: - You can't prove they get away - You're not allowed to retaliate through toxicity of your own
I can prove it. That's the thing, I could understand my ban if I really was toxic.
: > If not I have no other choice to take legit action against riot gaming what u gonna do ? sue them ? lol U seem to have absolutely no idea how the system works
I do. I know how it works, ells would I not say that XD

: >If not I have no other choice to take legit action against riot gaming because it’s not okay how they treat us players. pls do it, and do it publicly, i wanna see what they do to you :D
80% of the time it works but I agree at I maybe went a bit overboard

: > I write this post because I got an unfair premier ban. The reason I was banned is not important for this post but mostly because I can't tell ty to some stupid rule. Oh it is important, mainly because you probably use the false argument that you're "defending yourself" when what you were actually doing is retaliating which is very clearly against the rules > Every day more in 1000 (people, I talk with) get banned from leagues of legends because they talking back to people who use league of legends at a tool to discriminate, troll or make a serious threat to other people just because they have a bad day. Did i or did i not call it? > That’s why I want a riot to change the systems how they ban people to make chat met cleaner and safe for every player. All toxic players are treated the same, the IFS only cares if they actually did something wrong or not, now its very very easy to "provoke" people in to raging without breaking the rules, the issue is most ragers are too far gone by the time they realise they were played and yes they are the only ones who get banned because only one of the two people involved actually broke the rules > If not I have no other choice to take legit action against riot gaming because it’s not okay how they treat us players. And what might that "legit" action involve, crying on the boards that you were punished for breaking the rules? there isn't any action you can take, you agreed to the terms of service and you broke them, as a result you were banned, its an open and shut case I will let a great man explain it better than i ever could https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymPpIzaanhY
I never blame another player for using my profile to flame so I don't where to get that from. I don't agree, I have seen lots of people who really were toxic in one game, who did not get banned because of the ban system. Because in order to get banned you have to flame in the least three games. You are dumb as %%%ed. I don't cry and I know what I agreed on. and one of the things I agreed on was a fair assessment. And my ban was not fair
: Retaliation is not a viable defence mechanism ingame. If someone smashes in your car's windshield, you don't smash theirs. You call the police and you sue them. We don't live in the stone age any more, where eye for an eye went. We're living in a civilised world, where there are authorities that handle our issues. If you get in a life threatening situation, you obviously have the LEGAL RIGHTS to defend yourself. In the game however, this scenario doesn't happen. Flaming back to someone who flamed you, is not a defence against them. You're EQUAL to them. - hence you're treated equally. You get flamed, you mute + report, sooner or later the flamer gets punished, You get flamed, you flame back, both get reported - you will both be punished - eventually. > If not I have no other choice to take legit action against riot gaming because it’s not okay how they treat us players. About this ... just lul. My delusion-o-meter is showing me never-before-seen values. {{sticker:sg-miss-fortune}}
Believe it or not but that actually work.
