: > Does this mean there is some sort of reduction on the severity of my account's "risk" to get a permanent suspension? Yes. However it strongly depends on your behavior, so one is able to tell you how how white your "vest" is now. > I sometimes reply to obnoxious flaming with sarcastic comments, are these kinds of comments punishable? Hard to make a general statement about this. I would be careful with everything that might be interpreted as rude/offensive.
Alright, thank you for the clarification, I appreciate it a lot and it helps me to get to a point as a player who does not have to worry about getting any kind of penalties in the future. Thanks again !
: For these purposes, Riot measures time in "games played". So if you haven't played in those 3 years, your ban is probably not forgotten. However, as Treycos already pointed out, if you simply are not toxic, this doesn't matter at all. You can not be punished without actually doing something, you really don't need to worry about that. Reports only do something if you are actually guilty.
Thanks for the reply ! I've played regularly since tha bans I got to this date, minus some really short breaks because I started to lose my temper with the game again. Does this mean there is some sort of reduction on the severity of my account's "risk" to get a permanent suspension? I sometimes reply to obnoxious flaming with sarcastic comments, are these kinds of comments punishable? I do not blatantly insult anyone though. Except in the case of my recent 14-day suspension of which I take full responsibility.

: > I'm worried that I am getting a permanent suspension on my account when enough people report me out of spite after losing the lane/game even though I have not been toxic in any way but because the system in fact considers me toxic due to my previous bans multiple years ago. Don't worry about that, if you decide to reform yourself, no matter how much reports you get, you won't be banned again Fake reports are ignored, no matter how much you get
Thanks for the reply ! I'm pretty much "reformed" in the sense that I've managed to stop myself from flaming, but the thing I'm worried about is the fact that different people perceive different statements as flaming and report you after the game. I do not insult anyone, I simply suggest an item or a tactic to try if for example my midlaner is having trouble on their lane. I say things like "If you're having trouble trading, farm under the turret." For some reason most people take these kinds of phrases as an insult on their superior skill and respond with toxic garbage and call for a report on myself in the result screen for flaming. Is the automatic system able to filter my words in a way that I do not get punished for saying things like this? Because if it were up to people, I would most likely already be permabanned.
