: It's no just listed for cases between Riot and the limited owner. If they want to suspend your account it's obligatory to ensure the user which is currently in contract with them gets a notification about that. In my case the account was not deleted or changed, it was suspended so Riot has to ensure I get notified about the suspension otherwise the termination is nugatory. Following by that issue I'm still in contract with Riot because I did not get any notification and consequently have a right to use the account until they end the contract with me via notification. Surely the support knows that and will bring my account back to me. Greetings
Not sure if you knew this but that isn't true actually. The EULA lists the following: >IX. TERMINATION OF GAME SERVICE The Game is an “on-line” game that must be played over the internet through a service provided by or on behalf of Riot Games. You acknowledge and agree that Riot Games, in its sole and absolute discretion, may stop providing support for or access to the Game at any time, for any reason or no reason. _**You also agree that Riot Games may change, modify, suspend, “nerf,” discontinue, or restrict your access to any features or parts of the Game at any time without notice or liability to you.**_ According to the Terms of Use, you acknowledge that you have no interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature of or content in the Software or the Game.

: Are Runes Important ?
Runes are quite important, yeah. They give you a decent amount of stats that can be the difference between winning a 1v1 or losing it - which COULD subsequently end up in winning or losing the game. What runes are good depends on the champion you play, the champion you play against and quite frankly preferences but a lot of "beginner" or just base rune pages would be divided into two: one page for AD, one for AP. Your standard AD page would have AD marks, armor seals, MR glyphs and AD quints. Your standard AP page would have Magic Penetration marks, armor seals, MR glyphs and AP quints. There's a lot more good choices depending on different champions, such as Attack Speed and Armor Penetration marks; HP/lvl and Armor/lvl seals; scaling MR, AP, scaling AP, Cooldown Reduction and Scaling CDR glyphs. In the end it depends on preference and I would suggest you try and figure out what you like playing with. Either way if you don't have them yet I would strongly suggest getting them before continuing in ranked. They make a significant difference that you can feel.

: Abusive action taken by riot staff
Could I ask you for your chatlogs? People have differening opinions on what is and is not toxic, and what you perceive as fine might be labeled toxic by a majority of the community. As far as the trolls are concerned: this happens unfortunately - albeit very very rarely. There's little more you can do than report them yourself and move on, while not flaming them (as retaliation is not justifiable. Defending yourself would be muting and/or reporting people if need be). They will get their punishments themselves, sooner rather than later (especially if you do report them validly).
: Warwick, Warwick and Warwick. This champion (my main btw) requires only knowledge and no mechanics at all.
As long as you R the right people.
ddnW (EUW)
: Vayne tumble
This is technically a mechanic (albeit a dodgy one due to Tumble being so short range). Basically, Tumble is a dash - just like Lucian's Relentless Pursuit or Tristana's Rocket Jump, or Gnar's Hop/Crunch. It is just such short range that it can barely cover any walls - that specific one at river is the only one I know it can cross and it requires very specific positioning to pull off properly. The clipping back you see with too little movement speed is something you can see in multiple other occasions as well when a dash is just barely not reaching far enough (it's been seen in spectator mode in some occasions as well. Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piFHDU2NSMQ ).
: Automatic Perma ban
I would love to see your chat logs. Obviously you're aware that saying "stfu scrub" is not a helpful thing and is not endorsed by the community, but there might or might not be some negative or toxic things you have said that you glanced over. Care to share them?
: Do you know how fast Riot usually responds to support tickets? I sent mine two days ago and I haven't gotten a reply. I'm in no rush to get PROJECT: Ekko's first strike loading screen border, but I'm scared that Riot won't answer before the PROJECT event runs out and then I won't be able to receive it >.<
They can take a couple days with it at times, especially when there's a flood of tickets coming in on their end. It wouldn't be strange if that were to be the case with this, and thus they might take another couple days with it. Don't worry just yet.
Reptilezz (EUW)
: Ranked 16 champions?
It is strongly recommended to have more than 16 champions but yeah you technically only need 16. Since it's draft pick so you cannot have matchups against the same champion, which means there will be 10 different champions in game with 6 bans. If you were to be last pick with 15 champions, chances are that all champions you own are banned and picked, leaving you with nothing to pick.
: Oh, I thought that they were only addressing the issues with PROJECT bundles and gifting, hopefully they'll go over crafting issues too.
I would assume that "missing content" fits both crafted and bought items. Either way, as mentioned, they should be working on it, and if you don't get it by the end of today/tomorrow, you can always send in a ticket to support.
: My PROJECT: Ekko's First Strike summoner icon is nowhere to be found!
It seems that they are aware of missing content and are working on a fix already. We can't help you here but they are trying to address it. Patience will get you there.

