, or you are just having a bad game. Intentional feeding and griefing is being punished though.
Soft inting is a form of inting where you feed so that you lose but that you dont get caught, look a few comments up i gave 4 examples of players that are doing it who are close friends of mine but none of them have been punished and no, inting doesnt get punished unless you go like 0/50.
: If you int with the intention to lose the game **you will get banned for it if caught**. Just like with normal inting
Except you won't, the 4 examples i used in a reply above are close friends of mine and they've never been punished. People have intentionally lost hundreds of games in a row but have never been punished
: >I don't want to waste my own time digging up old twitter convos, but I can link plenty of other... Aka you're full of it. Thanks for clarifying
I just gave you 4 more examples to back up the point but whatever Edit: This convo was from april, the summoner name of this account has been changed and the op.gg linked in the comments no longer leads to that account, also riots second comment in the thread between dekar and riot support has been deleted bcz i guess they realised how stupid it was (the one about the kda not being that bad)

What they can do is if someone gets reported in multiple games by multiple people for inting, then you can just look at their op.gg and see that theyve been inting and ban them its actually really easy to do but riot would prefer to waste their time updating the UI for people who have been chat restricted calling their 0/12 singed support a mongoloid.
: I don't want to waste my own time digging up old twitter convos, but I can link plenty of other accounts that have soft inted to bronze 5, riots actions speak louder than their words. These players are never punished.
https://imgur.com/a/UUPuCAO Main D4 https://imgur.com/a/g8hk08d Main P1 - This account in the pic was d2 in flex while b1 in solo and not banned https://imgur.com/a/d4ku1tN Main D1 https://imgur.com/a/Zfy55FK Main P5 - This guy managed to get the worst rank on the euw server by soft inting, and he still hasnt been punished. Anyone whos played league can tell these accounts have been soft inting, but they dont get punished. Pretty sure this makes riots opinion on the matter quite clear.
: Greetings Bleach Eyewash, This image you linked is clearly made to spark controversy. Which is why I'd like to know how thruthful the creator actually was. Are these Rioters' comments, which have been put on display actually directed at the Nunu who inted 60 games in a row? It could easily bend the truth, or even be a completly unrelated case, all it takes is someone compiling an image like this and people will happily join the hate train without being sceptical for one second. --- Could you give us a link to the conversation, or some sort of proof that Riot was actually referring to this case?
I don't want to waste my own time digging up old twitter convos, but I can link plenty of other accounts that have soft inted to bronze 5, riots actions speak louder than their words. These players are never punished.

Like i literally just said and gave a very clear example of, you dont get punished for breaking the rules stating to not int/troll.
: Solely asking for a report doesn't get you chat restricted, there is more complexity to it. Also would be nice to know where the conversation screenshot is from.
From a ticket on an old account, but yeah 1: u dont get punished for soft int/troll 2: U get punished for reacting to soft int/trolls if u think thats okay ur just delusional
: i don't know what you mean by "soft inting" eithere it's inting or it's feeding. there is no middle ground!
Not true, feeding is playing badly, inting is running it down, soft inting is where you int just enough to lose the game but not enough to get banned, i know plenty of diamond people with accounts in bronze by soft inting their way there
