: lag issues
EL TORO, I do not have so bad ping (to be hones I got normal ping about 25ms) but I been disconnect many times at 1 game (you lost connection as well on the end of video). I'm in touch with RIOT Support but they can't find a problem. I'm from UK and got this problem since 7 days. Today make phone call to my ISP Virginmedia and report a problem. They remotley check what is happening and said it is something wrong with them and put ticket to resolve an issue. They will try do it in 48h. I just recomend you to make a call to SKY and explain a problem. But to show them what is going on just try do TRACERT to a EUW game servers ans see if you losse a packets. To do so I recomend program WinMTR (free software) - RIOT Support told me to do it as well. You can download from: http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/ or you can do i t from command line using basic CMD windows program. Instruction from RIOT Support: > OBTAINING A TRACERT: Press the [Windows Key] (that is the key on the left side of the space bar, between ctrl and alt) + R Type cmd in the search bar and click "Ok". You should now see a black window with white letters. Highlight and copy the command based on the server you are trying to connect to: (tracert > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Tracert.txt" or (tracert > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Tracert.txt" With cmd line you can't see everything, so I still recomend WinMTR as you will see everything my example: http://imgur.com/a/UEssb I hope Virgin Media resolve a problem in next 48h.
