Yea, obvious answer. And obvious too that you can stun Jax during Counterstrike from range and then he can't stun anyone or jump anyone or attack anyone. You can also kill Jax with Aoe Dmg, even if it gets reduced, an Aoe Sona Ult or Amumu Ult will stun and damage him and make him useless during counterstrike while Fiora parries the Dmg, the CC and even counterdamages and Counterccs the enemy.

So they weaken the duskblade powerspike but strengthen the role of assassins over the whole game. Sry but that is bullsh**. Grievoius wounds is not a stat which some champions scale with. Its a countermechanic like if you buy armor vs ad or mr vs ap. The only champions who are not supposed to buy that are Vlad and Supports (no {{item:3165}} user and Supports don't get hard focused enough for {{item:3076}} ). Mages always buy Morellos ofc. But for all others Grivious wounds is a stat vs enemy sustain, on lane or in late game. For this maybe jungle needs it the least but they can also build it if team doesn't wanna build it. One of Aatrox most bought items is {{item:3143}} . And this you can easily ditch for a {{item:3075}} considering both have the {{item:3082}} passive.

As with kassadin he is really good with both domination and sorcery, but as a kassadin main I usually go either sorcery or domination primary, but precision second for presence of mind (As you mentioned), so there I have to sacrifice one tree right now. Let's say I had on last rune to choose then I would probably go either domination or sorcery primary and precision second. But lets say I then had this third tree to choose from, would it then make only one choice viable? I'm not that sure of that. For exemple I would really like to be able to get futures market on Kassadin for earlier access on RoA which would help a lot. At the same time some more tankiness in the resolve tree could be worth it for his early game or the minion dematerializer for the early waveclear, but also the stopwatch on kassadin because I build zhonyas could be very usefull or sudden impact if I went the sorcery and precision paths. So I feel like there is still a lot you have to sacrifice even if you get a third tree so I do't think it is as big of a problem as you might first think. If you just get more damage runes it will probably just make you too squishy when more get acess to some defensive runes so that's also the trade-off which isn't that different from how it is right now. Just now, one keystone and only 3 utility and dmg runes and then resolve or other defensive options on mages or assasins isnt that appealing. With one more option defensive runes could be much more viable and gameplay would be more unpredictable and we get some more depth into the game. There is still 53 runes and keystones you can't use every game instead of 54.

Riot wanted to simplyfy the runesystem by letting you ahve clear choices. You can select your style but than you are limited to take 2 out of 5 paths. That is balanced. To take a 3rd path would add total unbalance to champs who already have good choices in more than 2 paths: Actual they ahve to sacrifies soething by deciding which 2 out of 3 they want but with your idea that desciion would become cleary solved. For example kassadin who can realy good use sorcery and domination runes like sudden impact. On the other hand he is realy good with presence of mind as it gives him free ult casts on level up/takedown. with your idea he could take all 3 paths without having a sacrifie. Riot wants that people go resolve if they want to be a bit tankier in laningphase but in preseasons many people like to go jsut straight damage instead of secondary resolve. With your idea they wouldn't even get punished for that idea taking one rune from resolve and be fine (properbly iron skin, mirror shield, conditioning or second wind). On many champs the pick of secondary path is ahrd and some come not in question cause maybe one is good but the others in that path are abd for them. If they want realy that rune they ahve to take another that doesn't suit them much. Presence of Midn as an example for Supports. The rest of the path is not good for supps but they could easily take that with your idea alone. And i ahven't even talked about inspiration till now: You could take stopwatch every game (rip zed), cosmic insight, biscuits, hextechflash or futures market every game. Not only would your idea lead to more clear winenrs and losoers for the rune system. It would destroy the idea of having to think every game clear which runes you need specific in that game and which runes not. Your idea would elad back to the old system more where you jsut copied pros by making a runepage and than never change it again. selecting 3 paths is less adaption, more what is most times the perfect rune page.

