@Chi: maybe true, you can do /msg "glitzerfurz" hi , and then just write to him with /r "message"
Imo this is better than switching out from the game to a web page, as you can still see the map and react to enemys etc.

Hey Guys, the transfer to EUNE wasn't that hard. ATM new bugs are getting fixed (for eg. pstats also working on eune now), however its hard to manage both servers. Here I need your help: I will give administrator rights (with all admin commands) to a EUNE player. If you think you can fit that role keep that in mind:
> 1. You need to play on a daily basis (min. 5 days of a week)
2. If someone is using the Support function you need to help them.
3. Ill add you in skype (and Whatsapp) so you can report me any issues fast.l
4. When a ban feature is added. you are not allowed to ban everbody you dont like.
5. Dont spam with the Announce feature!
6. Be polite
7. Your english must be decent or good.

in XMPP friends are called budy. May I refer you to this simple link: http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0267.html
However every programmer would definetly tell you to use a lybrary for that xmpp protocoll. Of course you could write it yourself with Buffered Readers etc. however this would be insane. I recommed you using "Smack XMpp chat library", available for Java and also Python i believe (and also works for developing on mobile Architecture (so also works on android)).

It programmed in Java, a programming language. Over the chat protocol XMPP it connects to the PvP.net chat servers.

It gives you better ranks if u play that specific champion in that role better than the average player with that champion in your mmr. So there is a certain truth that it's easier to get s rank with off-meta champs :D

WTF that itembuild would be to expensive and for Zz u need armor. You just dont have the Gold for those items, a sight stone and tankyness. Thats Bronze tactics....
And you can get this items only in the late, where anybody from the oposing team could kill ur portal / promoted minion with ease, and than with your items u got usless. Only works against a lane opponement that cant CS and so without kills cant get into the late... like its in Bronze

Of course it is annoying. But believe me, if you think of it, your enemy could've got the afk. And if you play a lot of games, it will surely get fair with the amount of feeders / trollers /afkers on your and on the enemys team.
The only problem for me is, that the report system doesen't ban that fast players that are feeding intentionally. that sucks ... And that you have to play really a lot of games that the elo system is fair.
