I have similar problems. Tiny frame skipping, even though the game tells me i have 60 fps constantly. I know this discussion is old but what I have learned is that this is most likely on Riots side... Apparently, at some point, they increased performance on low-end PCs but at the same time (accidentally?) decreased performance on high-end PCs. Idk if that was the case 1 year ago and idk if they are working on a fix, but I couldnt find a fix on my side :(

I know, but cs should only give a "rough" estimate on how much gold someone has, right... so I think that's still fine. But the difference between for example canon minion and caster minion is so huge now that the cs count can be a bit missleading imo

: Gold lead doesn't mean the game isn't lost, sometimes you just start seeing your team is throwing and call for a surrender vote. If you keep playing, it's just a little bar on the bottom right corner, who cares, take it as a warning: even if you think you are winning, someone is not, and maybe they are right. But i would like rito to do some braisntorming about something like a system that detects when the score is like 5/20 and your team already lost all the towers and the enemy team still has every tower up...and trigger a new, easier way to ff, like you need 4 votes pre-20 and 3 votes past 20 if the match really is uneven.