to make more friends, first you have limited space on friends you can have on one lol-account. Second is that english is not the motherlanguage of the whole world. Ingamgecomunication via chat or maybe a voicechat in some future could hardly work with people speakign and writing chinese, japanese, korean, russian, taiwanese, turkish, portuguese, spanish and all kinds of other european/asian languages. Also riot doesn't even own directly the asian servers, as you can see on the website which servers you can select. You can already see on euw how people just randomly not use english as chatlanguage to talk with, make fun or insult others not speaking that language. And yea, would be a realy technical effort that would riot just cost more as it brings them anything. To solve your porblem you can either change region all the time to play with people from other regions or you can make a second account on a diffrent region. Would either cost much money or time and in the end you will play with higher ping.

yes on first part, no on second. With 10 bansystem you need 20 cause it could be theoretical the case that 10 of your champs get banned and the 9 guys before you pick your remaining champions. So riot icnreased the threshhold for ranked up to 20.

To be fair midlaners went on mages scaling health cause most time you laned vs a mage. Sure,some had an extra vs ad page. But that was the raw case. And implementing Stopwatch is already a pain for ad assassins. In the end it is a Buff for adcs cause no longer midlaners run armorrunes vs ad assaasins that hurt adc damage too. Stopwatch/Zhonyas doesn't matter to an adc much if it is used vs Zed Ult. But if Mage vs Mage on Midlane both Mageswent in the past health scaling and it wouldn't be otherwise for adcs like how it is now. Or for ad toplaner/jungler.

Basicly i agreed to Renold that leting Nullifying Orb grant Protectuon vs Physical damage as well first sounds great, but would be realy terrible cause ad assassins and fighters already have enough problems to deal with. Also while that what you posted was not my intentuon, i want to correct you a bit. They also got {{item:3026}} , which also builds out of {{item:2419}} now. Or they can go {{item:3071}} /{{item:3053}} for huge amount of health. Ofc you are right that they will not hurt enemies as much with these items. If something falls and clutchs on the ground, glass, penies, etc, these things do normaly sounds. Lee uses his w to jump to allies and that is obviusly explained by cause he can hear them. It is a mysterium why you can put wards on a field that give you vision but the enemie doesn' see them. So you could describe wards as invisible passive allies who signal you that they are here but not the enemy. And lee/jax can jump to them while enemies can kill these wards.

It is just that he can do a lot more damage than lee while also being very mobile. I think lee should be the only one that can ward jump for true balance. It is just my opinion.
yea, and riot in their wisdom for runing this game threw now 8 years and more does not believe like that. You can not just remove such a strong ability. You say it is too strong on Jax but on the same time you want to tell me that without this he would still be fine? Hell his winrate could easily drop 4% or 10%. Never gets picked competive. Also 53% winrate jax currently: First, doesn't look to strong for me that you need to remove a whole abiity. Second the winrate can easily come from the shake up the preseason did (byebye tankmeta). In a few patches he could be again under 50% winrate. Or you can jsut nerf a bit his numbers if he si to strong. its not that jax was a balance problem like some other chams in the last years.

its just how things work: channelabilitys like kata ult or mf ult can be cancelded by silences, stuns, stasis, knockups, surpression etc. Stasis=bard ult or Zhonyas. kata doesnßt move during her channel ro autoattacks or casts other abilitys. She can maybe channel ult on a dagger what falls on her, so another daggerroation is made or she can cast gunblade/ignite i believe. But not moving abilitys/items like protobelt or items witha channel liek ehxtech glp. Fiddle Ult, Kennen Ult, Morgana Ult, Aniva Ult (special), Swain Ult, Rumble q, Mundo w, Amumu w, Aurelionsol w, Karthus w, shyrvanna w, i believe even singed q are used once or toggled on and do than their damage over time while these people still can use their abilitys or autoattacks. Compare it to Malzahars e but with the diffrence that malz e is a dot on a target while the other ones do damage in an area. No matter if you stun or silence or surpress or knock them up or if they are ons tasis (zhonyas), it still goes on. Like Fizz Ult will Slow, Knockup and deal Damage even if Fizzis stuned or in stasis, even if he is dead. At least you get this not from most champs above listed beside karthus, he does hsi damage farther while you are dead. And now you can see that at this point the game is just mostly consistent (not Anivia Ult) and Fiddle is not the worst cause his damage ends as most champs end withd ead while Karthus, Fizz and Teemo cans till kill you while they are dead ;)

