: You sound like a tryhard to me. Go play ranked. Also I suggest you do some research on matchmaking because classic is not a 'level of difficulty'. It just means nobody really cares, except tryhards.
It's not a level of difficulty? So you're saying that co-op and classic are at the same level? Ranked games are for the people that wants to work their way up in the ranks. Classic games are for the people that are ready to play against real players but don't want to worry about lowering their ranks because of losing. And co-op games are for people that aren't ready to play against real players so that they can train against bots. You can't be serious about that they're not different levels of difficulty.

: I had a game a while ago where i played Lee sin mid. I ended 18/0 or smth like that and the enemies were so mad, half of them were just spamming tryhard in chat. Apparently im not allowed to try at all, even when testing out new things for fun.
This is what I'm talking about.

: If you're playing well, then you're a tryhard, if you're playing badly, then you're a noob. In conclusion, play however you want and ignore the salty players. Though personally I prefer to have a ''tryhard'' on my team than someone who is on tilt.

: i use it for players who chase you half map, no matter what the result was. also for säd people who are only cabable of winnin fight with gangin up for 1 champ. and for the pathetic players who stop B wich is just non sportmanship.
If a team needs to gank 5v1 to get kills I don't see anything wrong about that. What would the game be without strategies? And as people said before me I don't see anything non sportmanslike about cancelling someones recall.
: Just playing is not tryharding. But what I consider as tryharding is for example if you, the enemy already have won, but you need to stay in front of the base and grab your opponents out to kill them or just wait and do nothing, instead of just finishing - this is just some real bullcrap. Then we have people who like, - don't get me wrong here, to use everything they have just to kill 1 person who is alone - and that while being 5, 4 or 3v1! Imaging using ALL you have for 1 damn kill? Really? Or starting to doing botlane parties 5v2 and diving constantly. I mean c'mon, after two times, is it necessary?
Strategies are the way to victory. If 5v1 is necessary to get kills I don't see anything wrong about that.
: Doing your best to win is ok. In that way there is nothing wrong with trying hard. On the other hand there are some rare instances, much rarer than the use of word, where people are overdoing it. Mostly I mean situations when someone overracts over mistakes of his team. And not even by flaming, just treating it like it was the worst thing in the world. Or when people act like losing that normal game was going to put their family into poverty or something. So yeah, do try to win. Just don't be overdramatic about it.
I can see what you're saying but I think that it's a big difference between trying your best to win and being a douche when someone screws up. It's about working together and that won't happen if you yell at someone for making the wrong decision.

: Not everybody has that much friends that wanna play custom at the same time, some people just wanna play for fun and don't wanna have a big challenge in the game they are gonna play. I think "tryharding" is alright to do but try not to ruin the fun (harder) by shouting in all that how bad the enemy team is. I think the people that don't want to see tryharders should play aram or make a smurf. (I don't recommend smurfing tho, poor newbies) If people that do play that game, they can get salty if you actually flash for that last kill after you got 23/0. Because stuff like that indeed looks "tryhard". It's just "tryhard" and selfish if you care more about yourself /kda over the fun of everyone in the game. (I see that happen a lot) It's okay to have this rekking game sometimes, but please, have mercy!
You're right about the friends. Personally I don't write negative stuff to my team or the enemy team, I usually ignore the negative things people are typing. I can get pretty frustrated when I'm trying my best to win and all people are telling me is that I'm trying to hard when that's what I found fun about this game, try my best to win the games. In my opinion it's all about working as a team to defeat the enemy team (who's also trying their best). And yes, I feel like ARAM is a more suitable map for people that wants to play around since it's more direct combat.

I understand what you mean, of course that could be pretty annoying. But at the same time people have to understand that the game was made to try their best to win games and earn IP to buy champions etc. Not everyone finds taunting the enemy team fun, then it's better for the people that do to create a custom game if they don't play to win. But I totally understand what you're saying.