I'd ask {{champion:131}} where I can get such a neat crescent blade myself.. and then ask {{champion:134}} to teach me some powerful magic - since y'know, I'll actually be acknowledging her power so I should be fine. I hope.
: I would always love some tips and tricks, both on adc and support, I love botlane as a whole and say I main BOTLAne not support/adc. My main supports are Sona and Soraka and a really horribly bad thresh ( Only recently remembered on skype "HOLY SHIT I CAN SAVE PEOPLE WITH THAT LANTERN, I FORGOT") As adc I like Jinx, Quinn and MF SO whatever you got for me BRING IT! ;)
I'll poke you about it in client when you're there - I feel like it might be more useful than giving advice here.
: I am happy, and feel a little bit guilty.
This game is more than just "win laning phase". There's more to the game than that. It's about decisions. You decided to (rightfully so) follow around whomever needed to be followed around (aka the fed members) and make sure they were safer than if they were on their own. A lot of games get lost by one fed member thinking they're unbeatable and jumping in alone multiple times in a row and thus throwing away that lead. Making sure that one fed member has some protection means you are, in fact, contributing. I remember (vaguely) a ranked game I had a while ago, when devourer/rageblade was still a thing. I was playing Karma mid and we had a Jax jungle. The both of us weren't doing so hot for most of that game (I screwed up hard during laning phase, and jax was having some issues). Regardless, we all know the power Sated Devourer + Rageblade used to have, and I saw he was starting to tear stuff up when he had them, even if he was something along the lines of 2/6. I decided to make sure that I'd shield him and protect him as best as I could when I saw him because it was our trip to victory. That decision started to win us fights, and in the end, the game as well. As others have told you, yeah, it's very strongly suggested to learn about the laning phase and grow better at it. I can give some generic advice on it if you so desire and maybe answer some more specific questions depending on what it is (I might be a bit out of touch though since I haven't been playing as much recently as I have before). Learning about laning phase will help you not only follow around those fed members that need it, but also become one yourself (with your ADC). I wish you the best of luck.

: Hecarim can go through azir's ult with e and r
While I'm not sure about his E, I'm fairly sure that his ultimate passing through Azir wall is not actually a bug. See, Hecarim's Onslaught of Shadows gives him immunity to CC while dashing. This includes the knockback from Azir's Emperor's Divide. If he ends the dash inside of the wall though, he will be knocked back immediately after it. This is similar to Nocturne's Paranoia (also immune during the flight part). Sion's ult would do the same but isn't able to pass terrain - which Azir's wall is considered. As a result, that ultimate will be stopped but he similarly is immune to CC during the charge/channel. As far as Devastating Charge is concerned: I believe that one is not supposed to be immune to the knockback on Azir's wall (but it can jump walls if the distance between him and the target is small enough, as well as the wall between them.)

: Champion Mastery Score at It's Finest. (Support PoV)
UNIQUE – SPOILS OF WAR: Melee autoattacks execute minions below 200 health. Killing a minion by any means heals you and the nearest allied champion for 20 health and grants them kill gold. These effects require an allied champion within 1050 units of the user and consume a charge. Recharges every 40 seconds. Max 2 charges. If the recharge time is 40 seconds and you have less than 1 minion per minute, there's a lot of time where you're not using your relic shield (or upgrades thereof). Champion mastery seems very heavily based off of farm. It is the sole reason you don't have an S rank.
: Easy to Learn, Hard to Master
I think Syndra's a good example. While she has a very basic kit that can be used by most players quite quickly (especially those that are used to playing mages already), using her kit to the fullest, with strong ultimates and proper use of her Scatter the Weak, requires a lot of practice - and knowing how to set up combos under pressure like in teamfights is not one of the easiest things in the world.
Unleashing (EUNE)
: Verbal punishment makes no sense
The fact that there's a mute button doesn't mean you have the right to spew vile words at someone (just as much as having a profanity filter doesn't mean you should excessively curse). If you need to be muted, it means the damage has already been done - aka you (or others) have been toxic to the point of having to undergo measures towards it. That's not a good thing. Everyone has bad games now and again, including you, so you have no rights to completely talk down upon someone because they're having a bad game, making them feel bad - and believe me, most of the time someone's playing bad they're aware of this themselves, and flaming them for it is only going to make it worse. You are responsible for your own words. Keep it clean.