Ward Jumping is Jax only excape. If he would loose it he would be worse than Yi. While lee already has big mobility with his q and disengage with his r jax literaly has only this.

i agree to you to the point till you said "riot wants to remove ward jumping". Where did youg et that from? Katarina lost it cause with the dagger mechanik she already got enough mobility. Jax ahs no mobility. Lee has some mobility but riot still hold to let himw ardjumping. Actual lee without wardjumping would decrease his playmakepotential and how he is able to perform as a jungler by a lot.

Just cause you don't tell the shopkeeper or police that a guy next to you stole something in a shop doesn't make you untargetable from others reporting you if they see you stealing. See this comparison that not reporting people who break the rule is nearly as bad as breakign the rule self. not stoping thieves will jsut let them being able to farther steal things. Not reporting toxic people will jsut lead to let them play farther toxic that game probably. After prison or in riots case a ban either the people learn from their msitakes or they will do ti again and recieve a far bigger punishment.

yea. On botlane ap supports are op atm for example. Adcs and Supports lsot their magic resitance but you get now more magicpen from items and there is still sudden impact. Ap assassins in general strognest ones currently cause everyone got armor or/and health but no oen got mr.

I'm not Riot and i didn't quite understand your middle part. But i would assume that the way it is now follows the principle "Keep it good, short and simple". The Diffrence to the old Masterysystem(s) is that before you always could put your skillpoints how you wanted, (with the introduction of the keymasterysystem you had this system were you followed a path and on some masteries you had to split up 5 points threw a choice of 2 masteries). So you could go 18/12/0 or 18/6/6 or 10/10/10 (last one without keystones, bad decision mostly). The New System allows you not to have masteries from all 5 trees, only from 2. So why should you see all 5 at the same time? Second: While current masteries let you have either the choice of 3 1 point masteries or 2 5point masteries plus one keystone while amsteries have just a small impact on the game, new system lets you to choose on primary 4 times between 3 runes (together you choose 4 runes out of 12) and on secondary you choose 2 runes out of 9 (again, these 2 runes can't be from the same "tier"). Also even most "normal" runes feel more impactful as current keystones. To have already a view of 21 runes is pretty much for the impact they have.

You compare your soloq meta with worlds... did you even watch esports? First of all other supports got picked/banned as well. Thresh, Alistar, Braum. Rakan is nearly picked or banned every game. The esport teams do't ban janna, they just pick her if others get not bannes. Second, adc farming till late does not exist since this meta. Esports was often enough a lategame focuses game. Last year worlds weren't diffrent. This is not the dshieldproblem obly. Its cause in proplay you play much more careful avoiding early kills.

yea, but rakan has more safty with her similar to how all supports have more safty with Kalista (or kindred/sivir). Rakans engage is realy fast and you only can try to prevent it by seeing him. But with Xayah he can hide farther away, dash to, flash w, ult or how his combo works. Xayah is a strong adc atm. Rakan is a good support atm. Rakan gets often banned at worlds as same as kalista, cause she is the strongest adc at the moment. But a Xayah rakan combo could outshine a kalista pick. A xayah alistar combo probably not. Rakan has the advantage that he could go ardent. Not the strongest ardent user but he has the possibility (a real posibilty unlike alistar).

