I agree, why isn't it on the Ping Wheel?

: [Resolved] SKARNER op???
Skarner is NOT OP, but he is strong. Let's go through his abilities: Passive - Is this OP? Not really, but gives him fast clears in the jungle. Udyr can easily match his clear speed and he doesn't even need the altars. Q - Is this OP? No. This skill is simply used for "slightly" faster camp clear. In reality, this ability is pretty useless in terms of damage, but it's mainly used to trigger sheen procs. W - Is this OP? Well, it's quite a strong skill. He gets a handy shield to block of some damage but the movement speed boost is quite ridiculous indeed. It allows you to catch anyone running away and best of all, with 40% CDR, you can literally "stick" to your enemies and keep this ability refreshed. E - Is this OP? No. This skill is decent and provides nice damage. You can use it to slow enemies, catch up to them and they stun them for a nice gank. But compared to a gap closing ability, this is far from OP. R - Is this OP? Well in my opinion, yes. It's like a malzahar ult but you still get to move around... That's pretty OP. You can easily QSS out of it, but being able to just instantly pull an enemy into your team... that's literally bullying right there! xD Overall, Skarner is built as a tank which sticks to the enemies and stays on the frontline. Some players build him full AP for some nice burst damage as well. The only thing really OP about Skarner is his ultimate, since it can decide fights so easily in solo Q. But in my opinion, he just does what a jungler does. Udyr can do almost everything Skarner can do, but he just doesn't have the OP ult. Skarner is indeed a very strong jungler, but not overpowered. He has a strong early game and late game, fast clear speeds, able to put pressure on several lanes since his ganks are deadly (slows and stuns) and he has that scary zoning ultimate. He doesn't have a reliable gap closer so he is definitely kite-able. Winrates change all the time so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Final Words - At the end of the day, it's a 5v5, not a 1v1.
: Veigar OVERNERFED
There have been some changes to Veigar now. His ult no longer deals 80% of the targets AP but it now scales off percentage of missing health. I'd say this actually makes Veigar more of a threat against tankier opponents or AD mids.

: Veigar
As a Veigar main, I have to say that yes, Veigar is incredibly strong against AP mages. Lategame, I will press R and you're dead. Early game, Veigar will just play safe and farm, simply ask for ganks and trap you in his cage for free kills. Mid-Lategame, he becomes strong no matter how ahead you are, since his ult will deal so much damage as you build AP. So how do you actually beat Veigar? No matter how skilled you are, how do you prevent yourself from dying to his on-click ultimate? Alright, here are some tips: 1) Build Rod of Ages - the extra health from this item will actually stop his mid-game oneshot on you. Veigar is an "all-or-nothing champion" AKA "a glass cannon". All he has is that E+W+R+Q combo. If he uses his E, just flash out of it and he will panic. He will use his ult on you immediately, but then realise that it's not enough to kill you. Then he'll press W+Q hoping to hit you, but he'll likely miss since you're not stunned. Afterwards, you'll have about 4 seconds to do whatever you want to him. This is when you unleash your DPS and crazy combos (I don't play Cass very often but I'm pretty sure you can kill Veigar in 4 seconds xD) 2) Build Abyssal Scepter - if you don't like the RoA's extra health, then build this. The extra MR will screw up Veigar quite badly, especially if you zone him out early game and deny some of his Q stacks. Veigar players will pick him against AP champions only, hoping that his ult will be enough to oneshot you. That is not the case if you build enough MR. 3) Take Cleanse - I understand you need ignite for the early game kills and pressure potential, BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT VEIGAR IS ABOUT! A good Veigar would simply rather miss cs than die early game, so that he can just kill you mid-late game. Veigar is heavily reliant on his E. If he catches you out, you will die. But with cleanse, you can just escape his stun and completely turn the fight around! 4) Force Fights - You're not stuck in the game as a 1v1 against Veigar. It's actually a 5v5. If Veigar is camping turret and playing as safe as possible, then you can push your wave and roam. Go with your jungler to 4 man gank bot lane. Trust me, you can immediately pressure drake against a Veigar who is camping turret. He can't roam, otherwise he'll lose precious stacks. If he does roam, he has no damage early and all he has is his stun (he's basically a support utility mage early). You can just fight him with no fear at all and completely destroy the 2v2 or 3v3 skirmishes. If they decide to not fight, then you will have a free drake. If they decide to fight, you will win the fight. It's a simple win-win scenario unless their top laner decides to teleport! xD 5) Roam - Against lategame scaling champions, you will have a significant advantage in the early game. So why not just go and get your team fed IF YOU KNOW VEIGAR WILL GET FED NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO? League of Legends is a team game and getting your team ahead early will render Veigar useless. Don't let them get to lategame! If they camp turret and play safe, then just do objectives! xD 6) Zhonya's - This is hard, but if you time it right, you can dodge his ult before the animation hits you. 7) Freeze the wave and ask for ganks - This is pretty common for literally everyone... If you can't win your lane by yourself, just ask for help :) Overall, Veigar is MORE LIKELY to beat you because his job is to "COUNTER AP". The purpose of this champion is to shutdown AP casters, but please don't be disheartened to play the champions you love. Cass is amazing and you should definitely not be afraid to play her against Veigar. You can abuse the early game against Veigar significantly and use his weaknesses to your advantage. But all in all, every champion can be overpowered with the right team comps, so choose wisely! Final words: It's a 5v5 at the end of the day, not a 1v1. :P
: Veigar
Unfortunately, 390RP champions simply won't be given cool effects... :( But yeah, it's an awesome idea! :D
: Veigar OVERNERFED
Veigar was never overpowered in the first place. However, he snowballs extremely hard and a good Veigar player will be able to land his full combo just by keeping them inside the cage. In teamfights, just his E is enough to put the enemy in confusion and panic, since it completely zones them out. Veigar's damage early game is extremely useless but he's more of a utility mage before he gets his stacks. His stun can setup the easiest ganks and roams, even if it isn't insta-cast. Please understand that Veigar is a glass cannon and what his purposes are in a teamfight. He simply lands his stun, zoning as many players as possible OR catching out the ADC/APC and bursting them down. Lategame Veigar, an effortless R+Q will kill the ADC with no second thought. His stun was definitely OP since you had NO TIME to react, and the only way was to use your flash. It's pretty much a buff overall however. They made Veigar harder to play and nerfed his E, making it seem like a significant nerf right? BUT, now that his Q can go through the first minion, it's actually a decent harass. ALSO, in teamfights, if you manage to stun 2 enemies, you can now Q both of them instantly. His W was quite weak early game but the boosted damage is indeed significant. Veigar used to be a simply DFG "you kill me I kill you, one for one champ". But now that his Q is a skillshot, you can position yourself to cut through minions with this ability for decent harass! All in all, I actually believe it's a slight buff.
