They gave me a freaking automated response. Why should they care whether their system is messed up? It's not like I can prove I didn't script, because I suck. If I had a diamond account and got up to diamond again in a week, then maybe they'd be convinced without triggering their scripting system, then maybe. But I was silver IV, but I had tons of expensive skins. And they don't give a shit because it's not coming out of their paycheck. Just saying, I'm not paying a dime more for this game after the treatment they gave me.
: Seems to me like you could have upset someone and he hacked you to get your account banned.
Capn Evan (EUW)
: I thought I was the only one! :( This account is my season 1 account, my first. I'd never script on it ever, but Riot somehow thinks I scripted.

: Why would someone log into your account just to carry a few games. Smells like boosting services to me.
Why would I let someone boost my Flex Queue rank when I haven't even touched Flex Queue the entire season? I don't care about Flex Queue at all.

: What Rípley said is highly important here. You made the mistake of not contacting Riot Support about your compromised account. At this point it's simply impossible to tell, if what you are saying is the truth or not. You could have shared your account willingly, it could have been an attempt of boosting. There are a lot of possible cases, none of them can be confirmed by Riot. They can check IP-adresses, but there is not real point in it, since you account would also be banned because of account sharing in this case. Jumping locations is never a good idea to do and you should have contacted Riot about this immediately. A huge amount of banned people tend to lie or twist the facts a bit, there are several threads about it. Being in a banned position doesn't come with a lot of credibility anymore. I'm not accusing you in any way, but you have to understand the spot you are in. Trusting someones words online is not a good foundation for business work. It all starts with fairly bad account security. You are in charge for your account and you are responsible for it, unless it's a caused by a security leak on Riot's side. Nonetheless, i wish you good luck with your case and it will, hopefully, get resolved.
I get that, but if you think about it, a lot of stuff happened that does suggest that someone else got into my account. I swear I'm telling the truth. I would understand it if my account had a history of breaking the rules, but I've been a pretty upstanding member of the community. There should be some kind of good faith involved.
: Get used to the fact that your account is GONE for good. Riot tactic is to ruin this accounts where the player invest loads of money as they would likely come back and spend more on new account. The same with the "toxic" term used by them to let frustrated kids report left and right and eventually ban or perma ban accounts. Riot tactic is to have players spending money over and over as this is free to play game. So welcome to the club of the spenders %%%%ed up by Riot one way or another. P.S. it is like you go to a store, spend £100 on goods then the store keeper kicks your face and push you out. This is how Riot respect its customers, with template emails and untrained support staff.
You seem really jaded. I have faith that the support team will help me out. But if I somehow don't get my account back, you can be damn sure that I'm not going to spend another dime on this game. I would have gladly continued to buy every new skin Riot released on my banned account, but I'm definitely not doing all that again on a new account.

All of the Ranked games in my Match History played on July 8th and 9th 2017 were played by this person that got into my account. Mostly Ranked Flex, which I've never even played before. Someone who played for 3 seasons dont suddenly change Flash to another key, win with insane KDA and great CS and then suddenly change back to original button and plays worse.
I hadn't even thought of looking at the summoner spells. Just as you said, my summoner spells have been reversed for 6 of the 10 games I didn't play, three of which were on Jinx (the others on Fiora, Skarner and Thresh). Thanks for pointing that out. I'll be sure to use that as evidence as well. I'll just pretend that bit about me playing worse wasn't there :P
: > I spent well over €3000 on it holy shit...lmao
Lots of disposable income and not a whole lot else to spend it on.
: Hmm. Did you by any chance access some links which required you to "login" with your League username and password. There are tons of scams like that out there which get your password if you do "login" to their site. I hope you get your acc back.
Of course not. I'm smarter than that. I already owned every champ and non-limited skin on that account. I had no reason to use any of those shady "free RP" sites.
archerno1 (EUNE)
: I see that your account was played by multiple people for a while so ask whoever plays Jinx on it what scripts he used
How can you see? But yeah, that person played a couple of Jinx games. All of the Ranked games in my Match History played on July 8th and 9th 2017 were played by this person that got into my account. Mostly Ranked Flex, which I've never even played before.

