: "Mute yourself" button
I honestly agree with this idea. Some days you just _cannot deal_ with people's sh-t, even if you mute the entire goddamn match lobby there's still that _one_ guy who will drive you f-ing mental when you've had an entire day of little annoyances building up... Self-censorship is good and responsible behaviour, but resisting the urge to go "WHAT THE F-K GUYS" is sometimes too much to bear.

: What is the scariest thing to read in LoL?
I'm going to have to go with two or more teammates chatting with eachother in one of the Romance languagues - not flirting, that'd be great, but French, Italian or Spanish. I don't think that's ever _not_ resulted in a catastrophic defeat. I'm not saying French players are necessarily bad, but I am saying that French premades in Normal matches are bad.

It could be worse. Imagine if Dota 2 was a real-life war, with soldiers killing other soldiers on their own side to prevent the enemy from getting the killing blows...

However, if we do that...: - {{champion:103}} can only ult towards enemy champions from now on - {{champion:266}} and {{champion:18}} can only jump on enemy champions or towards them - {{champion:268}} is only allowed to jump to a soldier if that soldier is closer to an enemy champion than he is - {{champion:36}} ult only provides movespeed when he is running towars enemy champion - {{champion:105}} {{champion:67}} and {{champion:150}} can only jump towards enemy champions, or on the spot - {{champion:79}} {{champion:104}} {{champion:58}} {{champion:421}} {{champion:23}} and {{champion:59}} can only dash towards enemy champions - {{champion:24}} {{champion:55}} and {{champion:64}} can only jump to enemy targets, not neutral ones, - {{champion:429}}s passive only works if she moves towards an enemy target Also {{champion:127}} {{champion:236}} {{champion:117}} {{champion:43}} {{champion:38}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:121}} {{champion:85}} {{champion:7}} {{champion:54}} {{champion:11}} {{champion:76}} {{champion:61}} {{champion:133}} {{champion:33}} {{champion:92}} {{champion:68}} {{champion:13}} {{champion:113}} {{champion:35}} {{champion:98}} {{champion:102}} {{champion:27}} {{champion:14}} {{champion:15}} {{champion:72}} {{champion:37}} {{champion:17}} {{champion:48}} {{champion:77}} {{champion:254}} {{champion:106}} {{champion:157}} {{champion:238}} {{champion:115}} {{champion:26}} All these champions have mobility cooldowns, that can be used both offensively and defensively. : so, he is a stalker and nobody finds anything wrong with that?
Lots of people in the League are stalkers.. Diana, Kha'zix/Rengar.. Warwick! Apparently restraining orders aren't a thing in Valoran.
: bios and lore change over time, fiora, miss fortune, sion and others are a prime example of that also, you can't leave as a big ass warrior if you keep only fighting with the enemy someday you will find someone stronger and die unless you run away garen did that with kata for example
Katarina ran away. Garen has been trying to chase her down to kill her ever since. Garen _does not run away._
: wise men chose their battles, and sometimes they have to retreat only a fool will always chose to step forward and dash on i would be that fool, but garen seems a bit different
_"Throughout Valoran, the resolve of Demacia's military is alternatively celebrated or despised, but always respected. Their "zero tolerance" moral code is upheld by both civilians and soldiers alike. In combat, this means Demacian troops may not make excuses, flee or surrender under any circumstance. These principles are espoused to their forces by unrivaled demagogues who lead by example. Garen, the valiant warrior who bears the title "Might of Demacia", is the paradigm to which these leaders are compared."_ From Garen's own character bio.

: Trundle Top? Still ok?
He has inherent sustain from his passive even if he somehow misses last-hits, and his Q lets him last-hit stupidly easy to begin with, his W increases his self-healing and his E lets him block off and slow to both set up and evade ganks. So yes, Trundle Top still a tough guy.