: Top 10 Highest Skillcap Champions
No Azir equals no good top 10 highest skillcap champions IMO. Azir is unparalleled in my honest opinion as far as both skill floor and skill ceiling are concerned. Getting used to his soldiers, and proceeding to use them to their maximum potential - as well as the ultimate usage and Shifting Sands usage for both safety and aggression makes him extremely difficult to play, both for new and experienced players. Only a few, and I mean an absolutely select few can access his true potential.

: Hello and thank you! Yeah, she's not getting on my account anymore. It was a little while ago either way, and she's married with several kids, so I would be amazed if she even had time! Oh, I don't think I new that. Well, I'm from Norway, so... I think I got the right forums. Nami and Soraka - got it. I've been reading up on Soraka while waiting for the game to patch and all, and so far, seems fun :) I know exactly how a community can be like. Playing HoN and even Dota2 for a little bit, there's always someone who wants to make the game as difficult and unpleasant as possible, but just like there are bad people, you can also make friends for life! I'm really excited for the latter! {{champion:16}}
Yes, this is the right boards - there only is one "boards" for EU (though depending on where you log in it'll be boards.EUW.leagueoflegends.com or boards.EUNE.leagueoflegends.com). As you can see, I myself play on EUW. I do have an account on EUNE but it's pretty much unplayed. If you need some general advice for playing this game, you can ask me at any point in time if you so desire. I should be able to help out a decent amount though I might not be as up to date with what's super strong and what isn't as I've not been playing as much due to feeling burnt out. This doesn't stop me from helping others if they want, though.

: Manhealer reporting for duty!(Not really in need of advice, but just want to say hi)
Welcome! Couple of things to point out: First of all - account sharing is not allowed. I'd suggest to not let your half sister play on your account again as it might lead to suspension of your account. Just wanted to put that out there. Apart from that, this is the EU boards - but there's two servers here. These are EUW and EUNE. You're playing on the latter (as indicated by the small bracket after your name). I'm not 100% sure anymore if it's level 5 or level 10 at which the free rotation becomes available, but the f2p support champions available in that rotation this week are Nami and Soraka. Maybe have a look at them and their skillsets. Wish you the best of luck finding some awesome people and having some great matches, as well as learning the game. There's a bad stigma around the community at times, but there's enough awesome people around as well. Just gotta find 'em. Best of luck on the rift.
: >Shouldn't ever judge someone based on stereotypes around their image Unless it's a riven main!
There's friendly Riven mains all the same.
: them stereotypes XD
Unfortunately stereotypes tend to be based on some form of truth - that's how they start to form in the first place. I do agree they're not a good thing unless used as a joke (knowingly by both parties). Shouldn't ever judge someone based on stereotypes around their image.
: One for All champions that you should try...
Katarina was fairly entertaining to me last time around. Useless in lane, stupidly strong in teamfights if you can get one kill.
: "I badly want that skin" event
I don't understand why this is downvoted. Anyways, all I want you to suggest is finding some people you enjoy playing with and playing for fun instead of for fame (or.. rank, I guess). I see a lot of people who get burnt out trying to get to a certain rank and failing at it (regardless of what the reason may be) but I've always found way more fun in playing with friends, fooling around, and not having to care for winning or losing. Games like these are enjoyed best not because of the game themselves but because of the fun times you can have with friends. That at least is my perception. Now, I wish you the best of luck with your decision, whatever it might be. Good luck to everyone in the contest as well.

I'd love to be a singer. Music is the one way I've always been able to express myself and it has helped me through some bad times. The feeling of standing on a stage in front of a couple thousand people that sing along and are there to watch you put up a show, helping them in a similar way music helped you, seems like a sensation that is unparallelled by anything else.

