: Launcher is stuck forever at 0%
So I've copied the folder from my laptop to my pc, which seemed to work 'cause now I can launch the game. The only trouble I get now is that the client keeps telling me I'm disconecting.

Maybe if that's the case I might be able to trigger the download You could copy the entire C:\Riot Games folder from your other machine - if it's patched, you've then got a patched copy. Problem is this is a workaround, not a fix - you may encounter issues next patch, for example.
Even when that folder isn't on my C drive? :D

It should be making 3 processes, but not 5 normally. I notice CCleaner is still running - kill anything you don't require. Finally, you should click on the button to "show processes from all users" (bottom left), to check for any processes you don't recognise. They may be running under system, which you wouldn't see in your current view. Without a full tasklist (as per the instructions above) it's difficult to ascertain what is running that may be causing a problem.
I did what you asked but still nothing :( Can't I try with a downloader which still had the old client? Maybe if that's the case I might be able to trigger the download. And copying the stuff from my laptop right into the folder of my computer won't do the trick either right?

As long as you have another working machine we can rule out network level issues, and go back to machine specific issues. Can you please do the following: - Close any and all background programs you can - Try LoL again - If it doesn't work, run the following: > - Press Windows Key + R to open "run" > - Type 'cmd' and hit enter > - Type "tasklist >> C:\tasklist.txt" This will make a file called "tasklist.txt" on your C:\ - please upload this. Well the router is a differend problem, cause I'm on a college net I'm not using any. Though if that's the trouble, why is my pc blocked, which is an entire new one, and my laptop isn't. Since they are both on the same campus and conencted to the same network

What firewall/antivirus are you using?

: Hi Blasmere, I can't recall what we tried before I'm afraid so I'm going back to scratch. Can you try going to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends and run "lol.launcher.admin.exe" - if prompted to give it admin rights, hit "YES". Does the same issue occur?

This is why you should have a word or two with those who work (or whatever one does at a campus) for help and assistance. Perhaps you can get some reasons of why the blockade is there? Well, let me be more clearer, when I place my computer and laptop next to eachother, the computer fails and the laptop can play LoL just fine. Even when they are on the same network and on the same campus :)

: A friend of mine goes to a college campus, and he has had his League of Legends blocked multiple times. I feel it's necessary to say that **only** league has been blocked, nothing else. Have you asked those who perhaps work at your campus? They might show up with some valuable information. Since it doesn't work to fix the game, repair it or anything that normally would fix the problem, I figure this might be one solution. Perez, out! {{summoner:4}}
Well my llaptop is on the same campus, same LAN connection and it works there. it looks like it soly at my computer, even now that it is a new one... and repairing doesn't help either, it's really strange tbh.
