I have figured out why the tickets don't show up in support. The "hacker" has changed the email to my account again (I am now seeing completely different tickets linked to that email). I don't know if he has compromised the email linked with the last ticket I sent, sorry to bother but could you be able to check if a response apart from the automated one had been sent? I want to make sure that it hasn't been deleted from my email. The ticket is 21192676

I'm not able to share the details because of obvious security reasons, but I'm sure someone from our team will respond to your ticket when they can! :)
Thing is, will I be able to see the response if the ticket isn't showing in my tickets?

If you create the ticket anonymously (without account), will I get an email confirmation about the ticket being posted or such? Is there any way I can check up on the ticket?

I did that earlier, how will they contact me, will it be through email? And is there any way to check on it if I made it without an account?

It may have been because I posted the ticket using this account, however I believe I provided enough info to prove I'm the owner, and I didn't receive any emails about it. Have sent another without an account attached to it, hoping it works this time, however just the fact they deleted it pissed me off.

: there is more to this story than you are telling us. i had my account compromised in the same fashion and i received it back within less than a day and the person changed my email and password.