: Junglers not ganking, even devourer junglers, are doing it wrong.
I've said it before; I've actually had junglers in games (ahem{{champion:5}}ahem) who sincerely tell me that they won't gank until they've maxed out their Devourer stacks... I guess that's what I get for not ever playing Ranked, but still :P I don't even get why people try to defend Devourer by saying it "needs farm" to be useful. I rolled with it on Yi, Warwick, Shyv etc, and while Sated Devourer is sweet as hell, it's not exactly the be all end all of your kit. Even a Devourer with no stacks at all gives you that additional magic damage per hit, and it just gets _better_ with farming. I like Devourer, and I want it back, but I do think Champion kills/assists should grant it more stacks to encourage ganking instead of farming...

{{champion:254}} for sexy powerhouse. Ultimate main. {{champion:102}} the Junglesaurus Wrecks, 2nd pick for jungle. {{champion:89}} Support is best support. {{champion:16}} Except for this babe. {{champion:17}} for when Top lane needs to burn to the ground and the earth salted with the enemy team's tears. {{champion:90}} in Mid melting minions and faces for days. And finally, when all else fails, when I need to break a losing streak, {{champion:25}} Midlane y'all dead as shit.

The sad truth is that you don't have to rage, flame or be generally unpleasant at all. You can get reported for telling someone to 'f**k off' once in one game because they were insulting you in the chat before you block them, and that makes people scream "TOXIC!!!" and boom, 10-game Chat restriction. It's an automated system, it doesn't actually take 'unpleasant' behaviour into account, it weighs ones and zeroes.
Tröll (EUW)
: I read comments like yours and add it to the experience I had in this game and it just makes me realize that Riot sucks.
I think Riot misunderstands the situation; "Toxic players" are not always the ones who get angry and use cursewords (that seems to be what this automated system targets), but people who provoke such behaviour through in-game action, rather than words. There is a profanity filter _and_ a mute button, so people talking trash is extremely easy to ignore. It's a lot harder to ignore a Jungler who refuses to gank a lane out of spite because he's mad at his teammates, or conversely someone who goes deliberately stealing Jungle camps because they're mad at the Jungler, or the two people who always refuse surrender votes to annoy people. By now, Riot has bred a community that hates everybody and shouts "TOXIC!" and "FLAMER!" at anyone who says pretty much anything they don't like. At this rate, the game will quickly have its core community banned and the only people still playing being those who communicate with nothing but Pings.
Ymir (EUW)
: Upcoming Upgrades to Chat Restrictions
I will say this; These new changes are awful. They punish people for responding to harassment more than they punish harassers. I got chat restricted for telling someone off when they started spouting abuse at me in the chat, and of course, chat restrictions limits your ability to communicate **at all** in subsequent games, leading to people accusing you of trolling. I'm seriously pissed at this, it's just unfair to punish people reacting to harassment no matter _what_ they say. It doesn't make a less toxic community, it just makes people angrier. Let me make this perfectly clear; Some people - like myself - suffer from serious real-life issues. In my case, clinical depression. In a community as toxic as League of Legends, it is literally impossible for me to never respond to abusive comments, no matter how hard I try. **It is completley unreasonable to ban, restrict or otherwise punish someone for having a bad day.** We are all people, and people behave irrationally when provoked sometimes, against their own better judgement. Add to this that if someone is having a bad day and letting it out over the chat, then punishing them with a chat restriction only makes their day worse, and worsens their experience with League of Legends overall.
: she does need a buff, her AD should be increased by +1*level that would be great :3 come on, stop downvoting, i need Draven's Axe to Last hit >.>
I kind of like this. It's stupidly difficult to last hit with autos on most midlane casters.
: Maybe Riot want Sunfire to have this little tradeoff: You do Passive Damage around you, but this comes at the cost (and gain) of lane-pushing and taking aggro from towers.
I say basically this; It's a deliberate 'flaw' in Sunfire's design. Aggroing towers or Jungle monsters (or hell, even lane minions) is a downside you have to play around - Blitzcrank's Ultimate's passive effect does something similar with its random hits.

