: The issue I have comparing FF to ToB is that ToB is in combat only which kinda restricts how you can use it. I can't disagree that it is possible to get a ton more healing from other runes, but all other runes are far more competitive.
Don't need to compare with just ToB, if you're taking PTA you'll take LEGEND: Bloodline which is a lot of life steal vs minions and champions. More than enough life steal to avoid vamp scepter till mid-late. Ravenous hunter is debatable as some champions can't really use it but if they can it heals a lot. The only reason fleet footwork would be better is to play safe or utilize move speed. Ofc all of this depends on adc you're playing (cait PTA definitely better). Best ADCs atm are mostly long range so PTA works nicely. (I was taking FF every game when runes first came out as i would lose lane hard without it).

: Fleet footwork
Fleet footwork is WLB but less heal more movespeed which isnt the reason wlb was good in the first place. PTA/Lethal Tempo, bloodline + Taste of Blood/Ravenous hunter gives a LOT of healing

: Hey,Riot ! Need to say my opinion about adc in the past season
ADCs are fine atm, just some struggle in lane but other than that its fine. Take someone with decent range and u're fine.

: Unfair Matchmaking (for real)
Iv seen a few silver players in plat games before, js

: The level shows XP as well but you need to hold it on the right spot. Similarly the ring itself is very small and sometimes when i looks like your cursor is on top of it it still shows summoner icon and not XP.
Actually it doesn't, the hitbox is a ring around the icon the size of the xp bar, it just happens to overlap the bottom half of the level.
Wen294 (EUW)
: Ah wait i see the problem. I tried doing this but it didn't work, the hitbox is just a bit off. Even though i had my mouse on it, no XP bar was displayed. If i move it around a bit every now and then you can see the XP. They really need to make the hitbox bigger tho >_> https://puu.sh/ykqb8/30e8d472e1.png
On the xp bar not the level. The hitbox is a ring around the icon

: Bans due to third party programs are generally not provided with a warning. They are instant, and they are permanent.
I can say from experience that i had 1 if not 2 warnings for third party custom skin programs. Maybe it's cause i had no previous offences on the account, but by the time i realized i got the email i was already permanently banned, so yeah, not worth even risking a warning either way :).
Sir Boing (EUW)
: Is Skin Preview OK to use? (Plz can a Rioter Help)
You can and will get banned. You will however be emailed a warning first if you haven't already received one. You can use skin programs that allow you to use custom skins by changing files. The difference is that these change the files and the software can be closed. If the software has to remain open you will be banned.

: Lost LP for winning. Bug reports maybe? Not sure what board to put it in.
Bug, if you were afk at end of game then you'd lose LP. From what you're saying it's a bug.
: Ending the season with a locked honor 1
If you don't get tilted by getting KSed on draven there'd be something wrong with u. They deserved to get banned. Sad things don't work that way though. You'll be punished for responding and they won't get punished at all. Just accept it and move on.
Renold (EUNE)
: Support never respected??
In my games the support always gets the honours and compliments. Only time ADC gets mentioned is the enemy ADC saying "x support carried you".

Till u learn the mechanics ;)
Dont take hexdrinker unless their mid and jungler is ap..., and never R into W your blades wont converge... R -> aa -> q -> aa -> w - > aa lol. Also stormraiders is always better than tld especially if you're winning lane/getting fed every game but losing for other reasons. Don't take merc treads against mid laner if you cant kill them, mobis and roam, if they're heavy cc and you're not ahead then u can take mercs. If you've got a lead u have to roam and help team.
: Fix your build first. I also main talon (only plat 5 but better than nothing). Start off by rushing duskblade > youmuus. When in lane walk out of vision to get duskblade proc, then jump on them and you'll win the trade. Also, don't take ionian boots, mobis are much better and let you roam a lot more often. Look up talon gank paths that'll keep you out of vision which will help you gank side lanes. Swap mobis to mercs/tabis when late/full build. General build is duskblade -> youmuus -> cleaver -> ga -> optional. If you're having trouble killing their carries, take Edge of night for extra lethal. Black cleaver will give you 40% cdr with youmuus and duskblade. Don't take cleaver before youmuus or duskblade as seen in ur match history, talon is a high risk champion, if you're getting cleaver for some durability you're putting urself at a disadvantage. Also it's not needed every game, skipping black cleaver when they're not that tanky or you don't have ad members on ur team is an ok choice for somet else such as ga (heavy ad team) or edge of night (struggling to burst carries) or last whisper (stacking armour). Hexdrinker is very situational, only times you want to take it early or even late is if their mid and jungle are ap. If it's only their mid lane ap then just go damage, damage > defence, you're an assassin. As for keystone TLD is good to get kills early on immobile champs but Stormraiders is better in 9/10 games. Only take TLD if u really need it in the matchup for the early game dmg, otherwise stormraiders will help you get in and out, stick to targets and also help vs cc. Swap trinket from gold trinket to red trinket when your adc has farsight, never use red trinket when ur duskblade sweep is up. Always flank as talon, you'll need to flank while out of vision for duskblade proc, come in towards end or you'll just get focused, kited, peeled etc. Late game, using w-> flash -> r -> q combo is really useful to get rid of high priority targets. w will cast after your flash, this combo will or should instant kill any carry. TLDR: Build, Stormraiders, rush Duskblade, Mobi boots, skip Hexdrinker.
Also forgot to mention, if you're vs melee match-up make sure you aa -> q -> aa, you'll win pretty much every trade (necessary if you're vs yasuo for ex.) also try to use this in fights where youre in melee distance possibly in ultimate. For example if you're dueling someone and ur in r walk up to them aa -> q -> aa and you'll burst most their health. Check: http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=spydurr for talon build paths if necessary
: Any advice for me? I'm stuck at Silver 2,3,4 with talon

: I am sorry, I'm not willing to admit anymore every loss it's my fault [cheer up, everyone]
If a smurf cant carry every game, then the player in that elo can't carry every game either. Everyone always says look at what you did wrong but there are some games where you play at a level far above your division and still lose. For example, you shouldn't have to be playing at diamond level to carry a plat 5 game. And if you did lose the game, it's not your fault you're not playing a whole division above your current rank. Some games you just cant win. I'm not saying ignore ur own mistakes, but at the same time unless you're in challenger you'll make a lot of mistakes, more so depending on the lower elo that you're in. EDIT: also go in every game thinking you're the best in the game and you'll trust in your decisions more.