: wow feelsbadman but when u saw that all ur friends were removed and only 1 person was on ur friendlist. Called deadslayer1000 u should have mailed riot insantly. Good luck my friend i hope u get ur account back
I considered contacting Support about it, but everything I found in the Account Recovery option for Support seemed to be for people who couldn't access their account any more, which wasn't the case for me. And I assumed I was safe after changing my password.

: If your story is true, im very sorry, but you wont get your account back. Never. I also got one perma bann for flaming myself, because i lost lane and wrote stuff like "%%%% so bad" in chat. I also talked on the german board about this with chatlogs and everything, but all people said "its your own fault, since you knew you had alrdy warnings before"... i mean yes you could argue with that, but thats just incredible stupid argument. Well i lost all champs and skins and runes and everything... noone cared. Riot specially dont care about perma banned people, since most of the time they are right i guess and its just a waste of time, what i can understand. I was very angry on riot about this, since i love this game and had many many games without flaming anyone and reformed so much and was happy about it and it was like a knife in my back like "here your reform asshole in your face". Well i hope the best for you, IMO you always should see someone as not guilty since its proven. I mean its better to look up 100 cases instead of punish someone wrong. Ofc its just a game, but still. Well with this post i just wanted to say, that you dont get your account back, like me, i did everything i could... but dont know whats wrong with humans, noone wanted to support me. :( Good luck man. EDIT: I dont know what i did to RIOT when i payed so much money.. luckily i just spend playtime and had my fun. I mean i can play again 7 years and get all champs but you cant just spend again all money xD I support you man, you are not guilty till its proven. I dont want you to happen something like me and dont get your account back.
Well, to be fair, there is a difference between getting permabanned for being extremely toxic and whatever my account got banned for. Especially if you got warned multiple times. I got no warning whatsoever.
Rípley (EUW)
: The thing that springs to mind here in your story, is that instead of contacting Riot support when your account supposedly got hacked (Doesn't happen as often as people want to think), you contact that intruder... I mean, if you got robbed in some alley, would you also seek out the purp instead of going to the police? Maybe you are being truthful and I'd have 0 reason to doubt you (Maybe it's just the way it's written), but that part just stands out as so wrong.
I did immediately go to the Support site and look into the Account Recovery option, but everything in there only seemed to be for people who don't have access to their account any more. I don't know why, but whoever got into my account didn't change my password at all, so I could log into my account just fine and change the password immediately upon discovering that someone took my account for a joyride. I didn't see any option for "someone got into my account but I got it back" on the Support page anywhere, so I figured that the problem was solved after I changed my password, and I didn't get in touch with Support about it.
Magneset (EUW)
: Because Riot have no way of knowing if it actually was you. You could have changed IP and made all of this up. Its your job to prove that you in fact didnt do it. And even then an unban is unlikely.
Okay, let's be honest here. Why would I change my IP address to play a few games (10 games to be precise) and then change it back to what it was? Especially on an account that I spent over €3000 on? What logical reason would I have to do such a thing? I've sent my story to Support, and they should have the tools to verify that it is true or not.
Magneset (EUW)
: If this story is true its very likely that the person used some software that he knew would get caught by Riot. In any case though. Your account is your own responsibility. If someone gets in and does something stupid Riot will not lift the ban. You very likely had a weak password and someone was able to crack it. Happens pretty often.
It is true. I'm sure Riot has the tools required to verify my story. My password wasn't weak at all. Capital and lowercase letters, and numbers too. I honestly don't know how they got in. None of my accounts for other stuff were compromised. My computer's anti-virus software never detected anything. I understand that it's my responsibility, but if it can be proven that it wasn't me, then why should I be punished so severely for it?