: Champion summoner icon reward when reaching "x" amount champion points
I actually disagree with the suggestion that they just use the already existing portraits, if only because it looks much more interesting with unique artwork like the Bilgewater icons for Graves, TF and Gangplank and the PROJECT icons. I'd definately like to see one unique icon portrait per champion just for leveling them up, a way to show pride in your main girl ({{champion:254}} ) even when you're not playing her!
: Fix those damn Juggernauts already!
I used to enjoy playing Garen, but now I've avoided playing him since the update because of guilt by assosciation. Basically, Juggernauts are not fun to play against, because there's very little counterplay available short of hard-CC+Jungler gangbang, so I don't really want to subject the player on the opposing toplane to that bull. Seriously, it's more fun to play against _Teemo_ at this rate.

: What music do you listen too when playing league?
I've taken to listening to this while playing {{champion:254}} Vi; And also this, while playing {{champion:43}} Karma; And oftentimes this, while playing {{champion:17}} Teemo;
: Last champion you played is now your best friend for life.
Pantheon. {{champion:80}} Aside from maybe being bitter that I suck with him (but hey, Panth, we got first kill on that Darius! That was cool, don't Shield bash me bro!) I guess having a big Not-Spartan shield protecting me is pretty lucky.

: What was your first skin?
Nightmare Cho'Gath, it was also the first promotional skin I got my hands on (along with Riot Girl Tristana a bit later, and then Viking Tryndamere from Dreamhack). Dem free skins <3 EDIT: First one I **bought**? Goodness, I honestly can't remember. Probably Exiled Morgana, because I quickly found Morgana to be one of my stand-out badass picks during the first year of LoL's existence.
: Give me your best champion descriptions
She Came in like a Vrecking Ball
: I do not believe he afk farmed and only had 5 stacks at 15 minutes. 3 options right here: 1 - He did gank. 2 - You're lying. 3 - DC
Unless the UI showed the wrong number, it was 5 stacks. He didn't gank - he explicitly said he wouldn't until he got full stacks - and he was not offline or afk. He was just really shitty at farming, I think.
: If Nami can fly, as a fish. Why cant Graves have a cigar and still be in tip-top shape? {{champion:32}}
{{champion:4}} sold out {{champion:104}} in exchange for having magic. I doubt {{champion:104}} wants to use magic himself!
: Sated Devouerer - Something must be done
I just had a Xin Zhao in a game who refused to gank until his Devourer got 'sated'. At 15 minutes in he had 5 stacks. ... Maybe the Devourer should only gain stacks from Champion kills, but need a lot fewer of them. That would encourage junglers to _do their fucking job!_

: Frost Queen's Claim is disabled, but its components can still be bought.
I think it's fine because the Spellthief's Edge is still useful as a gold income item for, for example, Sona or Support!Annie because pokes = gold. You can just sell it later instead of upgrading it, kind of like a Doran's Anything.
: full ad, bad build. the enemy apc will kill you in less than a second unless you are feed, do not try this. if you are feed however, go #yolo it
I actually found full AD really strong with Fiora (using only {{item:3047}} for early armor against Gangplank in lane) if you get into her new playstyle as a quick-moving duelist, striking and pulling away to let the passive heal you. ADCs are susceptible to your Q to get you into range and a quick W to nom up their initial burst.
Shiroe x (EUW)
: Is it worth giving her ago, if i have never played fiora before? don't want o be flamed at if i do terrible.
I say absolutely, you just have to learn to make the most of her passive to dominate trades and to use her W. One neat trick for trading/harassing is that you can use her W's ranged strike to trigger the passive, if the mark is facing you. Lets you poke from safely behind minions!

: You still arent obligated to gank you know.. Example, as a mid laner your not obligated to roam aswell, but if the enemy midlaner is doing it, u might aswell help the team, but u still arent obligated, you can just keep pushing mid
That comparison is faulty because a Midlaner pushing mid is still benefitting the team, while a Jungler that never ganks and only farms does not.

Playing Top lane vs a tough opponent, a jungler ganking is the difference between a 0-9 and a 9-0 KD (not to mention 50+ minions worth of farm if you're playing melee against something with the range to counter you, say Rumble or Teemo). You are going to have to gank if you want to jungle. You might want to _wait_ until you get certain items or reach level 6, but at some point you have to get your ass into lane and actually contribute, especially when the people in lane tell you they need it. No, telling them "farm under turret" isn't a valid response, because _that still means they'll lose their lane_.