Just recall together lul. And you forget the much higher e range from rakan and the synergy between rakan knocking up adn charming enemies and xayah putting her fethers behind the targets during that for a good root. Yes, alsitar can knock up enemies too, but he has not the high mobility of rakan. Still i agree that players with op that players should not take champs they can't play only for the reason of synergy. Same as one picks thresha d the other kalista.

just cause you can't beat it doesn't eman its imposiible. it was designed to be hard. bronzes to chalelngers should feel challenged. challengerstreamers love this mdoe. and still think it could be harder. if only the ebst can do it, than i will guess it will be a rare ward. and farthermore: riot didn't make 2 diffiulties for fun. if you feel to frustrated on hardmode and jsut want to have fun: play the easy mode. yea, there are no missions, but got damm: the missiosn give you ONLY a ward. you could try to do the missions by yourself on easymode. and if you don't like the mode at all, than just don't play it. boy

yea. at leage champ road map it was said evelyn comes some time after the next champion. not directly after it. there was no exclusive date or patch stated. and it would be strange to reveal evelyn on worlds patch ((7.18). ofc there is a chance. but nothing confirmed.

where is it confirmed evelyn comes next patch after orn? that patch would be 7.18. 7.18 was confirmed to be most likly worlds patch. would be rly dumb to have a new champ for worlds. or evelyn would be disabled (like yorick last year). i think it was more stated that she comes after worlds.

Assuming Urgot knows how to kite? If you flash then urgot can flash too, if you try to dash out then urgot can dash with you as he has a dash too or he can just ult to bring you close and then AA from some range and then your screwed. I know items like boots of swiftness helps but it doesn't changed the fact that as a melee champ you can't escape because you'll still be slowed. This doesn't apply to urgot alone theres gnar and teemo too.
urgots ult just slows if you have some ehalth left. urgots dash should be as slow as galios dash. if you are a renekton, fiora, amumu, nautilus, kled. you should be able to get him. a gangplank can try to slow him with his barrels. urgots range is 350, 50 more as rakan. kiting from some far distance isn't possible beside maybe the slow of his ult. but than again if you are not lowhealth its basicly the waste of an execution/cc spell of him.

you can go self frozen mallet, boots of switfness, go black cleaver to give yourself movementspeed. urgot self slows with his w and most chmaps have form of mobility. so if you are not a malphite you should be fine. otherwise forzen mallet is for slowing and 1v1s. so don't try to 1v1 him than. aslo there is deadmans plate, randuins omen, righous glory, yomus ghostblade and mercurial scimitar.

again: grievius wounds just if you autoattack the tank. Sos top auto the tank. In lane waveclear first (with brambel adn no bamis/tiamat most tanks have not enough waveclear).

bramble just reduces healing if you attack them. If a soraka does attack the tank its her fault. Than she should not attack him (or get in shens/galios/rammus taunt range). Aatrox should maybe try to not heal himself up at tanks. he was already insane strong vs tanks, maybe ths was needed. Also aatrox combo si first to get some stacks with w off for more dmg and just heal if hes low. If someone goes bramble on lane he probably has no waveclear from bamis/tiamat so aatrox wins lane anyways unless the tank has muchw aveclear from his abilitys aswell.
: your problem will not be during the ''teamfight'' as swain.. but you need to back up a little and think about the laning phase that will be far from enjoyable for swain. you dont want to end up in a lane, where you cant even Autoattack a enemy that could potentially kill you by touching him like kryptonite. its quite easily drafting yourself a losing lane vs anyone with bramble vest and even merc threads. you would have to hope to go **even** in lane at best, but without the snowball of jax to make up for it.
so in lane lets argue swain vs rammus for example (or shen or whatever). If he has bramblevest whats he gonna do? he can't waveclear cause he invested gold in bramble and not in bamis or tiamat. You can. You ult, clear the minions and attack him. You deal more dmg (your healing just gets reduced, not your dmg) and have the minionadvantage. Even if he alls in you you either just try to stop autoattacking him if he can kill you (maybe with his jungler), unless ofc he can taunt you. Or you just heal up with the minionwave. Even if your healing gets reduced it was before not even close for these champs to be able to beat swain. With them and 4 minions you heal a lot. Later in the game you maybe have some ap, maybe have a spiritvisage for even more healing and in teamfight you attack all enemies beside the thornmailuser (again unless he taunts you ofc). Maybe if you see the rammus rolling on you try to zhonyhas t prevent the taunt if you are already low.
