**Thank you for being part of the League of Legends community for many years!** It's sad that you never were able to enjoy the game the way we can. But I can understand you and it's better for you and also your teammates this way. Frustration and anger over a long time is something that really can destroy much. And everytime it will just get worse. I think it can also cause an negative impact in real life as well. Maybe you'll find in the future a new funny game that you love to play, doesn't get you killed all the time and just have (what games are here for) FUN ! : Azir auto attack bug
Hey Crackner , > Network Operations – Last Saturday at 2:32 AM > Azir has been re-enabled after fixing a few critical issues. We're aware of a lingering bug where Azir can start automatically moving after issuing soldier attack commands. However, because movement is canceled by other inputs and Azir is a high-input champion, we feel it didn't warrant leaving Azir disabled. It'll be fixed next patch! It's a bug, you shouldn't be able to attack different targets at once. It will get fixed with the next patch. :)

: fps drops badly
Hey Scrat1234, where are you playing from? Players from Egypt / Finland and some others countries connecting to EUW had recently issues with data package losses caused by their provider TDATA. The data loss causes many FPS drops without an impact on your ping and also can give you a bad delay of actions in game.
: Patch 6.5 not downloading for OS X
Hey BlackGuardian98, updates consist of two phases, download and applying the patch. You are not always downloading. At 33% the second phase (applying) usually starts, your interent connection shouldn't be the issue. Please wait an extended amount of time, it can take a while to move. Usually it will suddenly go ahead pretty fast. **IF NOT**, just reply again in this thread. Good luck! :)

Hey guys, sometimes games can crash and end in something called "Ghost Games". The server thinks you are still in game but you can't reconnect, because the game is already gone. In rare cases the game comes back up after a few minutes , so please try reconnecting frequently. The most time the game will never be back, but the problem will solve itself, don't worry. After about 20min to 1h you will automatically get kicked out of the "Please reconnect " - page back to the home screen and the game will not show in the match history, ending in a draw. It shouldn't give you any suspensions. Good luck! :)

Hey Noaheon, looks like something is wrong with your installation. Try to reinstall the game and delete all left data yourself after the uninstall. Also make sure your firewall doesn't block League of Legends. **IMPORTANT: Please reactivate your firewall, it's an important part of your network - and computer security.** A tip in the future: Open League of Legends with admin rights often helps preventing annoying update bugs. (Go to Riot Games folder-> League of Legends and launch the game with the lol.launcher.admin) Hope it helps! :)

Hey Mankegyuo, **please be sure to use the summoner name (the name as it shows up in game) not the username or facebook name/real name in the add friend panel.** The add/search function on the left is not for facebook friends, only summoner names will work! So ask for his name and add him this way. To see your playing facebook friends, you have to link your account also in this panel on the right side. This can take some time, until it shows something up, please be patient. You check for FB friends on the right via the "View Friends" button or sometimes friends will pop up as recommendations in your friends list in a special tab.

Hey, **please be sure you allowed League of Legends in your firewall. It's the first thing you should always check.** Sometimes there is an incident called "Ghost Game". It can happen while a game starts or suddenly while playing. The game crashes and your aren't able to get into your game anymore. The most time the game will never be up again, it's vanished but the server still thinks it's active and shows you the "You are still in game and you should reconnect" page, but you can't. This problem will solve itself after a few minutes (20min up to 1h). Rare, but it can happen: The game is able to get online again after some time and the people who have tried to reconnect the whole time have an easy win. At last, unfortunately Riot is not able to get your LP loss back because of technical issues that affect only a small amount of people. But don't worry, if there are any mayor difficulties your game will marked as "Loss prevented" and you will not loosing any LP. I'm afraid there is not much more to say. :/ But good luck with your future ranked games!

Thought I'd make this list to show more people have these kind of issues, as some discussions have gotten very little attention and might have been overlooked. Common thing with them seems to be a sudden ping spike, followed by the message "attempting to reconnect" being shown on screen. Sometimes the client crashes on its own, other times people have to go to task manager to forcefully close it. Starting LoL client again, there's a message that you've disconnected, offering the option to reconnect. For a lot of people, reconnecting gives a black screen with a message that the reconnect failed due to firewall issues. I've personally disabled my firewall as a test, but it still gave the error. In the client you can talk to friends as normal, you're listed as "In Game", when others try to spectate the match they'll also fail to connect. Some seem to be able to reconnect after a couple of attempts, others keep getting the error, even after restarting LoL or even their computer. Those who are unable to reconnect have to wait for the client to no longer register them as "In Game" with the option to reconnect, which can take more than an hour. Often people don't have the broken match show up in their match history, as if the whole thing never even happened. I am not with BT, I'm from the Netherlands, so I have a ticket running with support at the moment. Both with relevant logs when the game is working fine, and logs during such a disconnect from a match. Considering it's often an occurance where 10 people are disconnected from a match at once, I don't expect it to be something on my side, but maybe it can provide some useful information nonetheless. I've had this kind of disconnect happen three times in the month I've been playing, the second time having the game give me a LeaverBuster notice. Looking at the different discussions, that might be because some people of my match had been able to reconnect after a while, whereas I tried multiple times without being able to connect again.

: Got kicked out of game, now i cant connect to server
Kinda the same issue here. Yesterday I played an ARAM, suddently everyone was kicked out of the game and nobody was able to reconnect because of the error message **"Failed to Connect - Check your firewall etc"**. I think it's a server problem. Disabling the firewall, relogging and other options don't resolve the issue. And in the end everybody had to wait until the game was killed by the server (ca. 1h waiting period until the reconnect site vanished). First I thought: Alright... Shit happens, I don't care. But today I was playing some games and the exact thing happend again in a bot game this time. Now I'm waiting again for it to end itself. It doesn't happen in every game and the strange thing is, after the waiting period, it seems like there was never a game (no game in your profile listed, so u get no leave or anything) , but it's really annoying and you have to wait a long time to play again.
