: New borders are awful. Just dont make it official please
In general, they're not bad, but nothing out of the ordinary. But compared to the ones we have now, I feel like the new ones are too plain and dull. It's nothing that I'd work for to obtain.

: Need help with Top
Darius is a great lane bully and he's not too hard to play decently. Gangplank is also strong and pretty straight forward and has a free Cleanse if you would end up in a bad situation. Good top champions are mainly bruisers who mix damage and tankyness. These days, Juggernauts are pretty much dominating this lane, so flex picks are more difficult to do well on, considering the power these Juggernauts posesses. If you want to play flex picks however, I recommend Aatrox, Wukong and Jax. All of them pretty simple in design and is fairly easy to pick up. I'd recommend taking TP instead of Ignite in these cases, as you are able to surprise the enemies with a gank. I'm not the best top laner, but that's mainly how I get going when facing opponents that can zone or even kill me if I overextend.

: Is it good if someone calls you a scripter?
Scripts are programs which assist you in different stuffs in game, such as skill shots, vision hacking etc. Just by that you should know they are against the rules to use. So yes, it could've been that you landed very good hooks some times.

: This is the well said truth. If people are flaming or being toxic, all you need to do is carry and they'll follow your lead. It's the psychology of humans. Glad you learnt it. That's the key to getting to challenjour. Oh, one more question, did you report Lee?
> [{quoted}](name=Kaycee777,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=f6xKPeuk,comment-id=0006,timestamp=2015-07-29T10:34:50.123+0000) Oh, one more question, did you report Lee? No. While he had been flaming us, the fact that he improved from it, showed a pretty good atitude and helped the team to achieve victory was enough to not give him my report. He actually added me, so I accepted him, said "Thanks for not giving up :) Well played, man!", then removed him.

: Implement A Kick System (Picture for reason)
A kick option would do more harm than good to be honest. * What if I want to play a champion that "sucks" these days? My teammates can just kick me for that, if they desire. * What if someone get's counterpicked in champ select? Just kick a teammate, and the lobby will quit. * What if the enemy team is overpowered? Simply kick a teammate. A player may on his/her desire avoid an overpowered enemy team/having been counterpicked, by simply dodging. That will have him/her put in a low-priority queue after a while. But by kicking a player, you yourself avoid any possible concequence that a simple dodge would give you. You basically put the punishment on someone else, who might just be a happy player wanting to play a game of League of Legends. It could scare players away from doing solo-queue of any sort. While I agree that trolls should be removed, let's not put a system that can easily punish a legit player harder than the report system can do today.

: All you said is true. It would be perfect to be able to catch them off running around, but as I try to always be nice to my team and take the role that's free, I am more than often pushed into playing support. Which means I cannot really go and catch someone off without my team, and in my elo map awareness is really not a thing, so you can ping a thousand times and nobody still cares until they see you die and it's time to flame you And like I stated before, having 3 wards on the map is really not enough to constantly catch off the enemies. Especially when you're alone. PS. When I play fun games with people who are actually Diamond+, they often say that I deserve Plat. When my team is decent, I can keep up with holding vision, communicating, I don't randomly feed, I capitalize on enemies' mistakes etc. Surely we all make mistakes, but I know how the game is supposed to be played.