: He didnt meant the actuall passive, he meant the passive of his E ability which gives him Bonus AD and on activation True DMG on hit. So yeah when you max E this would be a bonus of 30% Crit Chance.
Ah fair enough. Still not a great idea.
: What about this Yi passive?
6% per level would equal 108% at lvl 18. I somehow feel this is a bad idea.
: where am i complaining about anything? o.o
I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the general community. You aren't complaining about anything - you're just throwing out a scenario that would make those demands really obvious yet again.
: Perma banned RIP
It should be quite logical a ban until the year 9001 is permanent. However reading it as the year 9001 could be a bit confusing at times. Anyways.. Best of luck to your path of becoming a better League player, both at heart and at the game itself.
: I would kinda like it..
I always love seeing people demanding stuff "we demand compensation for xyz" "we demand URF" Meanwhile I'm sitting here thinking "you're playing a free (yes free, however Riot is a company and still striving to make profit off of players that want to either support them or buy a skin/anything else because pretty) game, and here you are complaining and demanding compensation for a relatively minor issue?". Seems not only sheepish but not super smart to me. Technically Riot can do whatever they want with every single account, their services and their game and you can't demand anything.
: Sorry guys, but I'm just gonna have to say it.
I played URF during season 4, it's original release, and it was a lot more fun for me than it is these days (to the point of only having played one game last year if I'm not mistaken, and none so far, neither am I planning on playing any). The reason? There was no established meta. Nowadays you'll see tons of people picking heavy poke/heal champions or otherwise strong picks like Hecarim, Nidalee, Ezreal, Sona, Evelynn and so on and so forth. Back when URF first came around people were still figuring this out. Playing whatever. Not all picking teleport. Not just that, but to me it's seemed like people tryhard even more than in normals or ranked. It comes across to me as a bit of "CAN'T YOU SEE I'M HAVING FUN?!" implying or seemingly hinting the complete opposite of what's said in that sentence. Add in the snowbally nature of URF games (an element I'm not fond of in any gamemode in the first place) and you have yourself a perfect recipe for flaming. I remember there was people flaming just as hard if not harder in URF games in the past years than I've seen in most if not all normal/ranked games I've played. Anyways, that's just my two cents. If anyone likes URF, good for you/them. I don't mind it, I just am not a fan of it.

: Girls on the "teams & clubs" section
Gender is nigh unimportant as far as playing most games is concerned - league is one of them for sure. The thing in my eyes is: Gals that have to specify they're female on the boards are generally looking for attention more so than they are looking for actual people to play with. They want the compliments, attention and such to feel good about themselves and they generally wish to get something out of that (which in this game tends to be ranks, of course). This FAR FROM means that every single girl in this game cares for ELO, or being boosted. Every single day you play a couple games of League, you'll be matched with some female players. Do you know? In some cases names will give it away sure, but you in no way will be able to name every single female player you've played with, because some of these actually do NOT care to state their gender and ask for attention. In the end it's simple: The two things that matter when looking for people to play with in this game are either skill or friendliness. Neither of those needs a gender.

Actually sounds like a pretty cool champion concept! Kinda with a bit of Fiddle in there too, with the fear thing.
Fear not as much as actual fear in game, more just as in feeling suspense, thrill and pressure. It would be cool seeing a champion that would actively play with changing the environment's colour (temporary or permanent - for the game of course), however I'm not sure if it could cause issues for colorblind or other visually impaired players in any way.
: If you were a LoL Champion... Describe yourself!
I'd be a slim probably slightly longer than average guy with a sassy, sarcastic and near mean attitude towards anything or anyone I don't know - I'll be nicer towards people I know though. I'd definitely be a mage character - likely with control over black and white magic: Being able to completely remove colour out of areas and inflicting foes with fear and anxiety in the process. Maybe a bit of "Kindred meets Syndra" as far as colours and style are concerned. Oh, and I've got long straight blonde hair. I guess that matters too.
: I like the first version of this game, after that, it only became a worse game. Maybe the first version of Rollercoaster is my favorite. Other nominees: LOTR: The Battle For Middle Earth Rome/Medieval Total War FIFA 2005 Lego Racers De Schippers van de Kameleon (some free game you got by buying peanut butter. It's based on a book and it's movie.) Pro Cycling Manager. I loved the time when you could change all the databases to make some cyclists balanced better.
Yeah it's the first and second one that I played very very extensively (the second one could be considered just a straight up expansion as it fixed some of the issues with the first game and added some more stuff). Never did I play the third installment or any other game of the series for that matter.

Justicar/Archlight (if I can put those on the same line). To me, Project skins are somewhat overrated. They're not bad, just overrated.
: wth is this and what does it do?
The Lightbringer, it has a couple interesting elements to it. * UNIQUE – CRITICAL VISION: Critical strikes cause enemies to bleed for an additional 90% of bonus AD as magic damage over 3 seconds and reveal them for the duration. * UNIQUE – TRAP DETECTION: Nearby stealthed enemy traps are revealed. * UNIQUE: Covers a target area in a stealth-detecting mist that grants vision for 5 seconds and reveals enemies that enter it for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown) (800 range) (375 AOE estimate). The overall stats of it aren't amazing at 30 AD and 30% crit chance for 2350 gold, but the passives/active make it fairly useful. Mainly the crit one.
