Speaking from first-hand experience with his awful ability to deal with criticism and his corrupt handling of copyright, _that's_ an understatement.
I understand that Shaclone is aggravated with Riot Games/League of Legends and I do see how he is dealing with this very childish but some of the points he has brought up in his videos however I have to agree with him
: Yea.... You're not INVESTING, but DONATING. Once you understand the difference between the 2 concepts, you'll see how things are. And what makes everything fair, is that when you sign up, you are given ALL THE FACTS, and everything that you have to know. You SIGN the contract, the second you press "create account". It's pretty simple.
"You signed the contract, so tough shit." isn't really the way the law works anywhere, that's just what corporations want you to believe. EULA or other "boiler plate" type stuff has even less legal weight than a normal contract. You can ask any lawyer about it, they will be agaisnt it. And there a rule on most contrats , that if some of the parts/members of the contracts break any of the condicions, the contract lose effect so its not someting that will last forever

If I snap in one game (Yes! That sh*t can happen, imagine you just had the sh*tiest day on your life, you will get home and play one game to “chill” and forget that day, but you have a trolling Malphite inting on your lane. Trying to paint Dunkey as the good guy. Why else would you mention a "trolling Malphite"? Do I need to remind you of what he said to that player? Cause it ain't pretty. You have no excuse to "snap" at someone else. You can just mute them and report at the end. If you "snap" you're doing it because you **want to**. Alternatively, you can just ALT-F4. You won't be suspended for that, but you will be placed in low priority. Either way, both those solutions are better than fighting toxic with toxic. *** > [{quoted}](name=KameZuk,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=wcyAdOJx,comment-id=,timestamp=2018-11-30T15:56:34.890+0000) > > And my account? What about the money that I invested on this game? Where is my money back? Again, you don't own anything about your account. Whatever money you "invest" is lost forever, because you'll never get it back, legally. Spending money on League is akin to donating. **You're donating your money to a company/game you like.** *** > [{quoted}](name=KameZuk,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=wcyAdOJx,comment-id=,timestamp=2018-11-30T15:56:34.890+0000) > > but recently I have been watching the new Shaclone Videos series about Riot Games Bad idea. Buying skins it's a way of supporting/investing on the game) Not invest; "invest". Investing =/= supporting. You are not really investing anything. Like I said above, you're donating your money. Investing assumes you'll get something out of it in the future, like investing in the stock martket. That's not the case with League, or any other F2P game for that matter.
When you talk about virtual goods, the question of banning someone and taking away all the virtual goods that they have spent literally thousands of dollars for can be legally complex, at least in principle. Banning by the game company is a quite arbitrary action and it can be done in a predatory way, which arguably is how Riot does it. If the ban was really about player behavior the company would make an effort to keep those players away from their game, but they do the opposite, encouraging the player to come back as a smurf (which presumably is quite profitable). When you get into the economy of virtual goods, the law in most or all jurisdictions is still poorly developed and inadequate. But most legal systems have a general principle of equitability when it comes to commerce and the behaviors of businesses. Saying something like like, "You signed the contract, so tough shit." isn't really the way the law works anywhere, that's just what corporations want the plebs to believe. EULA or other "boiler plate" type stuff has even less legal weight than a normal contract.

: Hello, the actual K1ck team, and in the past FTW (some members) was called by Riot as a "sub" team if other teams fail, so that's not truth what you are saying about last year. We have registered as well the team, although none of the others teams "failed" to the CS qualifier series ;)
oh rly my bad them :/
: Don't only the top 2 teams from the CS reach the LCS every split?
ye but last year K1ck was in top 10 challenger team and rito didnt call them to cs and usally riot calls all top 10 challenger teams to cs