I agree with you. Even though you can improve yourself, there are times when you can't really affect the game that much :/ It's just the nature of a MOBA, I guess
Ekuks (EUNE)
: I agree with pretty much everything you said there. Well put! But the thing is, I don't do any of those mistakes, haven't made them for a long time now (I'm not saying I'm flawless, but this stuff is bronze elementary, isn't it?) In fact, I too often seem to be the only player in the game who doesn't build according to mobafire or something. They don't care if they're winning or losing - if they're playing Rengar, they ARE going for that Hydra first item! About warding properly. Well, you surely do have a point there, but when everyone (including the enemy team) are headlessly running around the map like chickens, it's gonna really cost you a lot of gold to update your wards every 10 seconds. My priorities are dragon, baron, and buffs. Or wherever I feel the most action is / is going to be happening. About the mastering a champion... Well, it really gets boring after you play 50 games in a row with any champion. Of course it's cool to carry with them, but it just loses the beauty of the game and gets flat out boring. Plus, you can rarely play more than 3 games in a row in the same role, unless you're maining support.
No, my friend. This is not bronze elementary. If we managed to play correctly and according to all of this (and a little more), we would already be platinum. Itemization is a huge problem in this elo for most players, and I agree with you, players tend to build raw damage even when behind, cause Mobafire said "Build this item first" or something. I don't have any tips other than maybe asking them to build a bit more tanky from there. If the enemy team is brainless chickens, you just came 50% closer to winning the game! If you notice them running around alone in your jungle frequently, ward up and catch them off-guard. Since your teammates are thirsty for kills, they might just help you out with that unknowingly. I agree. Playing the same champ over and over again can make it boring after a while. But something beautiful about knowing the champion inside out is that you are more aware of how you can build him/her, and mix that up depending on how you feel. I play around 3-4 different champs in every role. It's champions I've proven myself to preform well with. I avoid Vayne since I struggle with her desicion making, I don't play Draven cause I suck at catching axes in a teamfight, I can't play Zed properly and I fail horribly with his shadows sometimes. Even if those champs are insane when they snowball, I know that I can't play them right now, and avoid them in ranked. Some champions are very easy to master, and those are the ones I personally have fun with. It's all personal preferrence in the end. Also, a funny thing is that even enemies tend to rage on each others. Use that to your advantage, and gank the same lane over and over and over again (as a jungler, or roamer). Not saying I supporting flaming at all, but that does help you win games sometimes.

: My two cents about "elo-hell"
Yes, I've had those players too, who rage after being ganked once, who flames the midlaner for not SS'ing, or simply builds full glasscannon despite being 1/8/0. The unfortunate problem, as you name it, is that there's a huge gap in skill level at lower elo's, in the same tier/division. I'm currently silver, and it's a hell to get out of here. But I've come to realize that there's no ticket out to the higher elo's than simply improving yourself. Think about it. There's always something you can improve on, despite having played 3k+ games in your lane. Things I've learned during my neverending journey to perfection is: * Wards. Yes, you might ward a lot, but are you warding _properly_, and on the _right spot?_ Will your ward actually pay off for you where you put it? And if you already have 3 wards out, but they're in the wrong place, then buy new ones, and replace the old. * Itemization. Are you building correctly to how the situation looks like? Being CC'ed as an ADC? Maybe a Quicksilver Stash could help. * Behind in lane? If your enemy can out-duel you, position yourself passively. Don't give him/her the pleasure of harassing you. Also try and freeze the lane closer to your tower. Make him overextend and let your jungler know that a gank is possible. If he can dive you/he's freezing the lane at his tower while you're behind? Go make stuff happen elsewhere. Gank other lanes, roam with your jungler. Instead of being a "hit me" target, you're assisting your team effectively with extra damage/CC. * A thing I notice a ton of players are struggling with, is _mastering a champion_. Having mastered a champion, you will be able to execute impulsive actions more precise and correct, and also know your limitations and possibilities inside out. This alone gives you a huge advantage in the game. Even champions like Riven and Vayne is not a huge threat when played by new players who is unfamiliar with their kits. Being a master with simple "noob" champions can make you equally effective as a master Vayne player. It all depends on your knowledge about posibilities and limitations of your champion of choise. * Make sure you CS properly! Having around 170 CS at 20 min without any kills is almost as good as a roamer with 8 kills and only 90 cs. So practicing last-hitting could pay off way more than just constantly roaming. About the team only chasing for kills, it's just unfortunate that they haven't learned the importance of objectives. Try to lead your team to do objectives. Ping the turrets, dragon and baron when there's an oppertunity. That's all you can do really. Just make sure there's no risk of enemies catching you while doing it. I hope it was a little helpful. If I got anything wrong, please let me know. Always looking for improvements. Cheers!
