Ymir (EUW) : If we're talking about anything here it's always Euro unless there's a pesky timestamp saying PST. They still slip through and I get a toothache every time. (dont know the time exactly) which is during the day which would make it a peak time. if you could tell me how this is a peak time in euw and not on na, would be nice.
